본 연구는 NCS학습모듈을 활용한 직업상담서비스 교육요구도를 파악하여 교육설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기권 209명의 직업상담자들을 대상으로 Borich와 The Locus for Focus 분석을 통해 교육요구도 우선순위를 도출하였고, 직업상담자들의 군집분석 및 유형 세분화를 실시하였다. 연구결과 최우선으로 고려되어야 할 학습모듈은 ‘구인･구직 발굴’과 ‘사후관리’로 나타났다. 이는 현장에서 요구되는 직무능력과 현재 수준과의 불일치 우선순위로 직업상담자의 이중적인 고충을 반영하고 있다. 차 순위로는 ‘전직지원’, ‘창업’, ‘재활상담’, ‘다문화상담’, ‘심층상담’, ‘매칭’, ‘경력목표설정’, ‘재취업상담’, ‘창업컨설팅’, ‘프로그램운영’으로 나타나 직업선택과 진로전환의 과정에서 일어나는 포괄적인 상담의 영역을 반영하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 직업상담자들의 교육설계를 위해 5개의 군집유형을 도출하였고, ‘역량부족형’, ‘단기전략형’, ‘현장중시형’, ‘전략부재형’, ‘취업중시형’으로 명명하였다. 이들의 군집별 뚜렷한 차이를 보이는 역량(현재수준)은 차 순위인 ‘전직지원’, ‘재활상담’, ‘다문화상담’, ‘경력목표설정’, ‘재취업상담’, ‘창업’, ‘프로그램운영’으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 의한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, NCS학습모듈을 기반으로 한 교육설계의 기초자료를 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 직업상담자들의 군집 간 세분화를 통해 실무적 교육에 적용되기를 기대한다. 셋째, 상담대상별 직업상담자들의 교육요구도와 효과성을 입증하는 후속연구를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for education design by identifying the education requirements for vocational counseling services using the NCS learning module. To this end, education needs were prioritized through Borich and The Locus for Focus analysis of 209 job counselors in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, and cluster analysis and type segmentation of job counselors were performed. As a result of the study, it was found that the learning modules that should be considered as the top priority were ‘recruitment/job search’ and ‘post-management’. This reflects the double grievances of vocational counselors as a prioritization of discrepancy between the job competency required in the field and the current level In the next order, ‘job change support’, ‘startup’, ‘rehabilitation counseling’, ‘multicultural counseling’, ‘in-depth counseling’, ‘matching’, ‘career goal setting’, ‘re-employment counseling’, ‘startup consulting’, ‘program operation’ ‘, and it was found to reflect the field of comprehensive counseling that occurs in the processes of career selection and career change. For the education design of these vocational counselors, five cluster types were derived, and they were named ‘capacity deficit type’, ‘short-term strategy type’, ‘site-oriented type’, ‘strategic absence type’, and ‘employment-oriented type’. Competencies (current level) that show distinct differences by cluster of these people are ‘replacement support’, ‘rehabilitation counseling’, ‘multicultural counseling’, ‘career goal setting’, ‘reemployment counseling’, ‘startup’, ‘program operation’ appeared as. Suggestions based on the research results are as follows. First, basic data for educational design based on the NCS learning module should be prepared. Second, it is expected to be applied to practical education through segmentation between groups of job counselors. Third, follow-up studies are expected to prove the educational needs and effectiveness of vocational counselors by counseling target.
