        In this paper, the method of automatically estimating the rotor position angle offset in the no-load condition of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) used as a traction motor for xEV was implemented, and the output performance according to each method was compared. IPMSM requires accurate rotor position angle offset information unique to each motor for optimized output of the motor. Traditional methods estimate the rotor position angle offset with the motor connected to the dynamo, so for a traction motor with a large size, it is costly and time-consuming to connect the dynamo. Therefore, it is essential to estimate the rotor position angle offset of the motor under no load. Two commonly used methods were implemented to estimate the rotor position angle offset, and each estimation method was applied to compare, analyze, and identify its characteristics.

        In this paper, It proposes an algorithm that automatically estimates the initial angle of the rotor of a interior permanent magnet synchronous motor. The conventional passive method for estimating the initial angle takes a long time and its accuracy depends on the operator’s skill. The method of automatically estimating by applying the voltage vector is dependent on the cogging torque characteristics of the motor and the accuracy of the initial angle is reduced. Therefore, we proposed an imbalance algorithm to estimate the optimal initial angle information. The proposed method is applicable to all PMSM motors and useful to initialize to control the motor and verified through actual experiments.

        경두개 직류전류자극이 가상현실 재활프로그램을 적용한 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능과 우울에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 뇌졸중환자 32명을 대상으로 경두개 직류전류자극과 가상현실프로그램을 실시한 그룹과 허위 경두개 직류전류자극과 가상현실프로그램를 실시하여, 뇌졸중환자의 상지기능과 우울에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 실험군과 대조군으로 각각16명씩 나누어 1주일에 5회 총30분씩 4주간 총20회 실시하였다. 치료중재 전과후의 상지기능을 알아보기 위해 Box and Block Test, 9-hole pegboard, Fugl-Meyer Assessment를 실시하였으며, 우울을 알아보기 위해 BDI(Beck Depression Inventory: BDI)를 실시하였다. 중재결과 실험군에서는 유의하게 상지 기능의 증가, 우울이 감소하였다. 하지만, 대조군의 경우 상지기능과 우울 모두 유의하게 변화하지는 않았다. 이는 경두개 직류전류자극을 통해 상지기능의 증가와 함께 우울의 감소되었다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 뇌졸중 환자의 재활에 경두개 직류전류자극과 가상현실프로그램을 적용한 것은 상지기능과 우울에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The present study investigated the use of to treat upper extremity function and depression in patients with stroke. Either transcranial direct current stimulation plus a virtual reality program or a virtual reality program without transcranial direct current stimulation was applied in 32 stroke patients. The subjects were divided between 16 in the experimental group and 16 in the control group and the intervention for each group was administered 5 times a week for 30 minutes, for a total of 20 sessions in 4 weeks. The Box and Block Test, 9-hole pegboard, and the Fugl-Meyer Assessment were performed to evaluate upper extremity function before and after the intervention. The Beck Depression Inventory was used to assess depression. The results showed that upper extremity function was significantly enhanced and depression was reduced in the experimental group. However, both upper extremity function and depression did not change significantly in the control group. This suggests that depression was reduced and upper extremity function was increased as a result of transcranial direct current stimulation. Therefore, use of transcranial direct current stimulation plus a virtual reality program in the rehabilitation of patients with stroke had a positive effect on upper extremity function and depression.

        In this paper, it propose the loss separation method for PMSM using MTPA control. It has been defined the loss separation method for induction and AC synchronous motors in IEC60034-2-1. However, for the PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor), there is no standards defined for the loss separation method. Therefore, the proposed method is applied to the IPMSM as described in IEC60034-2-1 for induction and AC synchronous motors usingMTPA control method and verified.

        경두개직류전류자극 및 시지각 훈련 프로그램 적용이 치매환자의 시지각 기능 및 일상생활활동에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study aimed to evaluate the changes in visual perception and daily life activities after simultaneously applying the visual perception training program and transcranial DC stimulation. Particularly, this study tried to understand what changes in abilities among daily life activities influenced cognition. Methods : This study selected 50 dementia patients to achieve the objective. This study applied transcranial DC stimulation and a visual perception training program to a treatment group (n=25) and a visual perception training program to a control group (n=25). The intervention was applied five times per week and 30 minutes per session (total of 30 intervention sessions). This study measured visual perception functions and daily life activities using MVPT and FIM before and after applying the intervention. Results : The visual perception, mobility of daily life activities, cognition, and total score of the treatment group (n=25), which received the visual perception training program and transcranial DC at the same time, were significantly (p<.05) different between before and after the intervention. Moreover, when the visual perception and daily life activities of the treatment group and those of the control group after implementing the intervention were compared, they were significantly (p<.05) different between the two groups. Conclusion : The results of this study showed that the simultaneous application of the visual perception training program and transcranial DC stimulation was an effective means to enhance the visual perception and daily life activities of dementia patients. The results implied that transcranial DC stimulation, as well as the application of visual perception training program, as well as a visual perception training program, was effective for improving the visual perception functions and daily life activities dementia patients and simultaneous application of the two interventions would increase the effect even further.
