Important sources of disturbances torque inputs which may severely degrade the seeker tracking accuracy of a guided missile, involve friction torque, spring torque and mass imbalance torque of two axis gimbaled system of seeker. Stabilization performance means the stabilization degree of the line-of-sight rate between the seeker and target. It also means isolation ratio of seeker stabilization platform due to disturbance torque by vibration of aero dynamic change and missile's body motion. In this paper, I have simulated stabilization performance as of disturbance torque change by modeling the controller and two axis gimbaled system considering coupling and disturbance torque. I have verified the model, comparing the result of real system. I finally have optimized the result of simulation with using response surface method and present the disturbance torque standard for seeker disturbance torque optimization.
