        Neurogram을 이용한 인공와우 자극기법 평가 연구

        Electrical stimulation is delivered to auditory nerve (AN) through the electrodes in cochlear implant system. Neurogram is a spectrogram that includes information of neural response to electrical stimulation. We hypothesized that the similarity between a neurogram and an input-sound spectrogram could show how well a cochlear implant system works. In this study, we evaluated electrical stimulus configuration of CIS strategy using the computational model. The computational model includes stochastic property and anatomical features of cat auditory nerve fiber. To evaluate similarity between a neurogram and an input-sound spectrogram, we calculated Structural Similarity Index (SSIM). The results show that the dynamic range and the stimulation rate per channel influenced SSIM. Finally, we suggested the optimal configuration within the given stimulus CIS. We expect that the results and the evaluating procedure could be employed to improve the performance of a cochlear implant system.

        지자기 센서를 이용한 양이 보청기의 방향성 이득 조절 연구

        Binaural hearing aids with a voice transmitter have been widely used to enhance sound quality in noisy environment. However, this system has a limitation on sound-source localization. In this study, we investigated automatic directional-gain control method using geomagnetic sensors to provide directional information to binaural hearing aid user. The loudness gains of two hearing aids were differently controlled based on the directional information between a speaker position and a viewing direction of hearing aids user. This relative directional information was measured by two geomagnetic sensors on hearing aids user and a speaker. The results showed that the loudness gains were accurately controlled and could provide directional information based on the cue of interaural level differences.

        창의스퀘어 캠퍼스조성을 위한 대학생의 공간 소비의사결정유형에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze university students' types of spatial consumptive decision behavior in order to provide a guideline on development of creative squares on campus. In particular, it is investigated how student's general characteristics, such as gender, age and major, awareness of creative squares, and preferred spatial types have influence on types of spatial decision consumptive behavior. In addition, correlations among the factors and types are analyzed. As a specific method for gathering information, a questionnaire composed of 46 questions was drawn up to conduct a survey of 206 students of S University in Seoul. The collected data from the survey were analyzed using SPSS windows v17.0. Based on a few previous works, the spatial consumptive decision behavior is classified into four types with Crombach ${\alpha}=0.794$ : 'Exploration' type, 'Experience' type, 'Showing-off type, and 'Trend-Following' type. The main results of this paper can be summarized as follows. First, all factors that affect spatial consumptive decision behavior are more or less correlated with one another. Second, awareness of creative square is significantly different according to the age and major of students. Third, in general, the 'Exploration' type embraces the largest number of students, followed by 'Experience' type, 'Showing-off type, and 'Trend-Following' type. Fourth, the portion of students belonging to each type is a little different according to the major of students. Finally, each type of spatial consumptive decision behavior is highly correlated with the gender and preferred spatial types of students. It was also found that all types of students prefer three to five specific spatial types. Accordingly, the identified spatial types can be exploited in developing a creative square in campus. The results of this paper are expected to expedite follow-up research on creative squares on campus under various conditions.

        신경모델링을 이용한 인공와우 전기자극 패턴 연구

        청각 신경의 정상적 기능 회복을 위해 사용하는 인공와우는 인체 조직에 손상을 주는 단상파 방식의 펄스 대신 전하량 균형을 이루는 이상파 방식의 전기적 펄스를 사용한다. 본 논문에서는, Hodgkin-Huxley 신경 모델에 기반하여 다양한 전기적 펄스 방식의 자극이 신경 반응에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 전기적 펄스의 펄스 폭, 펄스간 간격 등을 변화시키면서, 청각신경의 역치, 반응 범위, 반응 시간 등을 측정하였다. 이러한 결과는 인공와우 시스템의 효과적인 자극 방식을 디자인 하는데, 활용 될 수 있으리라 기대된다. A cochlear implant system uses charge-balanced biphasic pulses that are known to reduce tissue damage than monophasic pulses. In this study, we investigated effect of pulse pattern on neural responses using a computer model, based on the Hodgkin-Huxley equation. Electric pulse phase, pulse duration, and phase gap have been systematically varied to characterize auditory nerve responses. The results show that neural responses, dynamic range and threshold are represented as a function of stimulus patterns and duration. The results could greatly extend to develop more efficient cochlear implant stimulation.

        의료원에서 상담일을 하면서 느낀 점은 많은 감염인분들이 HIV질환에 감염되었다는 자체만으로 많은 스트레스를 받고 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 진단을 받은 지 얼마 되지 않았거나 약물요법을 시작한지 3-5년이 지났어도 본인이 이 질환에 걸렸다는 사실에 문뜩 우울해지고, 비참해진다고 얘기를 합니다. 그런 얘기를 들을 때면 감염인분들이 평소에도 스트레스를 많이 받고 있고 스트레스 관리를 전혀 못하고 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 이에 스트레스가 우리 건강에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지 그리고 스트레스 관리가 얼마나 중요한지에 관해 말씀을 드리려고 합니다.

        사이코드라마 전문가의 수퍼비전 경험에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 사이코드라마 전문가의 수퍼비전 경험의 의미를 탐색하고자 Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법론에 따라 진행되었다. 이를 위해 2014년 현재 사이코드라마 전문가 자격을 유지하고 있는 한국사이코드라마·소시오드라마학회 소속 사이코드라마 전문가 8명을 대상으로 2014년 8월부터 10월까지 심층면접을 실시하였다. 그 결과 전체적으로 4개의 구성요소, 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지 각각 10개의 하위요소가 도출되었다. 여기서 도출된 4개의 구성요소는 ‘넘어야할 커다란 산’, ‘삶의 변화’, ‘성장·발전의 원동력’, ‘계속해서 가야할 수행의 길’ 이었다. 이와 같은 사이코드라마 전문가의 수퍼비전 경험은 사이코드라마를 통해 세상과 만나게 되는 사이코드라마 전문가로서 뿐만 아니라 한 개인으로서 성숙되어야만 하는 다양한 경험의 과정이었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지 각각 하위요소를 통해 수퍼비전 경험에서 오는 견해 차이를 발견하고 이를 해결하기 위한 방안들로 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지 그리고 학회의 역할 등을 제안했다. This study was pursued through phenomenological method of Colaizzi to find the meaning of supervision experience of psychodrama specialists. In-depth interview was conducted with 8 psychodramatists, who had maintained their qualifications till 2014 and were members of the Korean Association for Psychodrama and Sociodrama(KAPS), from August till October 2014. As result, 4 essential components and 10 sub-components of supervisor and supervisee were found. The 4 essential components were ‘huge mountain to climb’, ‘change of life’, ‘driving force of growth’, and ‘long way to practicing asceticism’. Through those results, it was confirmed that the supervision experiences of psychodramatists were various experiencing process for growing up not only as a specialist who meet the world through psychodrama but also as an individual. Furthermore, this study found some different points of views in supervision experiences by each sub-components of supervisor and supervisee, and proposed some alternatives to reduce them.

        초보간호사의 LIFO 행동유형에 따른 직무 스트레스, 직무만족도와 조직몰입

        This study was done to provide data that would contribute to effective task performance in clinical nursing and development of nursing professional by understanding job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to Life Organization (LIFO) behavior types of novice nurses. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey and the participants were 313 novice nurses who worked in one university hospital located in the city of Gwangju. Data were collected through the structured questionnaires that included general characteristics, job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment scales. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and ANOVA with SPSS/WIN 19.0. Results: Regarding job stress according to LIFO behavior types of novice nurses, there were statistically significant differences between the favorable situation and the unfavorable situation. There were also statistically significant differences regarding the organizational commitment according to LIFO behavior types. Conclusion: The results indicate a difference in behavior patterns of novice nurses that suggest a need for education in order to reduce stress from the job and enhance organizational commitment by developing each nurse`s preferred pattern and compensating for unfavorable patterns, as well. There also needs to be nursing resources that take into consideration behavior patterns of novice nurses.

        간호대학생이 지각하는 간호인성과 교육전략 -포커스 그룹 인터뷰 중심으로-

        본 연구는 간호학과 3-4학년 학생과 간호학과 1학년 학생 대상으로 기존 임상 간호사 대상으로 개발된 임상간호인성도구와의 비교를 통해 간호대학생들이 지각하고 있는 간호인성의 의미를 확인하고자 하였다. 자료수집기간은 설문조사의 경우 2020년 4월 5일부터 6월 22일까지였으며, 포커스 그룹의 경우 2020년 3월 5일부터 2020년 4월 5일까지 총 3회 시행되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차를 구했으며, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 자료는 내용분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 임상 간호사 대상으로 개발된 임상간호인성 13개 요인 중에서 ‘책임’, ‘공감’요인이 도출되었으며, 다른 요인으로는 봉사, 사랑, 정직, 배려, 존중으로 유사한 요인들이 도출되었다. 또한, 간호대학생 대상으로 올바른 간호인성 함양을 위한 것으로 단체여행, 서로 칭찬해주기, 스트레스관리, 봉사활동, 역할놀이 등과 같은 활동을 통해 간호인성을 증진시킬 수 있는 인성 교육프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이다. This study aims to identify the meaning of the nurse’s character perceived by nursing students by comparing Nurse Character Scale, which was developed for clinical nurses, with that for third-grade, fourth-grade nursing students and first-year nursing students. As for data collection period, the questionnaire survey was conducted from Apr. 5 to June 22, 2020, and it was done three times in total from Mar. 3 to Apr. 5, 2020 for the focus group. For data analysis, real number, percentage, mean and standard deviation were obtained using SPSS 23.0 program, and content analysis was conducted of focus group interview data. As a result of the study, ‘responsibility’ and ‘empathy’ were derived among the 13 factors of nurse’s character scale developed for clinical nurses, and the similar factors such as service, love, honesty, consideration, and respect were done. In addition, it was indicated that nursing students think that nurse’s character can be improved through activities such as group travel, praising each other, stress management, voluntary activities, and role playing as an educational program to cultivate clinical nurse’s character.

        사이코드라마 수퍼비전에 관한 질적 연구 -연구과제 제안을 중심으로-

        The objective of this study is to suggest some study issues for psychodrama supervisors for their supervisees. The study used the Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR) to analyse the data. Eight psychodramatists participated the interview, of whom 5 were supervisees and 3 were supervisors. From the analysis of the data, for the supervisees, a total of 3 domains and 10 categories were drawn. The domain of ‘study of trust formation process’ includes ‘What effect did the experience of psychodrama education program make for the selection of supervisors?’ ‘What is the conformity between the philosophy of the life and everyday living of the supervisors?’ and ‘When was the situation in which supervision was experienced as self-awareness for growth as director?’ The domain of ‘study of trust recovery’ includes ‘Did you have the experience of the change of the supervision method and the needs as desired?’ and ‘What were some elements which caused my growth through supervision?’ For supervisors, 3 domains and 9 categories were drawn. The domain of ‘study of trust formation process’ includes ‘When was the situation in which supervision was experienced as self-growth and self-awareness for change as supervisor?’ The domain ‘study of trust recovery’ includes ‘Did you have the experience of the change of the supervision method and needs as desired?’
