        서울특별시 반지하 가구를 고려한 홍수 취약성 평가

        This study estimated the number of semi-basement households in Seoul and evaluated their flood vulnerability at the administrative dong level, taking various factors into consideration. Vulnerability assessment indicators, including the percentages of semi-basement households, were selected based on previous studies and consisted of a total of 26 indicators, considering exposure, sensitivity, and adaptability. Social, economic, environmental, and integrated flood vulnerability were all considered in multidimensional evaluation of both flood vulnerability and the multidimensionality of damage. Vulnerability assessment was conducted by calculating and evaluating vulnerability for each dimension. Subsequently, integrated flood vulnerability was assessed by summing the values of the social, economic, and environmental categories and interpreted in comparison to flood inundation maps. The evaluation results showed that in all vulnerability categories, more than half of the administrative dongs in Seoul exhibited high vulnerability. For social flood vulnerability, in particular, the highest number of administrative dongs had a "very high" rating among the four vulnerability categories, indicating a significant potential for population and social system damage in the event of a flood. Additionally, integrated flood vulnerability exhibited very high results in Seoul's southwestern and northeastern areas. These study findings are expected to contribute to region-specific flood response and policy prioritization aimed at reducing semi-basement dwelling damage. Furthermore, identifying the number of semi-basement households in Seoul and demonstrating their societal flood vulnerability can be utilized as valuable data for the purpose of reducing damage to such households.

        도시의 산업특성이 미세먼지 농도에 미치는 영향

        Fine dust is one of the most critical environmental issues in Korea, and the government recognizes the need to establish customized reduction policies based on regional characteristics. Several studies on air pollutants investigate whether factories affect the distribution of fine dust in a particular region. However, understanding the impact of the entire industry sector requires further investigation. This study identifies the impacts of industrial characteristics on fine dust levels of 141 municipalities across Korea in 2016. A total of 23 variables were used, of which 12 referred to industries and 11 to general characteristics of each city. Due to the high correlation between independent variables, partial least squares (PLS) regression models were used. The analysis identified 14 significant variables for PM10 and 13 for PM2.5. Therefore, the results suggest that local industrial characteristics can significantly influence fine dust levels and provide suggestions for establishing customized reduction policies based on local characteristics.

        플라즈마 에쳐용 실리콘 전극과 링의 수명에 미치는 결함의 영향

        플라즈마 에쳐 내에 사용되는 실리콘 전극과 링 부품은 사용 중에 강한 플라즈마와 접촉하면서 주기적인 가열과 냉각 과정을 거친다. 이 때 부품의 표면에서는 열 응력으로 인하여 PSB라고 하는 띠 형상의 결함이 생성되며 이로 인하여 그 수명을 다하게 된다. 원료인 실리콘 잉곳의 관점에서 그 수명에 미치는 인자를 살펴보았다. 잉곳의 등급, 즉 S/F와 S/A에 따라 불순물과 결함의 농도를 GDMS와 ${\mu}$-PCD로 평가하여 잉곳의 어떤 요소들에 의하여 수명이 결정되는가를 분석하였다. 그 결과, {001} 면상에서 관찰되는 <110> 방향의 면 결함들이 PSB와 연결될 가능성이 있음을 제안하였다. Silicon electrode and ring in a plasma etcher those are in contact with harsh plasma suffer from periodic heating and cooling during their lifetime. This causes the silicon components failure due to thermal stress remaining the persistent slip bands (PSBs) on their surfaces. The factors that determine the lifetime of silicon electrode and ring were discussed with respect to silicon ingot. The impurity level and the average defect concentration measured with glow discharge mass spectrometer (GDMS) and microwave photo-conductance decay (${\mu}$-PCD) were compared with the grade of silicon ingots those are divided to slip-free and slip-allowed ingot. Some silp-allowed samples showed planar defects along <110> direction on {001} surface. The role of these defects was suggested from the viewpoint of the lifetime of silicon components.

        수공예 기법으로 표현된 감성적 패션 일러스트레이션 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the value and representation of handicrafts in fashion illustrations in order to expand new areas of expression in emotional fashion illustration. For the foregoing, this study is comprised of the analysis on the advanced studies of handcraft techniques and case study of fashion illustration showing handcraft techniques. Based on the analysis of advanced studies, this study derived the value of handcraft as sensitivity, historicity, high value added and differentiation, and established the foregoing as the standard for analysis of cases appeared in emotional fashion illustration. The results of analysis on the cases using handcraft techniques are as follows. 1) Handcraft techniques appeared in fashion illustration include embroidery, appliqué, beading, knitting etc., and embroidery techniques accounted for the largest portion exceeding 60%. A single technique was used at times but the majority show mixture of embroidery and beading, embroidery and appliqué etc. 2) Among the characteristics of expression method of handcraft appeared in the emotional fashion illustration are motif expression, pattern expression of historicity, texture expression of high value added and line expression of differentiation. Expression of the motif of sensitivity provided comfort and healing by expressing the motif of natural object such as butterfly and flower. Historicity patterns expressed ethnic emotions by using folk patterns expressed with primary colors. Texture expression of high value added showed exquisiteness by realizing real fabrics or materials used for clothing and ornaments. Expression of lines in differentiation showed individual sensitivity by expressing a variety of lines through stitch or thread. In the case analysis of fashion illustrations that showed handcraft techniques, it is characteristic that the value of handcraft was shown to be connected to various expression methods such as motifs, patterns, lines, and textures, which are important expression elements of fashion illustration.

        2000년-2008년 게재된 '한국적이미지'에 대한 연구논문의 내용분석연구 -복식 분야의 논문을 중심으로-

        The studies on Korean style images for increasing the added value of the products that borrow the images of Korea and such images are being actively conducted in various fields including clothing and textile for the improvement of national image and successful entry into the world market. First of all, the Korean style images seen from the eyes of Koreans will be examined in this study through the content analysis of the research papers on the Korean style images. In the total of 134 studies were selected, and the content analysis was conducted centering on each study area, study method according to areas and the subject matters of study themes. As the result, the study areas were classified into 7 types of clothing and textile, industrial design, architectural/interior design, art, animation, cosmetics and advertisement, and the study on the area of clothing and textile took up the highest percentage followed by industrial design. For the study method of each study, the qualitative study was being preferred in every area including the area of clothing and textile, and it was revealed that the study using the questionnaire research method was lacking. For the subject matter of study themes, the usage of Korean style patterns appeared most frequently followed by silhouette of traditional Korean costume, textiles (material, techniques), color, traditional Korean paper and Korean painting/folk painting. Lastly, the result of analyzing the direction of study for the ideal Korean images considered by the researchers that completed researches revealed that they stated about the need for the establishment of Korean style image identity, modern reinterpretation and continuous research and development for the Korean style image studies. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that there will be studies that follow this study that can present right direction on the Korean style image development in accordance with the trend of the citizens of the world. 국가 이미지의 개선과 세계시장의 성공적 진출을 위하여 한국의 이미지와 그 이미지를 차용한 상품의 부가가치를 높이기 위한 한국적 이미지에 대한 연구는 복식을 비롯한 여러 분야에서 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 우선 본 연구에서는 한국적 이미지에 대한 연구논문의 내용분석을 통하여 한국인의 시각으로 본 한국적 이미지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 한국적 이미지에 대한 연구는 총 복식을편이 선정되었으며, 내용분석은 각 연구 분야, 분야별 연구 방법, 연구주제의 소재를 중심으로 하였다. 그 결과 연구 분야는 복식, 산업디자인, 건축/실내디자인, 예술, 애니메이션, 미용, 광고의 7가지로 분류되었으며, 이 중 복식분야의 연구가 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였고 산업디자인이 그 뒤를 이었다. 각 논문별 연구방법은 복식분야를 비롯한 모든 분야가 질적 연구를 선호하고 있었고, 질문지 조사법의 연구는 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 연구주제의 소재는 한국적 문양의 사용이 가장 많이 나타났으며 다음으로 한복의 실루엣, 섬유(소재, 기법), 색채, 전통한지, 한국화/민화 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구를 마친 연구자들이 생각하는 이상적인 한국적 이미지 연구방향에 대해 분석한 결과 그들은 한국적 이미지 연구에 한국적이미지 정체성 확립, 현대적인 재해석, 지속적인 연구개발이 필요하다고 하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 우리만 고집하는 한국적 이미지가 아닌 세계인들의 트렌드에 맞는 한국적 이미지 개발에 대한 올바른 방향을 제시할 수 있는 후속연구들을 기대해본다.

        디지털 패션 일러스트레이션 표현도구로서의 인간 정서

        Fashion illustration within online platforms uses human emotion as an instrument for communicating with the audience. This study investigates the emotional methods of expression for various components of fashion illustration through case analysis and aims to clarify the method of expression that facilitates two-way communication between fashion illustrators and digital platform users. The research found characteristics of human emotion employed in fashion design by examining advanced studies and by analyzing how these characteristics are expressed and connected through fashion illustration in a digital environment. The study achieved the following results: First, by examining advanced studies, the characteristics of human emotions used as design tool was shown to be nostalgia, relaxation, compathy, nature, and sincerity. Second, components related to the expression of human emotions in fashion illustration were summarized as “emotional color combination,” “individual brush touch,” “individual human body,” and “storytelling using background and white space.” Third, by analyzing cases focusing on the above , the report found that emotional combination delivered a variety of emotions through symbolic and contradistinctive color combinations; individual brush touch delivered emotions through the expression of brush touch with rough and improvised brush touch, realistic brush touch, creative brush touch, and the use of actual texture; individual human body expressed emotions by describing the human body and differentiating its proportions; and storytelling using background and white space emotional messages through methods like filling the background with a specific object, color representation in an empty space, etc. This study will help smooth communication between fashion illustrators and online platform users.

      • 최근 보이는 한국적 패션 스타일링의 경향과 표현방식에 대한 연구

        This study aims at understanding the evolved trends and expressive features of Korean fashion styling in fashion journals for the recent 3 years and finding out possibilities of Korean fashion to spread throughout the world stage based on this. Findings of research are as follows: There were 34 Korean illustrated magazines which were selected according to standards of Korean images established based on precedent studies, and a total of photos with more than 320 cuts were chosen. For Korean illustrated magazines, more than half of selected illustrated magazines appeared in 2012 when Korean issues were stressed more than before, and many of them appeared in January and May due to seasonal influence by month. For the tendency of Korean illustrated magazines appeared after the year of 2010, expressive methods became more various than those of the past, and many factors were mixed with each other as well. Illustrated magazines were designed and shown along with various intentions rather than simply showing something Korean. In addition, for expressive methods of the recent Korean illustrated magazines, expressions of Korean retro styles, expressions of mixed images, and expressions of various Korean themes. As mentioned above, we expect that studying illustrated magazine styling which is sensitive to trends will provide a opportunity to give a new boost by widening the scope of Korean fashion image research to pursue globalization.

        Purification of Metallurgical Grade Silicon by Plasma Torch and E-beam Treatment

        Cost-effective purification methods of silicon were carried out in order to replace the conventional Siemens method for solar grade silicon. Firstly, acid leaching which is a hydrometallurgical process was preceded with grinded silicon powders of metallurgical grade (~99% purity) to remove metallic impurities. Then, plasma treatments were performed with the leached silicon powders of 99.94% purity by argon plasma at 30 kW power under atmospheric pressure. Plasma treatment was specifically efficient for removing Zr, Y, and P but not for Al and B. Another purification step by EB treatment was also studied for the 99.92% silicon lump which resulted in the fast removal of boron and aluminum. That means the two methods are effective alternative tools for removing the doping elements like boron and phosphor.
