Development of launch vehicle needs a large-scale and complicated System Engineering discipline interfacing to small-quantity production with special manufacturing processes. In general, the System Engineering discipline of launch vehicle has its relationship with Production, Operations, Product Assurance and Management disciplines and its internal partitions into the functions of System Engineering Integration & Control, Requirements Engineering, Analysis, Design and Configuration and Verification. As a function of Product Assurance, reliability of launch vehicle plays an significant role in risk management, system safety, flight safety and launch certification through design assurance. Moreover, major functions of systems engineering are integrated by means of reliability in the phases of design and verification. Therefore, derailed identification of system engineering interfaces of reliability, and execution of tasks for reliability assurance is required for successful development of launch vehicle. This paper identifies specific pattern and mechanism of the interfaces between reliability and system engineering.

입력이 최소가 되는 자속의 값을 찾는 유도전동기 고정자자속기준제어의 최대효율제어방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법에서, 정해진 자속의 값만큼씩 기준자속의 값을 변화시키면서 직류링크에서 측정된 입력의 값이 최소가 되는 기준자속의 값을 찾는다. 또한 철손저항을 고려한 유도전동기의 모델을 이용하여 철손저항을 고려한 토크, 슬립각 속도, 비간섭 보상전류식을 사용한다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험결과를 통해서 제안한 방법의 효과를 입증한다. Maximum efficiency control scheme in a stator flux-oriented induction motor drive is proposed for minimizing input dc power. Flux level is decreased in steps for searching the minimum input dc power. In addition, Torque equation, slip angular frequency, and decoupling compensation current considering iron loss resistance is used. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Flux level is low in the maximum efficiency control of a stator flux-oriented control of induction motor under the light load. In this cast if the loaf torque is suddenly increased, torque component current is limited to the low level by torque-limit condition because of the low flux level. In this paper, a technique to solve the problem is proposed. 유도전동기 고정자자속 기준제어의 최대효율제어에서 경부하시 자속은 작은 값이 된다. 이러한 상태에서 갑자기 부하가 증가하였을 경우 전동기는 부하토크에 대응하는 토크를 발생시켜야 하지만, 낮은 자속 때문에 토크제한조건에 의한 토크성분전류는 작은 값으로 제한되며, 부하토크에 대응하는 토크를 발생시키지 못해서 속도제어가 안 되는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법을 제안한다.

This paper presents a current sensorless maximum torque control of a synchronous reluctance motor drive. Stator current and current angle vs. maximum torque are obtained using measured d-axis and q-axis inductances. Then, d and q-axis stator voltage references for current sensorless maximum torque control are calculated from stator voltage equations. The proposed method is verified by simulation results comparing with conventional method.

This paper presents an improved speed control of surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM) using Kalman Filter algorithm. Rotor position is detected by a low resolution position sensor of 3 hall position sensors at every 60 electrical degrees. The detected outputs of 3 hall position sensors are inputted to Kalman Filter algorithm. Then rotor speed and position are estimated using Kalman Filter algorithm. Simulation results show that the speed control of conventional method which speed and position are directly calculated using the outputs of 3 hall position sensors can not be achieved under load torque of 2N.m in low speed region, whereas the speed control in low speed region under load torque of 2N.m can be achieved by the proposed method.
액체추진 로켓엔진 신뢰도 추정을 위한 신뢰성 구조-기능 방법

본 논문에서는 연소시험 성공여부를 바탕으로 연소시간과 점화횟수 데이터에 기반하여 이항 모델을 적용하는 기존의 액체추진 로켓엔진의 신뢰도 추정 방식을 개선하고, 엔진과 구성품에 대한 사전 데이터, 개발시험, 샘플링 검사, 이송 전 점검, 비행시험 등의 과정에서 획득한 다양한 정보와 데이터를 활용하기 위한 방법으로, 우크라이나 유즈노예 설계국의 신뢰성 구조-기능 방법을 도입하고, 75톤 액체추진 로켓엔진의 신뢰성 구조-기능 요소의 주요 분포인 정규분포, 이항분포, 지수분포, Weibull 분포, 하중-강성 분포에 대해 신뢰도 점 추정치와 신뢰하한을 근사화하여 계산하는 공식을 발견하고 증명한다. The reliability structural-functional method of the Ukrainian Yuzhnoye Design Bureau is introduced to improve the existing reliability estimation methods of liquid-propelled rocket engines that apply binomial distribution based on the combustion time and ignition frequency data and utilize various information and data obtained from preliminary data, development tests, sampling inspections, pre-shipment inspections, and flight tests of the engine and its components. The formulas for calculating the reliability point estimates and lower confidence limits for the main distributions of the reliability structural-functional elements of the 75-ton liquid-propelled rocket engine, such as normal distribution, binomial distribution, exponential distribution, Weibull distribution, and load-strength distribution, are determined and proved.

The selection of flux level in the maximum torque control of stator flux-oriented induction motor drives in the field weakening region is dependent on stator resistance and inductances. This paper presents parameter detuning effects of stator flux-oriented control drives in the field weakening region. The detuning effects of stator resistance and rotor leakage inductance are analyzed. The decrease of torque and the flux control lost by the detuning of inductance are shown in the simulation results.

3개의 자속에 대한 유도전동기의 입력을 계산한 후 3점을 2차 보간하여 2차 함수를 만들고, 입력이 최소가 되는 새로운 자속을 구한 후, 이 자속을 이용하여 다시 2차 보간하여 입력이 최소가 되는 자속을 구하는데, 새로운 점을 사용한 2차 보간을 수렴조건을 만족할 때까지 반복해서 입력이 최소가 되는 자속을 구하는 방법을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 결과 최대효율제어를 위한 자속으로 신속한 수렴이 가능함을 보인다. Three inputs of given three magnetic fluxes of an induction motor are calculated. Then, the calculation of magnetic flux for minimum input is repeated using quadratic interpolation method until the convergence criteria are satisfied. The maximum efficiency control is fulfilled with the final magnetic flux for minimum input. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Conventional field weakening control considering magnetic saturation in a 3-phase synchronous motor drive has not presented a clear calculation method for base speed. In this paper, a calculation method for the base speed considering the magnetic one is presented. The base speed is calculated using maximum torque control method. It is shown that the improved speed response is achieved by the proposed method being compared to that of the conventional method. In addition, it is shown that voltage limit curve with magnetic saturation does not become ellipse while the one without magnetic saturation becomes ellipse. The proposed method is verified by simulation results.

It is well known that the stator-flux-oriented induction motor drives are not dependent on parameter detuning in constant torque region except low speed range. This paper presents parameter detuning effects of stator-flux-oriented induction motor drives in constant torque region. The detuning effects of stator resistance, rotor resistance and rotor leakage inductance are analyzed.
