In this study, a performance evaluation was conducted to verify the fire doors of low emissivity insulation boards composed of recycled paper and aluminum films as door insulation, due to the need to meet required performance of fire doors in apartment houses and to lighten fire doors and simplify the production process. Physical performance such as torsional strength, vertical load strength, opening and closing power, opening and closing repeatability, and impact resistance, were all found to be suitable. In the case of fire resistant performance, both A and B test specimens had no openings and no flame generation, and smoking penetration performance was measured with an air leakage rate of 0.4 ㎥/min․㎡ or less, satisfying the criteria. U-value was measured at 1.046 W/(㎡·K), airtightness performance was measured at Grade 1, and condensation prevention performance was 0.22 for door frame and 0.33 for door slab, meeting regional II standards.
건축물 마감재료의 난연성능 기준 강화에 따른 난연 발포폴리스티렌(EPS) 단열재의 단열성능과 난연성능 평가

In this study, three types of flame retardant EPS that are actually used, which are the main materials for energy efficiency and fire safety performance of buildings, were evaluated for their insulation performance and incombustibility performance according to the strengthening of the incombustible performance codes of building finishing materials, and the results are as follows. First, the thermal conductivity, which is an index of thermal performance, was found to be the lowest in flame retardant EPS coated on one side of flame retardant. Second, the heat release rate, which is an index of flame retardant performance, showed a difference of about 60% in total heat release even between the two types of flame retardant bead-coated flame-retardant EPS. The heat release rate and total heat release were measured to be the lowest, but when the uncoated side was heated, it was measured about 7 to 8 times higher than when the coated side was heated. Third, the shrinkage rate of the thickness of the specimen exceeded the standard value of 20% for all three types of flame retardant EPS.
저방사 박막 복합 단열재 두께별 외단열 시공벽체의 단열성능 평가

건축물 에너지절약설계기준의 단열성능 강화에 따라 단열재 성능기준이 상향되고 건축자재 화재안전성능 강화로 인해 기존 부피형 단열재 사용이 어려워지고 있다. 이에 따라 알루미늄 필름과 타공형 폴리에틸렌폼이 주요 구성재료인 저방사 박막 복합 단열재가 중소규모 건물 등을 중심으로 폭넓게 설치되고 있지만, 실제 현장에 설치되는 구성재료와 동일한 시료에 대한 단열성능 평가는 전무한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 6개 제조사 제품 50개 저방사 박막 복합 단열재의 두께별, 난연성 유무 및 공기층 유무에 따른 시공벽체의 단열성능을 평가함으로써 저방사 박막 복합 단열재 두께와 단열성능 간의 상관관계를 파악했으며, 제조사 기술력과 품질관리 능력에 따른 차이가 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
공동주택 강철제 방화문 도어록 부위의 결로방지성능 특성

공동주택에 설치되는 세대현관문과 대피공간 방화문에 대해, 국토교통부에서는 2013년 12월 27일에 공동주택 결로 방지를 위한 설계기준을 제정하고, 실내표면온도를 대상으로 온도차이비율 평가지표에 따른 지역별 성능기준만으로 결로 저감을 유도토록 하고 있지만, 실제로는 해당 성능기준을 충족하더라도 결로형상이 발생할 가능성이 있다(1). 특히 세대 입주 시 디지털 도어록이 설치되는 도어록 부위는 결로가 발생할 경우, 입주자 안전과 방범에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 오작동의 개연성이 높아질 수 있어, 겨울철 마다 언론에 디지털 도어록 오작동에 따른 뉴스가 보도되고 있다(2). 따라서, 본 연구에서는 결로방지 성능기준을 충족한 강철제 방화문을 대상으로 도어록 부위의 결로발생 여부를 확인하고, 도어록 부위에 대한 단열 보강과 디지털 도어록의 시험방법에 대한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다.
공동주택 방화문의 경년변화 추정을 위한 성능평가 방법 고찰

Front doors and fire doors in the shelter space to be installed in apartment houses require the most performance among construction materials, including the need to secure thermal insulation and condensation prevention performance, in addition to the fireproof performance, the fundamental performance as fire doors. Recently, damages claims for lack of fireproofing performance of fire doors have been spread in apartment houses across the country, and actual installed fire doors have been dismantled and tested for performance, affecting court rulings. However, it is controversial whether the performance of the fire doors will be reduced due to damage to the fire doors or annual variation. As the criteria for the actual conditions of use are not available, the test is conducted on different test specimens for each required performance, and the actual use and annual change are not reflected. In this study, the required performance of fire doors was classified and performance evaluation methods were proposed for the purpose of utilizing them as basic data necessary for annual variation of fire doors in apartment houses and for the purpose of establishing the life span guidelines.

지구온난화에 따른 기후변화 대응차원에서 온실가스 저감을 위해 건물의 고단열․고밀화가 지속적으로 추진되고, 실내온열쾌적감을 높이기 위해 겨울철 공동주택 내 거실 온습도 환경은 25℃, 55% 수준에서 유지됨에 따라 공동주택에 설치되는 세대현관문과 대피공간 방화문에 대한 결로방지성능도 주요 관심사로 부각되고 있다. 이에 따라, 국토교통부에서는 2013년 12월 27일에 공동주택 결로 방지를 위한 설계기준을 제정하고, 실내표면온도를 대상으로 온도차이비율 평가지표에 따른 지역별 성능기준만으로 결로 저감을 유도토록 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위의 성능기준을 충족하더라도 세대현관문 등에 결로형상이 발생할 가능성이 있음을 확인하고, 큰 물방울 등의 결로형상 육안 관찰에 의한 정량적 기준을 보완할 수 있는 결로방지성능 평가방법 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다.
재생종이를 이용한 저방사 단열보드 개발에 관한 기초 연구

In this study, the low emissivity insulation board using recycled paper and aluminum film was made to compensate for the disadvantages such as surface contamination and possible damage such as tearing of aluminum film, which is a component of PE foam-based low emissivity insulation material, and deformation due to the elasticity of PE foam, and the water absorption performance and insulation performance were evaluated, which are the main performance of the low emissivity insulation board. The amount of water absorption of 10 mm, the basic thickness of the low emissivity insulation board, is 0.6 g/(100㎠), and the resistance to the water of recycled paper used as an inner partition has been verified, and it is judged that external insulation construction is possible. Insulation performance is secured with U-value of 0.22 W/(㎡·K) with a low emissivity insulation board thickness of 110 ㎜ through the actual construction wall configuration, which can be used in all southern areas based on the outer wall of the living room. At a thickness of 80 ㎜, the insulation performance was 0.25 W/(㎡·K), which can be used in all areas of Jeju Island based on the outer wall of the living room. It is necessary to test the performance of fire safety and strength, in order to be used as an insulation board for construction.
공동주택 강철제 방화문의 단열성능과 결로방지성능과의 상관관계 비교

Recently, there are main issues between thermal insulation performance and condensation prevention performance of steel fire doors in the Apartment house. The purpose of this paper is to find the correlation between thermal insulation performance(U-value) and condensation prevention performance(TDR:Temperature Difference Ratio) of steel fire doors to contribute to the development of thermal environmental steel fire doors. The results obtained show that the coefficient of determination(R<SUP>2</SUP>) between U-value and maximum TDR at the door slab is low relation, however, linear relation pattern appears. Also it is found that there are low correlations between U-value and TDR at the door slab and the door frame. It is assumed to be largely influenced by the thermal conductivity at the junction between the door slab and the door frame.
