공동체의 교회사회사업적 의미와 그 모델로서 다일공동체에 대한 소연구

교회사회사업의 토대로서 인간의 본질은 하나님의 형상이다. 하나님 형상의 핵심은 삼위일체로서 공동체 개념의 근거다. 교회는 공동체로서 나타나는 하나님의 형상이다. 따라서 공동체는 인간의 복지를 위한 교회의 사명이기도 하다. 본 연구는 교회사회사업의 모델로서 다일공동체를 분석하고 그 정신과 특성을 설명함과 동시에 교회사회사업의 중요한 과제를 제시하고자 하였다. 다일공동체는 ``다양성 가운데 일치``의 정신으로 포용에서 화해로, 화해에서 섬김으로, 섬김에서 순명으로 나아간다. 이러한 정신에 따라 영성을 수도하며, 함께 생활하고, 봉사로서 섬기며, 그리스도의 몸 된 교회를 이루어가고 있다. 영성은 모든 섬김의 기반이고, 섬김은 영성의 꽃이다. 이는 교회사회사업과 기독교사회복지의 이상적 모델을 제시한다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the meaning of happiness as aim of The essence of human being that the church social work accept as its foundation is the image of God. The Trinity, the core of the image of God is the foundation of the concept of community. For the church is the image of God shown in the form of community, it is its duty to proceed the welfare of human being. In this study, Dail Community is analysed as a model of church social work and its spirit and attribute is explained to suggest and indicate the tasks of church social work. Dail Community, in the spirit of ``Union in diversity``, comes from tolerance to reconciliation, from reconciliation to devotion and from devotion to obedience. The community practices, lives and serves accordingly to its spirituality to form a church as the body of Jesus Christ. Spirituality is the foundation of all devotion and devotion is the essence of spirituality. This indicates the ideal model of church social work and Christian social welfare.

이세종 선생의 영성과 삶이 제시하는 기독교사회복지의 정신과 실천원리

‘이공(李空)’이라는 호를 가진 이세종 선생은 한국개신교의 성인으로 추앙받는 영성적 위인이다. 연구자는 이세종 선생이 그 삶을 통하여 오늘의 사회복지실천가들에게 중요한 메시지를 던지고 있다고 보았다. 본 연구는 먼저 이공 선생의 삶으로부터 사회복지의 존재론적 기초로서 궁극적 존재와 절대적 관계맺기와 성서적 자아정체성 확립하기를 배운다. 다음으로 종말론적 시각으로 세상을 바라보며, 그 세상을 벗어나고, 다시 세상으로 향하여 들어가는 기독교 사회복지의 세계관적 방향을 살펴보았다. 더 나아가서 실천가는 이공으로부터 이타적이고, 영성적이며, 실존적인 가치체계를 설정함으로써 사회복지 활동에 임하는 진정한 이유와 목적을 이해하도록 하며, 마지막으로 그러한 가치지향을 향한 올바른 실천 방법과 원리로써 자기희생과 동등한 지위 부여, 인지적 재구조화, 당사자의 주체화, 솔선수범, 자기결정과 선택 등을 제시하고 있음을 살펴보았다. Sejong Lee with the pen name “Yi-gong” is an honored man who is considered a saint by Korean Protestantism. With the life of Yigong, the researcher finds it implying a vital message that is fundamental to today’s social welfare practitioners. By examining Yigong’s life, this study investigates, first and foremost, the relationship with the ultimate being and the establishment of eco identity as the existential foundation of Social Welfare. Following the first point, the study explores the world view of spiritual social work that takes the apocalyptic perspective to the world, breaks out of, and re-enters the world. Furthermore, the study understands of the true ground and purpose of the social welfare practice by analyzing the altruistic, spiritual, and existential value system that could be learned from Yigong’s life. Therefore and lastly provides direction to the principle and practice as self-sacrifice, empowerment, reconstruction of perception, subjectivation of self, taking the initiative, and self-determination.

본 연구는 먼저 '기독교사회복지'를 개념화하고 이어서 그 운동의 전개방향과 전략을 제시하였다. 기독교사회복지는 사회복지와 기독교가 공유되는 영역과 사회복지를 위해 활용될 수 있는 기독교 영역, 그리고 기독교와의 연계가 가능한 사회복지영역을 포함하는 기독교사회복지로 연계가 가능한 일반사회적 영역으로 구성된다고 개념화시켰다. 기독교사회복지 운동의 방향은 영성화, 공동체화, 전문화, 자원화, 그리고 정보화로 제시되었다. 첫째, 영성화 사업을 위한 전략으로서 봉사신학을 정립하고, 실천적 영성의 모델을 제시하며, 기독교 봉사캠프나 영성집회 등을 통하여 이타적 기도와 영성운동을 전개하는 한편 영성관련 문서 및 문화활동을 적극 펼칠 것을 제시하였다. 둘째, 공동체화를 위한 전략으로서는 교회 기초조직을 봉사기지화 하고 지역교회를 봉사공동체적 체질로 변화시켜 나가며, 지역에 근거한 초교파적인 교회 연합 봉사기구를 결성하는 것, 그리고 더 나아가 교회의 봉사절기를 제정하고, 민족공동체와 국제적 기독교 봉사공동체를 결성하고 정착시키는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 전문화 사업을 위한 전략에는 교회사회사업 전문가 양성하는 교육과정을 설치하고, 교회 내에 제도적으로 봉사 직책을 설치하는 일, 그리고 교회사회 사업 지침서와 프로그램들을 개발하여 제공하고 자문하는 일 등을 포함한다. 넷째, 자원화 사업을 위해서는 복지자원을 발굴하고, 후원자 개발 및 조직 활동, 보상과 격려, 투명한 행정처리를 위한 지침, 그리고 자원과 서비스의 연계 활동을 전개해야 한다. 다섯째, 정보화 사업에는 전국적인 포털 사이트 홈페이지를 개설하며, 정보시스템 관련 교육과 훈련, 문서작업 및 업무처리 절차, 의사소통 및 결재 방식의 정보화 등의 과제들을 제시하였다. This study is conceptualizes the means of the words `Christian social welfare' most of all. It also suggests that the directions and strategies of Christian social ministry in the Korean community. Christian social welfare is consisted with the sphere of which overlapped with Christianity and social welfare. Also, Christianity sphere that can be used for social welfare and social welfare sphere can be mobilized for Christian ministry should be included to the Christian social welfare. This article suggests that the spiritualization, communalization, professionalization, mobilization, and computerization to be the directions of Christian social welfare movement. The spiritualization, the first strategy means the establishment of the social ministry theology, suggestion for the models of spirituality means of the faithful practices, the development of the movement of altruistic prayer and spiritual revival through the Christian ministry camps and activities, and publication of the spiritual literatures and the performances of Christian culture. Second, the strategy of the communalization means to change the church to be the social service base camp, reform the local church's constitution as the care community constitution, and organize the local and ecumenical church union for the church social ministry. And further more, it relates to produce the special seasons of the church for social service. It also and establishes and settles the ethnic community and international service organization Third, the strategy of the professionalization includes the settlement of the educational courses for the professional church social workers, establishment of the social minister position in the context of the church, and providing and consulting the manuals and programs for the church social welfare activities. Fourth, the strategy of the mobilization are seeks for the welfare resources, the development and organization of the activities of support groups, the recognition and encouragement, the guidance for the fair money management, and the linkage activities between the resources and services. Finally, the strategy of the computerization suggests the establishment of the internet portal site, the education and discipline related the information systems, word process, internet utilizations, and computerizing the activities of telecommunication and decision making.
