        정수생태계 동물플랑크톤 채집 시 네트 인양 유형 및 수심에 따른 군집 정보 비교

        호소 생태계에 대한 생물측정망 조사 및 평가지침은 동물플랑크톤 조사의 편의성을 고려하여 출현 종 수와 개체군 밀도, 군집 지수 등을 상대적으로 비교하기 위해 수심 5m 이하의 얕은 호소-수변부에서 사선끌기, 수심 20 m 이상 호소-전수심 수직끌기, 그 이상의 깊은 호소-20 m까지의 수심을 대상으로 한 수직끌기를 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지침에서 제시하는 방법 중 사선끌기법과 20 m 수직 끌기법을 각각 전수심을 대상으로 한 조사 방법과 비교하여 동물플랑크톤 군집 정보의 차이 및 특성에 대해 분석하였다. 군집 지수의 경우 수심이 얕은 호수에서의 사선끌기법/수직끌기법 비교에서는 차이를 보이지 않은 반면, 수심이 깊은 호소에서는 끌기 수심을 20 m로 제한할 경우보다 전수심 수직끌기를 적용했을 때 다양도 및 풍부도 지수가 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 사선끌기 및 20 m 수직끌기를 통해 채집한 동물플랑크톤 시료로부터 표면~저층 상층부까지의 전수심을 채집 대상으로 설정한 경우보다 약 3배 정도 높은 개체군 밀도가 계산되어, 동물플랑크톤 총 개체 밀도가 크게 과대 평가되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 차이는 동물플랑크톤 수직 분포 특성상 발생하는 수층별 동물플랑크톤 개체 밀도 차이 및 여과된 원수량의 차이에서 비롯된 결과로 판단되며, 이에 따라 호소를 대변하여 수체 간 또는 수체 내 변동을 보다 정확히 파악하고 호 내 2차 생산과 관련한 기능적 정량 지표로서 동물플랑크톤 군집 정보의 활용을 고려할 경우, 수심에 따른 개체군 밀도 분포와 전체 개체수 환산 시 수층별 기여율을 고려한 전수심 수직끌기 방법의 적용이 보다 적절할 것으로 분석되었다. Biomonitoring Survey and Assessment Manual for lake ecosystem suggest zooplankton collection methods to compare relatively the number of species, population density, and community indices, taking into account the convenience of the field sampling according to the sites' water depth. In this study, the oblique towing and 20 m vertical towing methods presented in the manual were respectively compared with the whole water column-vertical towing and we analyzed the differences and characteristics of zooplankton community information gathered by each collection method. For community indices, there was no difference in the comparison of oblique/vertical towing methods in the shallow lake, but in the deep lake, the diversity and richness indices increased when vertically towing through whole water column rather than when limiting the towing depth to 20 m. In addition, the total zooplankton density collected by the oblique/20 m vertical towing methods was about three times higher than the whole water column-vertical towing method, which means that the density of zooplankton community can be overestimated depending on the collection methods. It appears to be results of differences in the zooplankton density by water layer arising from their vertical distribution and in filtered raw water quantity according to the towing depth/distance. Hence, for zooplankton community information to be used as a functional quantitative indicator representing the entire lake, it would be more appropriate to apply the whole water column-vertical towing method with considering the distribution of zooplankton density by depth and contribution rate of each water layer when converting total zooplankton density.

        호텔 직원의 직무불안정성과 정서적 몰입 및 직무성과의 관계 - 정서적 몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

        This case study analyzed hotel employees' job insecurity and job performance. It particularly tested the mediating effects of affective commitment on the relationships between job insecurity and job performance. By doing so, this study provides implications for more effective business performance and human resource management in the hotel business. First, it is approved that hotel employee's job insecurity is an important factor determining job affective commitment. In other words, job insecurity leaded to a negative affective effect. Second, it is confirmed that hotel employee's job insecurity had a negative effect on job performance Third, it is approved that hotel employee's affective commitment is an important factor determining job performance. In other words, affective commitment had a positive effect on job performance. Furthermore, hotel employees' affective commitment played a mediating role in the relationship between job insecurity and job performance. This study presents theoretical and practical implications to improve organizational effectiveness and enhance management performance in a hotel environment where human resource management is important. It is necessary to study effective human resource management methods for the improvement of organizational performance and organizational stability as well as individual job satisfaction of hotel employees.

        담수생태계 특성을 고려한 동물플랑크톤 정량 조사법의 비교와 활용

        Zooplankton is essential biological assemblage in understanding the structure and function of aquatic ecosystems, since it plays as a linkage between primary producers and higher trophic level organisms such as fish. Although zooplankton has planktonic characteristics, the sampling and treatment methods for its community analyses are more complicated and variable compared with phytoplankton due to its high diversity in body size and species-specific depth selection behaviors. In the present paper, we reviewed representative classical methods for field sampling and treatments of freshwater zooplankton in relation with quantification of its community structure, and suggested appropriate methods depending on various research objectives.

        최근 휴가기간 동안 국외 및 국내 여행을 다녀왔거나 여행을 갈 생각을 하는 사람들이 늘어나는 추세이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이러한 여행을 관리하는 웹 혹은 앱은 흔치 않다. 본 보고서에서는 여행을 다녀왔거나 갈 생각을 하고 있는 사람들이 방문지 및 사진을 쉽게 기록할 수 있는 웹을 설계하고 구현한다. 사용자들이 손쉽게 방문지를 지도를 통해 검색하고 그에 따른 경로도 보여줄 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 각 방문지 별로 찍은 사진들을 기록할 수 있다.

        낙동강 수생태계 먹이망 구조 분석: 안정동위원소 비 기반의 정량적 생태정보를 이용한 영양단계 시공간 분포 경향 파악

        Recently, quantitative analyses of food web structure based on carbon and nitrogen stable isotopes are widely applied to environmental assessments as well as ecological researches of various ecosystems, particularly rivers and streams. In the present study, we analyzed carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios of POM (both planktonic and attached forms), zooplankton, benthic macroinvertebrates and fish collected from 6 sites located at Nakdong River. Samples were collected from upstream areas of 5 weirs (Sangju, Gangjeong-Goryeong, Dalseong, Hapcheon-Changnyeong, and Changnyeong-Haman Weirs) and one downstream area of Hapcheon-Changnyeong Weir in dry season (June) and after rainy season (September). We suggested ranges of their carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios and calculated their trophic levels in the food web to compare their temporal and spatial variations. Trophic levels of organisms were relatively higher in Sangju Weir located at upper part of Nakdong River, and decreased thereafter. However, the trophic levels were recovered at the Changnyeong-Haman Weir, the lowest weir in the river. The trophic level calculated by nitrogen stable isotope ratios showed more reliable ranges when they were calculated based on zooplankton than POM used as baseline. The suggested quantitative ecological information of the majority of biological communities in Nakdong River would be helpful to understand the response of river food web to environmental disturbances and can be applied to various further researches regarding the quantitative approaches for the understanding food web structure and function of river ecosystems as well as restoration.

        프랜차이즈 전문점 커피소비자의 가격 및 만족추구 성향 이 윤리적 소비추구 성향에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Ethical Consumption Tendencies by Price and Satisfaction Pursuit Tendencies of Franchised Coffee shops Customers. For this study, two factors were set as cause variables based on the prior study: price tendencies and satisfaction tendencies. For empirical survey, total 450 customers, were selected as a target, and total 427questionnaire sheet were used for the survey after deleting 20 insincere or defected sheet from total 407questionnaire sheet collected. In order to analyze the relationship between coffee consumers' pursuit tendencies, the relationship between price pursuit, satisfaction and ethical consumption was established as a hypothesis and analyzed using the structure equation modeling. As a result, the hypothesis H1 of the pursuit of price and ethical consumption was rejected because it was not included within a significant level. Consumers with a tendency to pursue prices need to pay attention to variables that create a high level of consumer awareness of the importance of purchases, preferably purchases of discounted products, and discounts during a sale. Second, the hypothesis H2 of the pursuit of satisfaction and ethical consumption was adopted at the p<0.001 level, indicating that the pursuit of satisfaction by coffee consumers had a positive influence on the ethical pursuit of consumption. It has been revealed that consumers who tend to be satisfied are highly aware of customer management satisfaction and brand facility satisfaction.

        시설과 공간계획을 중심으로 한 농촌지역 재난안전마을 구축방안 연구

        The whole world has been damaged by dramatic increase of natural disasters such as localized torrential downpour, earthquake and drought, while suffering from climate changes caused by global warming. In Korea where the continental climate and oceanic one are crossed, the frequency and the size of damages are increased by stronger typhoons and localized torrential downpours and landslides, storms and floods. Therefore, this study analyzed damage cases and their causes and examined foreign plans to prevent natural disasters, by limiting to rural villages where serious damages occur due to typhoons and localized torrential downpours and measures and infra-structures against such disasters are poorly prepared. From the findings, it attempts to suggest some plans to establish disaster safety villages by abstracting plan factors applicable to rural areas in Korea, on the basis of facilities and spatial projects. 전 세계가 지구 온난화 현상에 의한 기상이변을 겪으면서 태풍이나 집중호우, 지진, 가뭄 등의 급증하는 자연재해로 인해 많은 피해를 입고 있다. 우리나라는 특히 대륙성 기후와 해양성 기후가 교차하는 국가로 국지성 집중호우 및 태풍의 강도가 심화되어 피해가 빈번하고 산사태, 폭풍, 홍수를 동반하여 피해 규모는 증가한다. 이에 본 연구는 태풍과 집중호우로 인한 피해가 특히 심하고 그에 따른 대책이나 기반시설이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않은 농촌마을로 한정하여 피해사례와 원인을 분석하였고, 외국의 자연재해 방지 대책 사례를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 시설과 건축물, 공간계획 위주로 국내 농촌지역에 적용가능한 계획요소를 도출함으로써 재난안전마을을 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

        영주댐 유사조절지 상류의 용존유기물 (Dissolved Organic Matter) 특성과 물리 . 화학 및 생물학적 환경 요인과의 연관성 연구

        A sediment control dam is an artificial structure built to prolong sedimentation in the main dam by reducing the inflow of suspended solids. These dams can affect changes in dissolved organic matter (DOM) in the water body by changing the river flow regime. The main DOM component for Yeongju Dam sediment control of the Naeseongcheon River was analyzed through 3D excitation-emission matrix (EEM) and parallel factor (PARAFAC) analyses. As a result, four humic-like components (C1~C3, C5), and three proteins, tryptophan-like components (C2, C6~C7) were detected. Among DOM components, humic-like components (autochthonous: C1, allochthonous: C2~C3) were found to be dominant during the sampling period. The total amount of DOM components and the composition ratio of each component did not show a difference for each depth according to the amount of available light (100%, 12%, and 1%). Throughout the study period, the allochthonous organic matter was continuously decomposing and converting into autochthonous organic matter; the DOM indices (fluorescence index, humification index, and freshness index) indicated the dominance of autochthonous organic matter in the river. Considering the relative abundance of cyanobacteria and that the number of bacteria cells and rotifers increased as autochthonous organic matter increased, it was suggested that the algal bloom and consequent activation of the microbial food web was affected by the composition of DOM in the water body. Research on DOM characteristics is important not only for water quality management but also for understanding the cycling of matter through microbial food web activity.
