본 연구는 녹색관광자원 유형별 중요성을 인식하고 이러한 녹색관광자원이 녹색관광경험성과 및 후속행동의도와 녹색관광개발지지도에 영향을 미치는 가를 실증분석 하였다. 기존의 지역어메니티 자원을 녹색관광자원의 관점에서 해석을 시도하였으며, 이러한 어메니티자원의 관광자원의 활용과 가치에 새로운 해석을 시도한다는 점에 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 요인분석을 통해 녹색관광자원 유형은 5가지 차원(역사자원, 자연동식물자원, 관광마을 문화자원, 경관자원, 환경자원)이 도출되었으며 이러한 녹색관광자원 유형이 녹색관광경험성과 및 후속행동의도 영향관계를 분석하였다. 결과적으로 녹색관광자원 중 관광마을 문화자원과 환경자원 등이 녹색관광경험 성과 및 후속행동의도, 녹색관광개발 지지도에 영향을 비교적 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 위와 같은 결과는 녹색관광자원에 대한 새로운 가치와 의미를 파악할 수 기초자료를 제공하고 있으며, 향후 지속적인 녹색관광자원의 개발과 발전의 방향을 제시하고 있어 더욱 경쟁력있는 녹색관광개발 전략수립에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study was to investigate green tourism resources that may influence travel satisfaction, behavior intentions, and supports of green tourism development. Based on literature review related to green tourism resources, travel satisfaction and behavior intention, survey measurement scales were developed. From on-site survey at the four different green tourism villages, a total of 372 survey questions were collected and analyzed in SPSS. A stratified proportion survey method was applied based on gender and age. In oder to achieve the objective of the study, factor and multiple regression were utilized and reported in the finding section. Theoretical and practical implications were discussed in the conclusion.
농촌관광마을 사회자본에 따른 관광개발태도 및 관광개발 지지도에 관한 연구

This study is to investigate the relationships between residents’ social capital, attitude toward rural tourism development, and support of tourism development. Based on the literature review, survey questionnaires were developed and distributed in rural tourism villages where the government provide fund to develop. A total of 187 useful samples were collected and analyzed in SPSS. From the results of the exploratory factor analysis, four dimensions of residents social capital were identified and these are Network, Residents’ cooperation and collaboration, Trust and Faith, and Village’ regulation. In order to analyze the relationships between residents’ social capital, attitude toward tourism development, and support of tourism development, multiple regressions were performed and showed that most of residents’ social capital factors influenced attitudes toward tourism development and supports of tourism development. Theocratical and managerial implications were provided in the conclusion.
외국인 쇼핑관광서비스에 따른 관광충성도 및 한국문화이해 연구

방한 외국인 관광객의 활동 중 쇼핑관광이 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 최근 연구결과가 부족하여 이에 대한 분석이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 쇼핑관광에 대한 외국인들의 서비스 인식 및 평가를 통하여 쇼핑관광 만족도 및 충성도, 그리고 쇼핑상품구매를 통한 한국전통문화에 대한 이해와의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 설문조사는 서울의 주요 쇼핑지역에서 영어권, 일어권, 중국어권으로 나누어서 조사하였으며, 총 설문지는 918부를 회수하여 분석하였다. 쇼핑관광서비스에 대한 요인으로 상품 및 매장서비스, 판매원서비스, 가격 서비스가 도출되었으며 쇼핑관광만족도 및 충성도에는 모두 영향을 미치고 있었으며 특히 판매원의 서비스가 중요하게 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 한국전통문화에 대한 이해에서는 쇼핑상품 및 매장서비스가 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 외국인 쇼핑관광서비스 증진을 더욱 강화할 수 있는 근거를 마련하였으며 더욱 경쟁력 있는 쇼핑관광 환경조성에 유용한 자료가 활용될 것으로 보인다. This study was to investigate foreign tourists` attitude of shopping tourism services that affect tourism destination and understanding of Korean culture. Among foreign tourists` activities, shopping is one of the most frequent activities when tourists visit certain tourism destination. However, there is only few research that have been conducted for investigating tourists` shopping behaviors and attitude toward shopping services. In this study, data were collected from foreign tourists who are visiting in Seoul. Based on literature review, the survey questionnaire which is translated in three different language (English, Japanese, and Chinese) was utilized to collected the data. Factor and multiple regression were conducted to analyze the data. From the results, store service, employee attitude, and price service are important to affect tourists` satisfaction and loyalty. More theoreticcal and pratical implication were discussed in the conclusion section.
지속가능한 에코투어리즘을 위한 환경교육의 생태관광체험기대, 방문성과 및 생태관광지지도에 미치는 조절효과 연구

This study was to investigate if there are moderative relationships between eco-tourism visit expectation and visit performance, and between visit performance and support of sustainable Eco-tourism development. Recently, a number of visitors for sustainable tourism or Eco-tourism has been increased but a little studies have been conducted to see if how important environmental education for visitors affect their visitor performance and support of Eco-tourism. Based on the literature review, a survey questionnaire was developed and the data collected from on-site survey at three different places in Seoul. Research model and questions were suggested and data analysis was explained, In order to solve the research questions presented in this study, multiple regression and hierarchial regressions were conducted. Findings and implication were discussed in the conclusion section.
호텔선택속성 포지셔닝 분석을 통한 서울지역 특급호텔 경쟁력 비교

This study was to compare competitiveness among tourism hotels in Seoul city according to customers` cognition of importance of hotel selection attributes. From the literature review, positioning theory was identified and hotel selection attributes were extracted and utilized to measure their degree of importance as crucial attributes. A total of 170 useful sample were collected from tourism hotels such as Silla, Lotte, Intercontinental, W, Hilton, Grand Hyatt and Ritz Carlton. Reliability analysis, EFA, cluster analysis, MDS analysis were performed for positioning analysis in this study. The findings showed that there were differences of importance of hotel selection attributes and of hotel preference. Theoretical and managerial implications were discussed in the conclusion.

In order to determine segmented groups of residents` place attachment, a list of 10 place attachment variable was used. A total of 336 usable samples were collected from Daejoen City, which is one of the major metropolitan in Korea. Two consecutive cluster procedures (hierarchical and K-mean cluster) and multiple discriminant analyses are performed with two-split samples (analysis and validation purposes). Three-cluster solutions ("High Place Attachment", "Moderate Place Attachment", and Low Place Attachment") are delineated and the discriminating variables are explained. ANOVA for continuous descriptors are used to profile the clustered groups. Appropriate marketing and management implications are presented.
농촌어메니티 관광자원 매력성에 따른 관광체험만족도 및 관광개발 지지도에 대한 구조관계분석

This study was to develop and test a structural model of tourism attractiveness of rural amenities, tourism experiences, and support for tourism. Based on the literature review, the measurement scales for each construct was developed and utilized to collect the data. A total of 523 useful data were collected from tourists who were visiting rural tourism destination. From the results of EFA, 8 different rural amenity attractiveness were identified. The results of SEM showed that the attractiveness of rural amenity influenced rural tourism satisfaction, and support of rural tourism development. More detailed discussion and implication were provided in the conclusion.
