AOM and lamp tests were carried out with soybean, corn, palm oil and beef tallow without the addition of antioxidant. The evaluation of rancidity for the stability was determined by changes of peroxide value and acid value, and the correlation between the stability and the composition of fats and oils was examined. The results obtained were as follows. 1. In the AOM test, POV began to rise in the order of corn oil, soybean oil, beef tallow and palm oil. However, the time required to reach POV 100 in beef tallow was faster than other fats and oils. It was found that there was a good correlation between POV and content of tocophrol. 2. In the lamp test by light of main wavelength 253.7nm, beef tallow was stabler than soybean and corn oil. It was because the absorption of light into beef tallow was much smaller than others, since beef tallow was fats. Palm oil was very stable in all the samples during AOM and lamp test.
PVS 유도체에 대한 L-Cysteine 의 친핵성 첨가반응에 관한 연구

Phenylvinylsulfone derivatives were synthesized by Kirners condition. The structure of these compounds were ascertained by means of ultraviolet, melting point, IR and ^1H-NMR spectra. The nucleophilic addtion reaction kinetics of L-cysteiene for phenylvinylsulfone was investigated by ultraviolet spectrophotlmetery in 40% EtOH-H_2O at 25℃. The rate equations which were applied over a wide pH 1.0~13.0 range. On the basis of general base catalysis and confirmation of addtion reaction product, the nucleophilic addtion reaction kinetics of L-cysteiene for phenylvinylsulfone were measured by the pH change. From the result of the above caption, a plausible nucleophilic addtion reaction mechanism of L-cysteiene for phenylvinylsulfone was proposed. These compounds may by used ad the starting materials for the preparation of the engineering plastics or the germicide.
2-Fluorenylidene chalcone 유도체에 대한 Thioglycolic acid 의 친핵성 첨가 반응에 관한 연구

Fluorenylidene chalcone derivatives were synthesized by condensation. The structure of these compounds were ascertained by means of UV melting point IR and ^1H-NMR spectra. The nucleophilic addition reaction kinetics of Thioglycolic acid to fluorenylidene chalcone was investigate by UV in 20% dioxane-H_2O at 25℃. The rate equation which were applied over a wide pH1.0~13.0 range. On the basis of general base catalysis and sonfirmation of addition reaction product, the nucleophilic addition reaction kinetics of thioglycolic acid to fluorenylidene chalcone were measured by the pH change. From the result of the above caption, a plausible nucleophilic addition reaction mechanism of thioglycolic acid to fluorenylidene chalcone was proposed. These compounds may be used as the starting materials for the preparation of the engineering plastics or the germicide.

The field of printing use to pressurization ink using screen gassamer that is called screen printing. Existing cleaning solvent using screen printing are he organic solvents including aromatic compounds carried with poisonous and stench. Besides, cleaning method of current screen printing are for the most part mixed cleaning method of dipping and polish. Using 1,1,1-TEC, CFC-113 alternative system cleaning solvent be substituted for existing cleaning solvent against screen printing ink measured the cleaning efficiency according to gravimetric analysis method and property change of gassamer according to Image Analyzer. Also, Cleaning process system carry with excellent cleaning efficiency studied which was proposed new cleaning process including ultrasonic and vibration cleaning process be substituted for existing mixed cleaning method of dipping and polish.
Furfurylidene acetophenone 유도체의 합성과 가수분해 반응

Furfurylidene acetophenone derivatives were synthesis, it was measured that hydrolysis made use of UV at a wide pH 1.0~13.0 range in 30% dioxane-H_2O solution, 25±1℃. On the basis of general base catalysis, substitutent effect, confirmation of hydrolysis products, it was measured the reaction rate of furfurylidene acetophenone derivatives for the pH change. It maybe concluded that a part was unrelated to pH and another part was in proportion to concentration of hyfroxide ion : Above pH 10.0, It was in proportion to concentration of hydroxide ion, a part having no concern with pH was added to the neutral H_2O molecule. From the result of measurement the reaction rate, hydrolysis of furfurylidene acetophenone derivatver confirmed to the irreversible first order. Through measurement the substituent effect, It found that reaction rate was accelerated by electron attracting group. Also, From the result of final product, There were furfural and acetophenone derivative was proposed a fitting mechanism.
불완전한 잡음 예측하에서 OFDM 시간 동기화 기법의 성능 분석

본 논문에서는 시간 동기 추정을 위한 잡음 예측이 불완전한 경우에 직교분할 주파수 다중화 (OFDM) 시스템의 시간 동기 확률을 다중 경로 레일레이 페이딩 채널 환경에서 분석한다. 시간 동기 방식은 반복되는 CAZAC 시퀀스에 대한 상관기 구조를 가지며, 심벌간 간섭을 줄이기 위한 pre-advancement 기법을 적용한다. 시스템의 성능 평가 척도로서, 다중 경로 레일레이 채널 환경에서 유도된 동기 검파 확률을 분석한다. This paper derives and computes the detection probability of timing synchronization in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system encountered with a multipath Rayleigh fading channel and imperfect noise estimation. The timing synchronization scheme using a simple repeated constant amplitude zero auto-correlation (CAZAC) training symbol and correlation techniques is adopted. With this provision, we focus on the numerical analysis for OFDM timing synchronization scheme employing a preadvancement technique to reduce the inter-symbol interference (ISI). For measuring system performance, the detection performance derived in the considered system is presented in a multipath Rayleigh fading channel.

Benzoyl styrene derivatives were synthesized by Claisen-Schmidt condensation. It was measured that nucleophilic addition of thiourea for benzoyl styrene made use of ultraviloet spectrophotometery at a wide pH 1.0~13.0 range in 5% dioxane-H_2O at 40℃. On the basis of general base catalysis, substitutent effect, and confirmation of addtion reaction product, the nucleophilic addtion kinetics of thiourea for benzoylstyrene derivatives were measured by pH change. It maybe concluded that a part was unrelated to pH and another part was in proportion to concentration of hydroxide ion : Above pH 10.0. It was in propotion to concentration of hyfroxide ion, a part having no concern with pH was added to the neutral thiourea molecule. From the results of measurement the reaction reat and there findings, nucleophilic addition of thiourea to benzoylstyrene derivative was proposed a fitting mechanism.
플라스틱 포장재를 투과한 태양 광선이 산패에 미치는 영향

In order to investigate the acute toxicity of autoxidized methyl linoleate(AOML) on the activity of serum enzymes in the mouse, we administered once 0.45ml of AOML to ICR strain mouse by using stomach tube. The following results were obtained: The total lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) activities in the serum of AOML group were generally increased than those of normal group. According to electrophoresis, the activities of LDH, were increased while those of LDH, were decreased. The activities of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT) and α-amylase in the serum of AOML group were increased more than those of normal group. The activities of alkaline phosphatase in the serum of AOML group were increased but those of isozyme were not confirmed in the normal and AOML group. In the serum protein of AOML group, albumin was increased, on the other hand r-globulin was decreased. At the peripheral blood slide smear, lymphocytes were significantly decreased but neutrophils were increased and the morphological change of erythrocytes was observed. From there results we conclude that the AOML fed to mouse influences on the activity of various serum enzymes and blood cells in the mouse.

The hydrolysis kinetics of 2-furyl chalcone derivatives [Ⅰ]~[Ⅴ] was investigated by ultraviolet spectrophotometery in 30% dioxane-H_2O at 25℃ and the structure of these compounds were ascertained by means of ultraviolet, infrared and NMR spectra. The rate equations which were applied over a wide pH range(pH 1.0~12.0) were obtained. The substituent effects on 2-furyl chalcone derivatives [Ⅰ]~[Ⅴ] were studied, and the hydrolysis were facilitated by the electron attrecting groups. On the basis of the rate equation, substituent effect, general base effect and final product, the plausible hydrolysis mechanism was proposed: Below pH 4.0, it was only proportional to concentration of hydronium ion, at pH 4.0~9.0, neutral H_2O molecule competitively attacked on the double bond. By contrast, above pH 9.0, it was proportional to concentration of hydroxide ion.
