국산 저가형 실리카퓸을 이용한 고성능 콘크리트의 물리적 특성 분석

In this study, as part of a research on the development of economical high-performance concrete with high strength and high quality, the physical properties of high-performance concrete were analyzed by substituting a certain amount of low-cost domestic silica fume exempted from the re-importation type distribution structure of the domestic production and the existing high-priced silica fume distribution structure. Performing tests to identify the physical properties of the fresh and hardened concrete and durability analogy of the concrete which use low-cost domestic silica fume and imported silica fume, the chloride ion penetration resistance test result showed that the strength difference between the low-cost silica fume and the imported silica fume is not big but the strength of the low-cost silica fume was measured higher than the imported silica fume. The chloride ion penetration resistance of all variables was measured as “very low”. Since the low-cost domestic silica fume can be used as a high-performance admixture of concrete, the results suggest that it is possible to produce a more economical high-performance concrete.
실물크기형 봅슬레이 트랙 Mock-up Test 시공방법 및 내구성 평가

본 연구는 동계올림픽의 대표적인 종목인 봅슬레이 경기장 건설을 위한 봅슬레이 트랙 실물크기 모형제작 방법 및 내구성 평가이다. 봅슬레이 경기는 속도감이 엄청나고 그 위험성 또한 대단히 높아 선수의 안전을 위한 안전설계와 고성능 숏크리트를 이용한 정밀 시공이 필수적이다. 또한 봅슬레이 트랙은 다양한 커브와 경사로 이루어져 있어 일반 거푸집 시공이 어렵고, 고강도 고내구성 재료를 통한 시공이 필요하다. 본 연구를 통해 개발 된 봅슬레이 트랙 실물크기 모형제작 방법 및 내구성 평가는 2018 평창 동계 올림픽 슬라이딩 센터 및 봅슬레이 트랙 건설을 국내기술력으로 시공하기 위함 이다. This study examined the durability and method for making a mockup of bobsled tracks for constructing a bobsled stadium, which is a sport in the Winter Olympics. As bobsleigh games are very fast and dangerous, a safety design for players and a precise construction using highly efficient shotcrete is necessary. Moreover, a general molding construction is difficult because bobsleigh tracks are composed of various curves and slopes, and it is necessary to construct them using high-strength and high durability materials. The developed method for making a mockup and performing durability evaluation of bobsleigh tracks through this research will be applied in the construction of the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics Sliding centre and bobsleigh tracks using domestic techniques.
