RFID 사업의 경제성 분석: 국방 탄약관리중심으로

본 연구는 국방 분야의 시범사업으로 추진된 `RFID 기술적용 국방탄약관리 시스템 구축사업(RF-AIS: Radio Frequency Ammunition Information System)`을 대상으로 경제성 분석을 하며, 연구의 목적은 첫째, 불확실한 상황과 조건들을 고려하여 보다 체계적으로 RFID 사업의 비용을 산출할 수 있는 모델을 수립하여 비용분석을 실시한다. 둘째, RFID 도입 효과 중에서 계량적인 요소를 중점적으로 효과측정 모델을 수립하여 RFID의 경제적인 효과를 분석한다. 이러한 연구를 통해 RFID 사업 추진시 고려해야 할 정책적인 시사점을 도출하여 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 아울러 RFID 사업이 국방 분야 및 산업 전반으로 확대 적용될 경우 효율적인 사업관리를 위한 기초자료로도 활용할 수 있을 것이다. This study shows an economic analysis for the RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) project in the defense ammunition field. This research analyzed RF-AIS(Radio Frequency Ammunition Information System) and estimated both cost analysis and economic effect of RFID with `Crystal ball` simulation method. It presented direction to go forward policy side, cost analysis side, effect analysis side and system operation side with results deriving from the RF-AIS study project. This study concerning with uncertainty of RFID business is meaningful to analyze cost-effectiveness of domestic defense ammunition case.

교통사고 후유증 환자의 임상적 분석과 한방치료효과

Objectives : This study was designed to find out the characteristic of patients who had admitted due to traffic accident and to promote the superiority of oriental medical treatment on the sequelae of traffic accident. Methods : We analyzed 332 traffic accident patients statistically according to medical charts, who had been hospitalized from January 1, 2000 to October 30, 2004. Results and Conclusions : The analysis showed that there was no significant difference in sex(p>0.05), but the older group and the shorter group of interval time from onset to addmission had the better remedial result(p<0.05). The most common diagnosis that had the better remedial result was lumbar sprain, followed by multiple contusion, cervical sprain, herniated lumbar disc, herniated cervical disc(p<0.05), and the most effective oriental medical treatment was moxibusition, followed by blood cupping therapy, taping therapy, chuna therapy except acupuncture, herbal medication, oriental physical therapy(p<0.05). In using of TENS, ICT, U/S, complex therapy had better remedial result than single therapy(p<0.05). The longer period of treatment group had better remedial result generally(p<0.05).

The Government is going to enforce assessment of dental institutions in addition to assessment of medical institutions so that it can provide good-quality medical service to people having much interest in quality of medical service. But the empirical research on the assessment of dental institutions which is still in a model assessment stage, is insufficient. Accordingly, the present research aims to help dental institutions preparing the main assessment by researching an acceptance level of workers of dental institutions in a process performing assessment of dental institutions, based on the preceding researches that the perceived utility has influence on implementation intention. The present research proved the influence that job relevance, result demonstration, usability and education & training of workers and manager`s leadership of an infection management part affects perceived utility and implementation intention. As a research result, all the job relevance, result demonstration, usability have a positive(+) influence on perceived utility and implementation intention, and the influence of job relevance most affects especially. The leadership and education & training have influence on what workers get to have implementation intention after perception of utility of infection management according to the order. According to the above results, it can be understood that medical institutions preparing for assessment of dental institutions take charge of the assessment part having high relevance with work of workers and need to make a manager ordering performance of its assessment be able to foster a leadership for improving effectiveness of assessment performance.

방위산업체의 활동기준원가 도입방안에 관한 실증적 연구

ITA/EA 연구동향 분석을 통한 국방 EA 연구 발전방향

본 연구는 한국학술정보(KISS)에서 제공하는 국내 ITA/EA 관련 논문을 검토하여 연구동향을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 국방 EA 연구 발전방향을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 논문은 총 116편을 대상으로 하였으며, ‘연구주제’, ‘연구주체’, ‘연구방법론’, ‘적용분야’ 및 ‘참고문헌’을 중심으로 분석하였다. 국방부문은 전체연구중 8.6%를 차지하여 정부부문의 25.9%와 비교해도 학술연구 측면에서는 매우 저조한 실정이다. 연구자는 학계 및 연구소에서 대부분을 차지하고 있으며, 연구주제는 EA 엔지니어링을 중심으로 하고 있다. 연구방법론은 대부분 사례 및 시스템분석을 사용한다. 참고문헌의 평균인용수는 11.7편이며, 이중 국문 인용수는 4.7편으로 적정한 수준을 유지하고 있다. 논문은 모두 국문으로 작성되었으며, 외국인의 기고나 공동연구는 전무한 실정으로 국제화수준은 매우 미흡한 편이다. 최근 국방부문에서 EA 사업들이 활발히 이뤄지고 있는 점을 고려할 때, 향후 학술연구 결과도 증가할 것으로 기대됨에 따라, 국내 ITA/EA 연구동향을 분석한 결과의 시사점을 반영하여 국방 EA 연구의 방향성에 대한 논의의 기초를 제공하고자 한다. This study examines ITA/EA related papers offered by KISS and analyzes the research trends, presenting EA research strategy in national defense based on the analyzed results. Referring 116 relative papers in total, this paper analyzes mainly research subject, investigator, methodology, application and reference. Researches on the National Defense are only 8.6% of the entire research, not as active compared to 25.9% for the government sector. Most investigators are academic circles and research institute, and EA engineering of research subject is general trend. For research methodology, most use example and systems analysis. Average quotation number of a bibliography is 11.7, and number of national script quotation is 4.7 and keeps proper level. Paper was made by all national script, and for foreigner`s drafting or joint research, internationalization level is very insufficient by wholly lacking real condition. Recently, research outputs are expected to increase as EA businesses have been succeeded in the National Defense sector. Therefore, this study supplies foundation for the discussion regarding direction of EA research in the National Defense, reflecting the implication from analysis of the local ITA/EA research trends.

사이버 시대 한자한문교육의 방향 모색 제8차 교육과정기 대용 한문과 교육의 과제

Recent rapid growth of the internet has been urging our lives to change in a totally different directions from those of the past. Moreover Such a turn in civilization history is emphasizing and renewing the importance of Classical chinese Education in this era. To survive and lead in knowledge-based society, I thing that it is necessary to modify the contents, instruction method, and assessment that, We must create renovative methods from surroudings. The cyber education program proposed in this study consists of Han-ja(Chinese characters), Hanja-eo(chinese words), classical chinese Literature and various contents. The table for it as follows : The structure of Chinese Writing home pages can be summerized like this : Chinese characters, words, writigs, text books, the originals and interpretation, Q&A, open discussions, opinion-polls, guide of various kinds of tests and reference books ad other each other so that we can enhance the effectiveness of Instruction-learning. As compared with the other subjects, I think that Chinese Writing has lagged behind in terms of organizing cyber teaching-leaning materials, teaching-learning methods and assessment. But from now on, cyberspace for Chinese Writing education needs to be set up so that it can be a lively learning field that encourages students curiosity, motivation, self-directedness as well. Anthropologist, Clyde Kluckhorn said : Immature modernization could kill the traditional culture while mature one could restore them For I believe Classical Chinese education can take a in cultivating our traditional culture. In conclusion, We have to share our inter subjectivity to make competitive educational site through cyberspace.

요추추나치료 후 발생한 등통증 환자 증례보고

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety, injury mechanism, complication and adverse reactions associated with Chuna manual theraphy(CMT), to report one case of adverse reaction with CMT. Methods: A 39-year-old woman presented with low back pain and left leg pain. The patient undertook a lumbar Chuna manual theraphy. After this maneuver, the patient complained of dorsalgia. The patient's dorsalgia didn't improve. In CT study, T5-6 hard disc bulging was diagnosed. Results and Conclusions : It is supposed that this patient suffered dorsalgia secondarily due to a lumbar Chuna manual theraphy. From this case, we can understand the etiology of dorsalgia to some extent and consider the complication of Chuna manual theraphy. In the future, more study, research and prospective trial for complications of a lumbar Chuna manual theraphy is required.

In this paper, we studied the absorption abilities of sheet-type EM wave absorber with Carbon and MnZn-ferrite for DSRC at 5.8 ㎓. we predicted optimum ratio of Carbon, MnZn-ferrite and CPE for developing EM wave absorber. we designed and fabricated EM wave absorber. An EM wave absorber with composition of Carbon: MnZn-ferrite : CPE = 15 : 40 : 45 wt.% has the thickness of 3.38 ㎜ and absorption ability higher than 20 ㏈ at 5.8 ㎓.

개발부담금제도의 개발비용 표준화방안 연구

The purpose of this study is to develop the standardized estimating system of the development cost in order to improve the current problems of Development Charge. KLIS-DB of Development Charge, surveys, and case studies were used as our analysis data. The results were as follows. The correlation coefficient between the project area and the development cost was high, which was 0.95. However, owing to the inconsistency of the costs in larger area, it was appropriate to confine the standardization to small area projects. Analyzing the standard deviation, the proper criteria for dividing the project scale was 2,300m' and the standard development cost was 54,200(won/㎡). In evaluating 3 alternatives, applying the single standard development cost in small scale project turned out to be the most practical measures. For the further study, the attributes of land such as its gradients should be included in standardizing the development cost in Development Charge.
