베트남 온라인 쇼핑몰의 상품 및 서비스 특성이 대고객성과에 미치는 영향 -한국제품 구매 경험자를 중심으로-

본 연구는 베트남 온라인 쇼핑몰의 상품 및 서비스 특성이 한국 상품 구매 후 고객이인지하게 되는 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 베트남 온라인쇼핑몰에서 한국 상품을 구매한 경험자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 209 개의 자료를 수집하여 연구가설에 대한 검증을 수행하였다. 수집된 자료를 활용한 연구가설 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상품특성 요인 중 상품품질은 구매만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 상품의 가격과 다양성은 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로나타났다. 둘째, 서비스 특성 중 거래 신뢰성, 거래 편리성, 배송서비스 등 세 가지 요인은 모두 구매만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 베트남 온라인쇼핑 사이트 이용자의 구매만족도는 고객충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 결과를 토대로 관련 분야 실무자와 연구자에게 유의미한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. This study examines the relationship between products and services' features of Vietnam online shopping mall on customer satisfaction and loyalty after buying Korean products. To do that, a survey was conducted and total of 209 appropriate were collected to test study hypotheses. The results of analysis of the collected data are as follows. First, quality of products have a positive impact on the satisfaction level of customers while the diversity and price of products do not. Second, three factors including service characteristics, convenience and reliability in transactions and delivery services have also a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Third, in terms of the relationship between the satisfaction and loyalty of Vietnamese customers when using an online shopping site, the satisfaction level has a positive impact on customer loyalty. Based on the results of the study, it was intended to provide meaningful implications for practitioners and researchers in related fields.
