        전시 포신 소모소요 산정모델 개선방안 연구

        As modern weapon systems become complex and advanced, military spending is increasing in terms of both the purchasing and maintenance costs. Many countries are striving to reduce military costs, and an accurate estimation of consumptional requirement are receiving attention in the same vein. Artillery tube, an expensive repair part that fires shells from artillery, is an important part of artillery combat power that plays an absolute role in firepower. Precise estimation of the demand for artillery tubes plays an important role in the effective defense budget execution and in maintaining artillery firepower. The model developed by Park(2016) calculated the tube requirement unit as a battalion(18 pieces) and cumulative fatigue rounds as the ratio of wear lifespan and fatigue lifespan. This study improves the existing model by changing the tube requirement unit over to individual tube(1 piece). Additionally, we considered the downtime problem during procurement when determining the time of artillery tube requirement. Furthermore, we tried to identify more precise cumulative fatigue rounds. It can contribute to preventing morbidity kill and demoralization caused by artillery tube explosion.
