Smart Learning 환경에서 GBS 를 활용한 역사수업 설계 연구

최근의 사회 환경과 정보통신 기술의 발달은 과거에 비해 그 속도와 발전방향을 가늠할 수 없을 정도로 빨리 변화하고 있으며, 더욱더 언제(anytime), 어디서나(anywhere) 학습자 중심의 맥락적 상호작용적 학습이 가능한 ‘스마트한’ 학습이 이루어지고 있다. Smart Learning 은 학습자들이 학교에서 벗어나 박물관, 과학관, 미술관 등 비형식적인 학습과 실제적 환경에서의 상황적 학습을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 다양한 쓰이고 있는 스마트러닝의 개념과 특징을 규명하고 GBS 의 특징과 학습프로세스의 7 가지 핵심요소를 파악하여 초등학교 역사수업을 박물관과 교실수업을 병행한 실제적 맥락에서 학습할 수 있도록 스마트러닝 환경에서 GBS 을 활용한 역사수업을 설계하였다. 이러한 설계연구는 스마트러닝 환경에서 학습자들은 물리적인 공간을 벗어나 언제 어디서나 뿐만 아니라 이동하면서도 정보를 습득 및 제공할 수 있게 될 것이며, GBS 를 통해서 학습자중심의 맥락적, 상황적, 경험적인 학습 환경을 잘 반영할 수 있게 될 것이다. In these days, social environment and information technology are being developed faster than ever before in an unpredictable way. Under such circumstances, the pattern of study is also changing. Interactive way of learning so called smart learning which is led by the learner and which enables the learner to study anytime and anywhere is popular. Smart Learning provides the learner an opportunity to learn in untraditional places such as museums, science centers and art galleries as well as to conduct situated learning under practical environment. This study identified the concept and characteristics of smart learning and the features of GBS and seven core elements of the learning process and designed a history session for elementary students using GBS under the smart learning environment to apply such findings to sessions both in classrooms and museums. With smart learning, this study will contribute to enabling learners to acquire and provide information anywhere anytime not being restricted by physical spaces and to fully utilizing GBS to create learner-centered environment based on context, situation and experience.

대한민국은 한국전쟁의 폐허를 딛고 50여년사이에 괄목할 만한 경제성장을 이루었고, 이를 바탕으로 절대빈곤의 수준을 여타 경제대국들과 비교할 수 있을 만큼 낮출 수 있었다. 이러한 놀라운 경제성장의 원동력과 요인에 대한 많은 연구가 세계 많은 나라에서 진행되고 있고, 특히 경제 개발도상 국가들은 이를 배워 그들의 상황에 도입하고자 하는 다양한 시도들 또한 전개되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 기존의 연구들과 달리 대한민국의 경제 성장에서 ‘인적자본’ 축적의 역할과 의미를 살펴 보고 본 연구의 적용 대상인 아프리카 차드의 상황과 비교 분석해 본다. 또한 이러한 인적자본의 축적이 아프리카 지역 (또는 국가)에서 그들의 경제개발을 위해 어떻게 고려/적용될 수 있는 지를 의논하고자 한다. Within five decades, after the devastation of the Korean War, South Korea achieved remarkable economic development and successfully minimized absolute poverty levels, putting it now on a par with the world’s leading economic countries. Many studies have been conducted to identify the roots of South Korea’s success story, and several attempts have been made to adopt this approach in other developing countries. This paper focuses on South Korea’s human capital accumulation, which enabled the adoption of various economic development plans to eradicate extreme poverty. This is illustrated by comparing it with Chad’s current situation - and considers other regions currently under development.

프랑스의 적정기술 관련 연구기관 개요 및 주요 활동 소개

본 논문은 프랑스에서 활동하고 있는 대표적인 5개의 적정기술 연구 및 보급 기관들을 소개하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이들 중에서 역사가 오래되어 경험이 많이 쌓인 5개의 기관들을 중심으로 조사하여 소개하고자 한다. 개발연구원(Institut de Recherche pour le Développement, IRD)은 정부출연기관으로 개발도상국 과학공동체 지원과 교육을 목표로 아프리카와 해외령에 과학기술 기반 시설을 강화하고, 더 다양한 개발도상국들과 협력 연구를 진행하는 기관이다. 안테나 프랑스(Antenna France)는 NGO단체로써 아프리카지역의 영양 불량을 개선하기 위한 활동을 주로 수행하고 있다. 국경없는 엔지니어(Ingénieurs sans frontiers)는 엔지니어들이 주축을 이루는 NGO 단체로써 지속가능한 개발을 협회 활동의 주요 목표로 설정하고 교육 등 여러가지 활동을 주도하고 있다. 땅과 인본주의(Terre & Humanisme)는 생태농업을 실천하는 NGO 단체로, 생태농업을 생명을 존중하고 땅을 치료하는 사회 변화적 운동, 하나의 대안 사회를 구성하는 운동을 수행하고 있다. 인도주의 디자인 사무소(Humanitarian Design Bureau)는 주식회사 개념의 회사로 NGO 활동에 필요한 제품이나 환경친화적인 제품을 연구, 개발하는 활동을 주로 수행하고 있다. The purpose of this paper is to introduce representative appropriate technology research organizations operating in France. Among them, we would like to investigate and introduce five institutions that have acquired a lot of experience due to their long history. Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD) is a government-funded institution that strengthens science and technology infrastructure in Africa and overseas territories with the aim of supporting and educating science communities in developing countries, and conducts collaborative research with more diverse developing countries. Antenna France is an NGO organization whose main activity is to improve malnutrition in Africa. Ingénieurs sans frontiers is an NGO organization that sets sustainable development as the main goal of the association s activities and leads various activities such as education. Terre & Humanism is an NGO organization that practices ecological agriculture and carries out a social change movement urging to respect life and land, and to constitute an alternative society. Humanitarian Design Bureau is a corporation concept company that mainly carries out R&D for environmentally friendly products necessary for NGO activities.
