This work will develop a 6-DOF precision aligner with small size and high resolution for assembling the micro parts for a mobile electronics. Here, Tiny PicomotorTM actuator that is small and reliable will be applied to this aligner system. The principle of this actuator is PZT that turns a precision thread and then the screw moves linearly. Arrangement of actuators will be a symmetrical based on kinematic design. This paper presents combining two modules of mechanism for the 6-DOF precision aligner. The first is a stage which can control XYθz motion, and the second can control Z motion, in other words, Z tilt motion. According to its specifications, it is expected to satisfy requirement of precision.

도로 위의 스마트 신호등을 통해 사고 발생율을 낮추고 장애인과 노약자들의 보행 안전율을 높이는 기능을 수행한다. 정지선과 보행자 선에 초음파 센서와 부저 센서를 이용하여 침범 시 부저 모듈을 작동시키고, 우천으로 인한 습도 상승 시 정지선 확인 후 감속할 수 있도록 딜레마 존에 네오픽셀을 설치하였다. 또한 야간에 보행자 위치 인식을 위해 조도센서가 감지하는 밝기에 따라 LED가 작동하도록 설계하였다. 을 이용하여 초점형상 복원을 하는 방법을 제안하여 초점 형상 복원의 정확도를 향상시킨다. It functions to lower the incidence of accidents and increase the walking safety rate of the disabled and the elderly through smart traffic lights on the road. Ultrasonic sensors and buzzer sensors were used to operate the buzzer module in case of invasion on the stop and pedestrian lines, and neofixel was installed in the dilemma zone so that when humidity rises due to rain, the stop line can be checked and decelerated. In addition, the LED is designed to operate according to the brightness sensed by the illumination sensor to recognize the location of pedestrians at night.

Here, VCM actuator that is precise and reliable will be applied to this aligner system. Arrangement of actuators will be a symmetrical based on kinematic design. This paper presents combining two modules of mechanism for the 6-DOF precision aligner. The first is a stage which can control XYθ<SUB>z</SUB> motion, and the second can control Z motion, in other words, Z tilt motion. According to its specifications, it is expected to satisfy requirement of precision. Test of the first stage was presented to show the resolution and parasitic motion. For the test, PID algorithm was applied for feed-back control system.
구동력을 위한 상부 공기냉각기와 하부 해수열교환기를 최종 열침원으로 하는 피동냉각계통의 수치해석을 통한 성능 평가

In the shipbuilding industry, IMO (International Maritime Organization) has concerned about global warming so they has forced the people in this field to fallow the protocol, “The International Convention for The Prevention of Pollution from Ships.” To reduce greenhouse gases, the nuclear power source is considered as an alternative for a ship engine. Among many element technologies related to unclear powered ship, we have developed passive residual heat removal system (PRHRS) because of its importance. In our study, many other concepts, ideas, and designs were reviewed and the new concept of PRHRS was proposed. To evaluate our concept, numerical analysis was performed. The results indicated that our concept of PRHRS is proper to be installed in a ship. The result will be used as the reference data for a passive heat removal system design of a nuclear powered ship.
