중년여성의 대둔근 강화운동을 병행한 8주간의 코어운동이 기초체력, 신체조성 및 평형성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect 8weeks core exercise gluteus maximus strengthening on body composition, basal physical fitness and balance of middle-aged women. The subjects of the study were involved in exercise group (n=10)and non-exercise group (n=10) in middle-aged women, and we carry out same inspection and measurement at before and after 8weeks gluteus maximus strengthening exercise with core exercise. List of measurement is body composition (body fat percentage, visceral fat, WHR, waist size), basic physical fitness (muscular strength, muscular endurance, muscle power, flexibility) and balance. All variable measurements are suggested in average mean (M) and standard deviation (SD), we implement Paired t-test for verification of difference in groups about before and after exercise for 8 weeks, and use two way analysis of variance (two way ANOVA) for analysis intergroup difference. All statistical significance levels are configured in .05. Like above research result, the gluteus maximus strengthening exercise with core exercise for 8 weeks implemented in the study has positive effects for change of body composition, improvement of physical fitness and balance ability (balance) of middle-aged woman, and this exercise has effect for improvement of body balance and basic stamina of middle-aged women. Besides, it can be a help to improve the quality of life of middle-aged women.
WDM 멀티링에서 전송효율을 최대화하기 위한 트래픽 그루밍 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 WDM 기법을 이용한 멀티링 네트워크 환경에서 트래픽 전송효율을 최대화하기 위한 트래픽 그루밍 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 멀티링 네트워크를 독립적, 분리적, 혼합적, 부분혼합적 구조로 나누어서 설명하였고 균등 트래픽 환경에서 성능을 평가하였다. 이를 통해 WDM 멀티링 네트워크 구조에서 트래픽 전송효율을 최대화할 수 있는 트래픽 그루밍 알고리즘을 제시하였다. In this paper, novel traffic groomming algorithms are proposed with a primary goal for maximizing throughput in WDM Multi-ring networks. To achieve this goal, we design four network topologys that are ITG, STG, MTG, PMTG and simulate the throughput in uniform traffic environments. From this methods, we proposed novel traffic groomming algorithms to maximize throughput in WDM Multi-ring networks.
녹색발광 β-SiAlON:Eu 세라믹 플레이트 형광체의 치밀화 소결

$Eu^{2+}$-doped $\beta$-SiAlONs ($Si_{6-z}Al_zO_zN_{8-z}:Eu_y$) are recognized as promising phosphor materials to build an white LED for lighting application due to its excellent absorption/emission efficiency in the long wave length region. In this research, the fabrication of $\beta$-SiAlON:Eu plate phosphor by sintering was investigated with fixed Eu content(y) and varied composition of the host lattice(z). The addition of the activator $Eu_2O_3$ lead to enhanced densification by forming the transient liquid phase. The refinement of a composition by the calculated lattice parameter indicated that the measured composition of the fabricated specimens is nearly same to that of designed one. The single phase $\beta$-SiAlON:Eu plate with relative density of 96.4% was achieved by addition of 2 wt% CaO, which implies the possibility of full densification by adjusting the processing variables.

Bridges and tunnels mainly compose the structural system of Kyung-bu high-speed railway in Korea and the prestressed concrete box girder bridges are applied for the most part of bridge structures. Precast full span construction method was practiced in the construction of many prestressed concrete box girder bridges in Kyung-bu high speed railway for the high quality, great construction speed, low construction cost and construction safety. However, there have been no application of this method in continuous bridges until now. Therefore, a new advanced precast full span construction method is developed using pre-tensioning for precast and post-tensioning in alternating the simple span into a continuous bridge system since the high-speed railway trains can cause dynamic problems in a continuous bridge. This study shows the structural behavior and the construction process of the new advance method.

Out of 412km long Kyung-bu high-speed railway, 302km was designed in the form of either bridges or tunnels. Most of bridges were designed to be prestressed concrete box girder type. The precast span method was selected because of good quality of bridge section secured by factory manufacturing, fast construction speed, low construction cost with mechanized construction and the safety for field workers. The precast span method has been mainly utilized in bridges consisted of repeated simple spans. However, we applied the precast span method to continuous bridge for high-speed railway. Since it was the first attempt to apply the precast span method to a continuous bridge for high-speed railway, many design and construction details were studied and implemented in the construction. Design and construction processes of a continuous bridge construction using the precast span method are briefly described in this paper.

Most payments in domestic construction are issued in lumpsum unit price contracts according to the completed construction rate. This method generates problems in losing time and increased costs for the owner and contractor. In overseas projects, payments are issued in accordance to completed milestones. The milestones themselves base on the original schedule and allow effective schedule management on the tasks. In domestic construction, however, introduction of milestone payments requires enhanced management capability of owners and contractors. Hence, this study investigating how to activate schedule management devices to analyze progress payments in domestic construction.
