In this paper, we figure out the factors influencing on intention to adopt of wearable devices. We attempt to study influencing factors based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and former researches related to smart devices and information systems. For empirical analysis, we analyzed real users of wearable devices and verified research model and hypotheses through PLS method. There are some findings. First, mobility and self-efficacy are positively significant on perceived usefulness. Second, mobility, self-efficacy and personal innovation are significantly related to perceived ease of use. Third, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive influence on intention to adopt significantly. The result of this paper can be useful guidelines for wearable device industry and providers.
