유아교사의 정서노동 스트레스가 신체화 증상 및 교육활동 불안감에 미치는 영향

교직을 존경의 대상으로 보던 인식이 변화됨에 따라 본 연구는 유아교사의 정서노동 스트레스가 신체화 증상 및 교육활동 불안감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 구체적인 연구목적으로 정서노동 스트레스, 신체화 증상, 교육활동 불안감의 상관관계는 어떠하며, 정서노동 스트레스가 다른 두 변인에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 살펴보는 것이다. G시에 있는 어린이집과 유치원에 근무하는 264명의 교사를 대상으로 설문조사 한 결과, 첫째, 정서노동 스트레스와 신체화 증상 간에는 정적 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 정서노동 스트레스가 신체화 증상과 교육활동 불안감에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사에 대한 정서적 지원과 효과적으로 정서를 관리할 수 있는 방안을 마련해주는 일이 중요한 과제임을 시사한다. 앞으로 정서노동 스트레스의 원인을 밝히기 위한 질적으로 심도 있는 후속 연구가 계속 되기를 기대한다. With the changing perception that teaching profession were viewed as noble job, this study examined the emotional labor stress as factors affecting somatic symptoms and education anxiety. As a specific research objective, this study examined the relationship among emotional labor stress, somatic symptoms, and education anxiety, and how emotional labor stress affects the other two factors. A total of 264 teachers from selected childcare centers and kindergartens in G metropolitan area were surveyed. The result of this study show that, first, the relationship between emotional labor stress and somatic symptoms appears to be positively correlated. Second, emotional labor stress have a significant effect on somatic symptom and education anxiety. These results suggest that it is an important task to provide emotional support to infant teachers and to provide measures to effectively manage emotions. These results suggest that a deep qualitative research is necessary to find the cause of emotional labor stress.
