자동차용 Power Steering Tube Line의 진동 해석을 위한 Modeling에 대한 연구

This paper studies the effect of vibrational characteristics of a power steering tube analyzed though simulation and experiment. By an experiment analysis and a simulation analysis we found out that the factor of PS system vibration is fluid-structure interaction of tube line. Also, a new method of vibration analysis of fluid-filled piping system is developed. Analytic solutions transformed into the same form as finite-element equations are used for longitudinal, bending and torsional motion of straight, curved and double curved parts of tubes.<br/> From the results of the experimental studies and simulation modeling analysis for vibration of power steering system, we following results of the experiment FRF characteristics and mode shape through tube geometry and filled-unfilled oil of static tube condition that found out increasing natural frequency, and curved parts of tube line of characteristic is dissipate.<br/>
