유아의 행복감 및 자기조절력과 유아교육기관 적응능력간의 관계

본 연구는 유아의 행복감과 자기조절력 및 유아교육기관 적응능력 간의 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 전북 J시에 소재한 유아교육 기관에 재원 중인 유아 221명을 대상으로 행복감, 자기조절력, 유아교육기관 적응 평정척도를 활용하였다. 수집된 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아의 행복감과 자기조절력 및 유아교육기관 적응능력 간에는 유의미하게 높은 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 유아교육기관 적응능력에 자기조절력의 하위요인인 자기주장이 가장 강력한 영향을 미쳤고, 행복감의 하위요인인 건강, 또래관계, 인지 및 성취, 교사관계가 순서대로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아교육기관 적응에 어려움을 겪는 유아들을 위한 프로그램 계획과 실행을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있으며, 행복감과 자기조절력의 증진이 유아교육기관 적응능력 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between young children"s happiness, self-regulation, and preschool adjustment ability. We used happiness, self-regulation, and preschool adjustment ability rating scale to 221 subjects attending preschools located in J city in Jeonra Buk province. Descriptive statistics, Pearson"s correlation, and multiple regression analysis was done by the SPSS 18.0 program using the collected data. The results of this study are as follows. First, significantly high positive correlation was found between young children"s happiness, self-regulation and preschool adjustment ability. Second, the young children"s preschool adjustment ability was mostly affected by self-assertiveness, a sub-factor of self-regulation, and was also affected by sub-factors of happiness, such as health, peer relationship, cognition and achievement, and teacher relationship, in that order. The results of this study may offer baseline data for planning and implementing programs for the young children facing difficulties with preschool adjustment, and imply that enhanced happiness and self-regulation can contribute to the improvement of preschool adjustment ability.

유아교사의 사회적 지지 및 직무스트레스가 교수몰입도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to reveal the relationship between early childhood teachers’ social support, job stress, and teaching flow. We applied three rating scale tools to the subjects of this research, 209 early childhood teachers in Jeonra Buk province, in order to measure their social support, job stress, and teaching flow. The results of this study are as follows. First, significantly high correlation exists between social support, job stress and teaching flow. The higher social support and the lower job stress early childhood teachers have, the higher teaching flow is observed. Second, early childhood teachers' teaching flow is influenced by emotional support and appraisal support in that order. Early childhood teachers' job stress has comparatively slight influence on teaching flow. Further studies on the correlation between these two factors is needed. These results are expected to be used as baseline data for increasing early childhood teachers' teaching flow and also show that high teaching flow may improve the quality of early childhood teachers' life and then contribute toward their improved professionalism. 본 연구는 유아교사의 사회적 지지 및 직무스트레스와 교수몰입도의 관계는 어떠하며, 사회적 지지 및 직무스트레스가 교수몰입도에 미치는 영향력은 어떠한지 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전북지역 유아교사 209명을 대상으로 사회적지지, 직무스트레스, 교수몰입도에 대한 평정척도를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 사회적 지지와 직무스트레스 및 교수몰입도 간에는 유의미하게 높은 상관관계가 나타났다. 즉, 유아교사의 사회적 지지가 높을수록, 직무스트레스가 적을수록 교수몰입도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교수몰입도에 정서적 지지, 평가적 지지 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 유아교사의 직무스트레스는 교수몰입도에 상대적으로 미미한 영향력을 미쳐 이들 간의 관계를 명확히 파악하기 위한 추후 연구가 필요하다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 교수몰입도를 높이기 위한 기초자료가 될 수 있으며, 높은 교수몰입도는 유아교사의 삶의 질을 향상시키고 교육의 질을 증진시켜 수업전문성 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다.
