This study examined advantages of brand through the differences of management efficiencies between hog farms that joined and did not join for local brand in Cheolwon-Gun. First of all, Hog farms were divided by joining & non-participating groups. Then, the hog farms were compared and analyzed by each group`s management efficiencies. Because population was small, normality was tested on each management result. Independent specimen t-test was used for the management results that have normality. And Mann-Whiteney U test, non-parametric Statistics, was used for the management results that do not have normality. As the result of analysis, although there exists numerical difference in the average, there is no significance of the difference. It shows that feeding program and consulting system should be adopted for hog farms that joined for the brand to increase the efficiencies.
