Recently, the point of view about housing environment in the city has changed from the traditional point of view of the center of housing to the subject of land- utilization-control for interaction of buildings. Right of light is the center of this issue in other words. Also many interests about the beauties of the city have increasing centering around Europe etc. This is to change a city design into the characteristic design from the exiting uniform design. As if reflect this situation, recently we are setting up the night illumination and constructing a building which acted as Land Mark like the Jong-Ro Tower. And Apartment Housing was being built various form deviate from a existing standardized form and skyline. Existing studies about sunshine of Apartment Housing have dealt with just about a standardized Apartment Housing form. So this study analyzed a recently increasing interest for Right of light and change of sunshine environment on Apartment Housing which have a various skyline form.
기후요소에 의한 철골공사 작업불가능일 산정에 관한 연구

건설공사에 있어서 작업불가능일수 산정은 정확한 공사기간을 예측하는데 있어 매우 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 기후요소는 예측의 불확실성을 지니고 있어 정확한 공기산정을 어렵게 한다. 또한 기존의 작업불가능일수 산정에 관한 연구는 대부분 철근콘크리트공사를 대상으로 하고 있어, 철근콘크리트의 작업불가능 기준을 철골공사에 적용할 경우에는 많은 오차가 생기게 된다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사 및 현장 조사 등을 통해 기후요소를 고려한 철골공사의 작업불가능 기준을 설정하고, 이를 서울지역의 15년간 기상데이터에 적용시켜 1년간의 철골공사 총 작업불가능일수를 산정하였다. 철공공사에 영향을 미치는 기후요인으로는 기온, 바람, 강설, 강우 등이 선정되었으며, 철공공사 여러 공종 중 옥외에서 수행되며 철공공사 공기에 많은 비중을 차지하는 철골 설치작업을 대상으로 각 기후요소들이 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서의 분석결과, 서울지역에서 기후요소로 인해 철골설치 작업불가능일이 연간 총 58일로 산정되었으며, 각 월별 작업불가능일수가 제시되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다른 지역의 기상데이터를 적용할 경우 타 지역에서의 철골공사 작업불가능일 산정에도 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 이러한 작업불가능일의 산정은 철골공사의 보다 정확한 공기산정과 최적의 착공시기 결정에 도움이 될 것이다. Calculating non-working days is very important element for the accurate estimation of construction time. And non-working days are largely affected by weather factors such as rainfall, wind velocity, snowfall and temperature. In the case of concrete works, there are lots of referable information for the calculation of non-working days due to the weather factors. However, for the structural steel works, there are very limited information only. Through literature survey and interviews with a few engineers, this paper established the weather factors that affect steel structural works and the impact of those factors. Based on the factors and the expected impact of the factors together with the weather data during the last 15 years in Seoul region gathered from Korea Meteorological Administration, this paper suggests the monthly non-working day of structural steel work due to weather factors. This information can be used for the early estimation of construction time.
나일론 6/나노-TiO<sub>2</sub> 유·무기 하이브리드의 제조 및 항균특성 연구

Nanohybrids of nylon 6 and nano-titania ($TiO_2$) were prepared by melt compounding with a twin-screw extruder to investigate antibacterial activity. It was confirmed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) that nano-$TiO_2$ was successfully dispersed in the nylon 6 matrix at the level of individual particles. After immersion in an aqueous solution of $AgNO_3$ at 100 ppm Ag ion concentration, silver was introduced to the nanohybrids through photocatalytic reduction by nano-$TiO_2$ under UV (254 nm) irradiation. With increasing nano-$TiO_2$ content, the nanohybrids with silver photodeposited on the nano-$TiO_2$. The nylon $6/TiO_2$-Ag nanohybrids exhibited strong antimicrobial activity against Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus in measurements with the shaking flask method.

Influenza A viruses periodicall y cause worldwide epidemics, or pandemics, with high rates of illness and death. A pandemic can occur at any time, with the potential to cause serious illness, death and social and economic disruption throughout the world. Historic evidence suggests that pandemics occurred three to four times per century. In the last century there were three influenza pandemics. The circumstances still exist for a new influenza virus with pandemic potential to emerge an d spread. The unpredictability of the timing of the next pandemic is underlined by the occurrence of several large outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza since the early 1980s. In 1999, the World Health Organization published the Influenza pandemic plan. The role of WHO and guidelines for national and regional planning. And in 2005, WHO revised the global influenza preparedness plan for new national measures before and during pandemics. This document outlines briefly the Korean Centers for Disease Control's plan for responding to an influenza pandemic. According to the new pandemic phases of WHO, we set up the 4 national levels of preparedness and made guidelines for preventing and control the epidemics in each phase. And also we described the future plans to antiviral stockpiles and pandemic vaccine development.
