The utilization the exhaust heat becomes important to secure high promotion of efficiency of CGS. Latest absorption chiller-heater with auxiliary waste heat recovery(Super energy-saving model improves cooling COP by 35%, gas reduction rate by 15 points and extends an exhaust heat independent driving domain in comparison with the conventional technology. By using this technology, energy-saving performance of CGS through the year improved drastically. This paper shows structure, characteristic and the energy-saving performance of the super energy-saving model, as well as the exhaust heat Lise situation in the true driving condition bottom.

The environment regarding low temperature equipments bas been changing a lot. There are varieties of demanded functions not only stabilization of temperature inside the warehouse or high reliability, but also saving energy, simplification of construction, prevention against global warming, and so on. We have developed various technologies in order to meet those customers' needs. Especially development of second stage compression system has contributed much to the improvement of refrigeration equipment efficiency. Also development of the system of hot gas defrost by using inverter has contributed a lot to the stability of defrosting operation. We have developed and releasee! a freezer system for a large-scaled low temperature warehouse which was integrated those above technologies since March, 2007.
