조직분위기, 임파워먼트, 조직지원인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Amid rapid environmental changes in the 21st century, businesses should develop and implement positive strategies towards their sustainable growth and development. To make an organization wholly changed requires changes in its individual members’ ways of thinking and behaving. Such changes on part of organizational members depend on their organization’s roles in relation to internal climate, empowerment and supports to organizational members. Here, the researcher surveyed workers from businesses located in Gyeongsang province to determine the effects of those workers’ perceptions of organizational climate and empowerment and organizational supports to organizational commitment and then tried to find how to improve such perceptions towards higher organizational commitment. Results of the survey indicate that organizational members’ perceptions of internal climate and empowerment and organizational supports to them have significant effects on their organizational commitment. Thus, orienting changes with new ideas and difficult challenges, allowing investments in re-education for career development and helping maintain friendly relations among organizational members should be integrated into the aspects of organizational climate. This would contribute to promoting organizational members’ positive attitudes. The job placement of organizational members needs to be made in accordance with their attitude, test results. This would help them perform tasks better with their own sense of purpose.

전 세계적으로 고학력화는 만연한 현상이며 점점 더 심해지고 있는 추세이다. 고학력의 효과성에 대한 많은 연구들이 발표되고 있지만, 주로 2000년대 이전의 연구가 많고 진행된 연구도 서구권 국가를 대상으로 진행되었다. 또한 제조업 및 일부 공공영역(예; 경찰)을 주된 표본으로 사용하였고, 다양한 조절변수를 다루지 못한 한계점이 있다. 이러한 상황에서 학력과 조직행동 연구의 중요 변수인 직무만족과의 관계 및 그 관계에서의 조절효과를 살펴보는 것은 의미가 있을 것으로 생각된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 조직 내 인력이 기업의 성과에 크게 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 생각되는 병원 근로자들을 대상으로 최종 학력이 직무 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그리고 상황변수인 직급이 이들 간의 관계를 어떠한 방향으로 조절하는지에 대해 분석하였다. 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 경기북부의 1개 병원에서 근무하고 있는 377명의 간호사, 의료기사, 행정직의 자료를 실증분석 하였다. 회귀분석 결과 최종 학력은 직무만족과 정의 관계를 가지는 것으로 확인되었으며, 개인의 직급이 높아질수록 최종학력이 직무만족에 주는 긍정적 관계는 완화되는 것으로 나타났다. Higher education has become a global phenomenon. Although existing research on the effects of education level have been carried out, most studies were conducted before the year 2000 in a western context. In addition, the research sample was collected mainly from the manufacturing and police sectors. Furthermore, previous studies did not consider various moderating variables. Therefore, this study investigated the direct effect of education level on job satisfaction and the moderating effect of the job position between them. To test the hypotheses, a cross sectional research design with data from a sample of 377 full-time nurses, medical technicians, and administrative staff in one hospital located in the Northern part of Kyunggi province was used. The results showed that the education level was positively related to job satisfaction and job position alleviated the positive relationship between the education level and job satisfaction.

To meet the requirements for smart production systems to secure stable production processes that can accommodate increasing complexity, shorter product life cycles, product diversification, improve quality and productivity, and secure a competitive advantage in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment, 4M optimization is required for productivity. Accordingly, as an example, data from a cold forging process was analyzed and increased production efficiency was predicted through simulations using FOM, which was then verified and proposed as a solution for 4M optimization. Thus, many factories can achieve optimization of 4M-based smart manufacturing sites and create a foundation for smart factory operations and productivity improvements through loss factor analysis and production forecasting.
혁신행동이 분배공정성 지각에 미치는 영향 : 상대적 업무 전문성 수준의 조절효과

과거부터 현재까지 공정성은 많은 사람들의 관심을 받고 있다. 관련하여 진행된 선행연구들은 대부분이 공정성의 결과변수에 대한 연구로, 공정성의 중요성에 대해 알게 해주었다는 큰 장점이 있다. 하지만, 동 연구결과들은 이미 지각한 공정성의 상태에 따라 조직구성원들의 행동이 달라진다는 점에만 초점이 맞춰져 있다. 따라서 공정성을 정확히 이해하기 위해서는 공정성의 선행요인에 대한 연구도 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공정성에 직접적으로 영향을 줄 수 있는 근로자 측면의 변수 및 그 관계를 조절하는 상황요인에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 구체적으로 한국행정연구원에서 공개한 ‘2017년 공직생활실태조사’를 활용하여 공무원의 혁신행동이 분배공정성 지각에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그리고 상황변수인 상대적 업무 전문성 수준이 변수간의 관계를 어떠한 방향으로 조절하는지를 분석하였다. 321명의 공무원을 대상으로 회귀 분석한 결과 혁신행동은 분배공정성 지각에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 개인이 지각한 상대적 업무 전문성 수준이 높을 때 혁신행동이 분배공정성 지각에 주는 긍정적 관계가 약화되는 것으로 확인되었다. From the past to the present, justice has attracted many people"s attention. Most of the previous studies carried out in relation to justice are studies of the resulting variables, and there is a great advantage that they let us know about the importance of justice. However, the findings are focused only on the behavior of the members of the organization according to the status of justice already perceived. Therefore, studies on the antecedent of justice are also necessary to understand justice accurately. This study identifies the factors that can directly affect justice and the contextual factors that could moderate their relationship. In particular, using the "2017 Public Employee Perception Survey" released by the Korea Institute of Public Administration, we examined how innovative behavior of public employees affects the perception of distributive justice and how the relative professionalism, which is the situation variable, moderates the relationship between variables. A regression analysis of 321 public employees showed that innovative behavior affects the perception of distributive justice, and that the positive relationship of innovation behavior to the perception of distributive justice is weakened when the level of individual perceived relative professionalism is high.

Since the prevalence of allergies is increasing, food allergy is a major concern for consumers, as well as for the food industry. The foods that account for over 90% of all moderate to severe allergic reactions to food are milk, eggs, peanuts, soybeans, fish, shellfish, wheat, and tree nuts. Of these food allergens, milk is one of the major animal food allergens in infants and young children. Milk is the first food that an infant is exposed to; therefore, the sensitization rate of milk in sensitive individuals is understandably higher. The mechanisms involved in allergic reactions caused by this hypersensitivity are similar to those of other immune-mediated allergic reactions. The reactions occur in the gastrointestinal tract, skin, and respiratory tract, with headaches and psychological disorders occurring in some instances. The major allergenic proteins in milk are casein, β-lactoglobulin, and α-lactalbumin, while some of the minor allergenic proteins are lactoferrin, bovine serum albumin, and immunoglobulin. Reliable allergen detection and quantification are essential for compliance with food allergen-labeling regulations, which protect the consumer and facilitate international trade.
