Research direction of Cement manufacturers is that the trend of high-performance clinker production, which has increased the content of Alite (C3S) that dominate the initial strength of cement is intensifying. The content of Ferrite(C4AF) mineral of White Portland Cement is less than 1%. In the case of White Portland Cement, when applied to concrete, it is free to choose the color of the concrete structure and exhibits excellent aesthetics and reflectance, so it is highly valuable as an architectural and civil engineering material, but it has a disadvantage of being more expensive than Ordinary Portland Cement, and there is a limit to using the circulating resources used in Cement clinker firing process to express white. The characteristics and color differences of cement differ depending on the difference between the raw material and the manufacturi ng met hod. When manufacturing whi t e cement, fuel used to impl ement whi t e and mat erials wi th low heavy metals such as Fe, Cr, and Mn in the raw material are used, cooled to a reducing atmosphere and the cooling method produces white cement clinker by water cooling. Even in process facilities, more careful selection is required when selecting materials for grinding facilities and refractories in the firing process.
불소 함유 반도체 슬러지를 활용한 저온 소성 기술로 제조된 백색 포틀랜드 시멘트 클링커 특성

본 논문에서는 산업부산물인 불소 함유 반도체 슬러지를 재활용하기 위하여 광화제로써 시멘트 클링커 소성온도 저감 효과를 증명하기 위하여 시멘트 클링커 및 시멘트 품질에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 또한, 기존 광화제로 사용되는 천연 형석을 사용하였을 때의 온도별 클링커 및 시멘트 특성을 비교하기 위한 검증 연구도 진행됐다. 연구 결과, 반도체 슬러지는 광화제로써 충분한 효과를 보여지고 있으며, 기존 광화제인 천연형석을 대체할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. In this paper, the effect on cement clinker and cement quality was studied to prove the effect of reducing the sintering temperature of cement c linker as a mineralizer to recycle fluorine based semiconductor sludge, an industrial by-product. In addition, a verification study was conducted to compare the properties of clinker and cement at different temperatures when natural fluorite, previously used as a mineralizer, was used. As a result of the study, semiconductor sludge showed sufficient effectiveness as a mineralizer and could replace natural fluorite, an existing mineralizer.

Currently, polymer-based tile cement (Thin-bed method) and epoxy adhesive (Thick-bed method) are mainly used as tile adhesive for polishing and porcelain. In the case of epoxy adhesive, there is a low economic efficiency, there is a problem that the work efficiency is reduced by mixing the resin and the hardener. In particular, the epoxy contains a bisphenol A and amine component, there is a risk of workable disease when a worker is exposed to odor and harmful gases generated in the epoxy adhesive for a long time. Against this background, it is necessary to analyze the hazards of using epoxy adhesives indoors, and develop cementitious high performance tile adhesive products with significantly lower hazards than epoxy adhesives.
