This paper present a practical method for long-term voltage stability simulation based on a governor-response power flow. Governor-response power flow (GPF) is to model the long-term system response in the interval from 3 to 30 seconds after disturbance. In this paper, it is assumed that the GPF model can capture the system state before load restoration starts in contingent conditions. This paper discusses the applicability of GPF to long-term simulation for voltage stability analysis and then explains the GPF formulation and the procedure of the proposed simulation. In addtion the paper includes the simulation results with the modified New England 39-bus system.
Body-Mind Centering<sup>®</sup>의 자각(perception)과 체현화 과정(process of embodiment)

In an actual movement of ‘doing`, perception has a significant role that makes aware and takes control of oneself. It also supports oneself to perceive the present physical and emotional state. For the dancers to be self-aware and be conscious of oneself before doing the movement, not only he or she can perform competently, but it can also help them protect from getting injured. Perception in Body-Mind Centering intends to transcend training the cranial nerve system and develop into recognizing body`s unit of cells. Our body is made up of unit of cells and Body-Mind Centering disciplines each cells` capability of self-awareness in order to be embodied ultimately. The definition of perception in Body-Mind Centering is not consciously sensing through ordinary cranial nerve system that we usually know but sensing each unit of cells that forms our body. Being conscious of each unit of cells interprets that we do recognize even in senseless circumstances. The process of embodiment is to promote one`s ability to be self-aware by stimulating the cells and in the midst of the procedure, we can re-educate the movement of the cells and heal by ourselves.

방송환경이 HD 콘텐츠 제작 환경으로 변화되어 감에 따라 방송영상 콘텐츠 제작 전문 인력 양성과 새로이 요구되는 전문적인 능력 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램에 대한 수요가 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DACUM 기법에 의해 영상편집자의 직무를 분석하고 그 결과를 토대로 방송영상분야 영상편집자의 직무모형을 제시하고자 한다. 직무분석에서는 영상편집자의 직무를 구성하는 9개의 임무와 각 임무영역을 구성하는 71개의 작업이 도출되었으며, 교육 요구도 분석을 위해 각 작업에 대한 중요도, 난이도, 수행 빈도를 조사하고 입직초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 작업이 분석되었다. 또한 이러한 직무분석 내용을 구조화하여 데이컴 리서치 챠트를 완성함으로써 방송영상분야 영상편집자의 직무모형을 완성하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 영상편집자의 직무 모형은 방송?영상분야 영상편집 교육과정 개발 및 직무 연수 내용의 우선순위를 정하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다. As the broadcasting system rapidly migrates to the HD contents production, a broadcasting professional training program has increasingly requested, which provides a professional ability keeping up with new demands and a systematic well-organized education program. This paper utilized a DACUM(developing a curriculum) method for a video editor's job analysis and presented a job model of video editing. With a DACUM job analysis, we retrieved 9 essential job duties and 71 tasks, and then examined their importance, difficulty, frequency, and entry level tasks that are required before job hire. We also established a well-form structure of the job analysis results, completed a DACUM research chart, and consequently built a video editor's job model in TV broadcasting and video production areas. The proposed model is expected to be used as a fundamental material for a future job organization of video editors in TV broadcasting and video production areas, a development of the educational curriculum, and a priority decision of on-the-job training programs.

To achieve better clothing fitness, more accurate information of the somato type should be provided. This study was performed to compare the body shape of the dress form with the human body, using a 3-D whole body scanner and provide specific shape data to manufacture a standard dress form for Korean females of the ages between 18 and 29. The results of the study are as follows: 1. The front silhouette of the upper parts is similar between the dress form and the body. However, the waist to hip length of the dress form is shorter than that of the body. 2. The upper part of the dress form stands straight while the upper part of the body leans backwards. The angle of the lower back of the body is larger. The silhouette of the back of the dress form is straight but that of the body is bent at the scapula. 3. In the horizontal section of the shoulder point, upper bust, under bust and hip, big differences in length, slope and shape are found between the dress form and the human body. The waist is the part with the biggest difference in the percentage of flatness.
Power System Equilibrium Optimization (EOPT) with a Nonlinear Interior Point Method

This paper presents a new methodology to calculate an optimal solution of equilibrium to power system differential algebraic equations. It employs a nonlinear interior point method for solving the optimization formulation, which includes dynamic equations representing two-axis synchronous generator models with AVR and speed governing control, algebraic equations, and steady-state nonlinear loads. Equilibrium optimization (EOPT) is useful for diverse purposes in power system analysis and control with consideration of the system frequency constraint.

This paper presents a method of finding the optimal operating point minimizing a given objective function with 3 phase power flow equations and operational constraints, called 3 phase optimal power flow (3POPF). 3 phase optimal power flow can provide operation and control strategies for the distribution systems with distributed generation assets, which might be frequently in unbalanced conditions assuming that high penetration rate of renewable energy sources in the systems. As the solution technique for 3POPF, this paper adopts a simulation-based method of particle swarm optimization (PSO). In the PSO based 3POPF, a utility function needs to be defined for evaluation of the degree in operational improvement of each particle's current position. To evaluate the utility function, in this paper, NR-based 3 phase power flow algorithm was developed which can deal with looped distributed generation systems. In this paper, illustrative examples with a 5-bus and a modified IEEE 37-bus test systems are given.
