        LED는 다른 조명용 광원에 비해 친환경적이고 높은 에너지 효율을 가지고 있으며 수명이 긴 장점을 가지고 있다. 그래서 최근 LED산업이 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나 LED는 많은 열이 발생하는 단점을 가지고 있다. LED는 높은 열에 노출되면 접합면의 붕괴로 이어져 LED로서의 기능을 상실하고 수명이 짧아지게 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 LED에서 발생하는 열을 효과적으로 방출시키기 위해 여러 가지 냉각 기술을 사용하며 현재 가장 많이 쓰이는 기술로 히트 싱크가 있다. 본 연구에서는 수직 평판 핀이 부착된 수직 원통 모양의 히트 싱크의 열저항을 측정하는 실험 장치를 개발하였다. LED lighting is characterized by having more eco-friendly property, higher energy efficiency, and longer life. That is why the products of LED industry are getting the spotlight in the market. There is, however, one disadvantage to LED lighting, which usually creates much heat. Being exposed to high heat would make LED commissure collapse and lead to the LED malfunction and to the decrease of life span. To solve such a problem, several cooling techniques have been used to discharge the heat from LED. The heat sink is one of the most frequently used technologies at present. In the present study, experimental setup was developed for measuring the thermal resistance of the natural convection heat sink, which has the vertical plate fins attached outside the cylinder.

        This research has twfold purpose: Firstly we are going to investigate what changes government officals have undergone with their leisure activities after their working time reduced to five days from Monday thru Friday on July 1, 2005. Secondly we are going to suggest an alternative idea. For the empirical analysis, about 200 administrative officials who work for Song-Pa Gu office in Seoul were asked to reply to the survey, analysed by simple random sampling. The research shows some meaningful results. First of all, it shows that officials' recognition about leisure activity is very positive. Generally, regardless of their different background, we find that positive changes appear concerning leisure activity according to the five-day work system. Secondly, among various types of leisure activities the leisure for relaxationshows the most increase, followed by traveling, watching TV. listening to tile radio, and then watching a play or a movie. Thirdly, the degree of participation in the leisure activity proved to have a meaningfully negative affect on the job stress. This implies that more active participation in leisure activity made job stress decrease after introduction of five- day work system. fourthly, the degree of participation in the leisure activity proved to have a meaningfully positive affect on the satisfaction with job. This result implies that more active participation in leisure activities made the satisfaction with job Increase after introduction of five-day work system. In conclusion, officials' positive leisure activities have a great influence on their working ability. Therefore, we will have to make effort to provide adequate leisure infrastructure for work places, as well communities.
