Nowadays, Automotive companies are trying to develop a new product in shorter period than the other competitors. One of the best solutions to meet the requirement of Vehicle Development Time Reduction is using the Virtual Engineering Process. It should be possible to be frontloading all resource of the enterprise on the early stage of product development time line. At the same time, automotive companies should also keep the good quality and increase performance of their new product. Therefore, we not only need to integrate new developed parts which are newly applied technology but also satisfy with vehicle performance. But engine room package tends to be more compact and more complicated. Engine Dynamic DMU is the best way to find hidden space for making optimized engine room package. Through the Dynamic DMU, we are able to conduct engine movement validation instead of physical vehicle test in the beginning of the vehicle development.
