      • 초대형 메달의 원극인 설계를 위한 FMEA 적용사례

        본 연구는 초대형 프루프 급 메달을 처음으로 제작함에 있어서 예상되는 공정상의 불량을 제품설계단계에서 검토하기 위해 FMEA를 응용한 사례이다. 메달과 기념주화, 일반주화의 혼합형태를 취한 본 제품의 특성으로 인해 공정기능을 명확히 하고, 공정에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 방지하는 것이 목적이다. 연구결과는 사내 품질지침서에 반영하였다.

      • 주화 제조공정에서 금형 수명 연장을 위한 극인 문양의 심도 조정에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 주화나 메달의 제조 공정에서 금형의 수명에 큰 영향을 미치는 극인 문양의 심도를 조정하는 방법을 연구하였다. 먼저, 경계요소법을 이용하여 주화 제조 공정의 주요 변수인 문양 심도에 따른 전단 응력을 계산하였다. 이를 기초로 응력의 집중부를 찾아내어 실제 압인 실험에서 극인의 최초 균열 위치가 일치하는지를 검증하고 응력이 집중되어 균열이 발생한 부위를 다시 금형에서 수정하여 컴퓨터에 입력하고 프로그램에서 응력 값을 계산한 후 금형을 제작하여 금형 수명을 비교하는 실험 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 주화 제품 제조를 위한 극인 문양 심도의 미세한 증감은 실험 대상 주화에서 0.005㎜ 문양 깊이 감소시 극인의 수명이 54% 증가한 것에서 볼 수 있는 것처럼, 극인 수명의 증감에 현저한 영향이 있음을 알 수 있다. This paper deals with a manufacturing conditions to increase the working die's life span which is the key factor in the manufacturing process of the coins and medals. Using the boundary element method, obtained is the stress diagram for the coining die, which is one of the most important parameters for the coining process. Based on the stress diagram, after found stress- concentrated part, it is certified whether the first cracked position correspond to the results of the BEM program. After adjusted cracked part by the stress concentration, We recalculate the stress and verified that modified the working die had a longer life span. Experimental results shows that the working die's life span was thoroughly depending on the depth of embossment. For example, 0.005㎜ decrease of the depth increased working die's life by 54%.

        Unsupervised Learning for Anomaly Detection of Electric Motors

        This paper presents a novel approach for discriminating abnormal electric motors from normal motors using real sound data. The proportion of abnormal data among all training data is extremely low. Feature extraction techniques are applied to the sound signals. After the extraction, those features are used in unsupervised learning algorithms, including the convolutional autoencoder and one-class support vector machine. Results show that the proposed methods successfully distinguished normal data from abnormal data. The techniques can be applied to determine whether an electric motor is faulty during quality inspection.

        고해상도 위성영상의 반복 정밀 기하보정

        최근 많은 영역에서 고해상도 인공위성의 활용이 증가하고 있다. 안정적으로 유용한 위성영상을 공급하기 위해서는 자동 정밀 기하보정 기술이 필요하다. 일반적으로 위성영상의 기하보정은 정확한 지상좌표와 영상좌표와의 대응점으로 설정된 지상기준점을 이용하여 기하학적인 왜곡을 보정한다. 따라서 자동으로 정밀기하보정을 수행하기 위해서는 높은 품질의 지상기준점을 자동으로 획득하는 것이 핵심이다. 본 논문에서는 처리할 고해상도 위성영상과 지상기준점 칩의 영상 피라미드를 구축하고 영상 피라미드의 각 층에서 위성영상과 지상기준점 칩 간 영상정합, 오정합점 탐지, 정밀 센서모델링을 반복적으로 수행하는 반복 정밀 기하보정 방안을 제시하였다. 해당 알고리즘을 통해 자동으로 높은 품질의 지상 기준점을 자동으로 획득하고 이를 바탕으로 고해상도 위성영상의 기하보정 성능을 향상시키고자 하였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하기 위해 KOMPSAT-3 및 3A Level 1R 영상 8 Scene을 사용하였으며, 수동으로 추출한 검사점을 이용하여 정확도 분석을 수행한 결과 평균 1.5 pixel, 최대 2 pixel의 정확도의 기하보정 성능을 확인할 수 있었다. Recently, the use of high-resolution satellites is increasing in many areas. In order to supply useful satellite images stably, it is necessary to establish automatic precision geometric correction technic. Geometric correction is the process that corrected geometric errors of satellite imagery based on the GCP (Ground Control Point), which is correspondence point between accurate ground coordinates and image coordinates. Therefore, in the automatic geometric correction process, it is the key to acquire high-quality GCPs automatically. In this paper, we proposed iterative precision geometry correction method. we constructed an image pyramid and repeatedly performed GCP chip matching, outlier detection, and precision sensor modeling in each layer of the image pyramid. Through this method, we were able to acquire high-quality GCPs automatically. we then improved the performance of geometric correction of high-resolution satellite images. To analyze the performance of the proposed method, we used KOMPSAT-3 and 3A Level 1R 8 scenes. As a result of the experiment, the proposed method showed the geometric correction accuracy of 1.5 pixels on average and a maximum of 2 pixels.

        This article has as a purpose to introduce the concept, contents, safeguard, etc. of privacy in the constitution. Privacy-the "right to be let alone"-has been called by Justice Louis Dembitz Brandeis the "right most valued by civilized men." The civil-liberties tradition was that government should not compel the disclosure of information at all about certain aspects of the individual's private life, such as his religion or his voting choices, or where confidential relations were involved, as between lawyer and client or doctor and patient. Then the government now collects different kinds of information on people, for instance income tex, census, social security records, criminal records, and military records. There has been some talk of the government using computers to establish a national databank-a computerized file which would combine all of this information in one place. Those proposing this see it as a way of increasing efficiency; critics say that it would be an invasion of privacy. Privacy and confidentiality are elite issues at least in the sense that one must exist in a sufficiently stable and unthreatened existence for record-privacy problems to take on some importance.

      • 法의 支配의 憲法保障制度

        This article has been attempted to find the connection between the rule of law and the system for the protection of the constitution. The Rule of law which forms a fundamental principle of the constitution, has three meanings, or may be regarded from three different points of view. It means, in the first place, the absolute supremacy of regular law as opposed to the influence of arbitrary power, again equality before the law, or the equal subjection of all classes to the ordinary law courts, lastly the constitution is the result of the ordinary law of the land. If we want to understand what the nature of the rule of law means, we must try to trace its influence throughout some of the system for the protection of the constitution. The best mode of doing this is to examine with care the manner in which the rule of law relates to the protection of the constitution with the right to personal freedom. Accordingly, this paper deals with the idea and systematic contents of the rule of law, and the system of parliamentary constitution.

        現代法治行政의 構造

        The kernel of the whole subject of administrative law is the control of power within its lawful compass. The law is employed not just to disqualify unlawful excercise of power, but also to compel the performance of legal duties which have been neglected. The purpose of this paper therefore, is to attempt to provide an overall view of the subject, setting all the parts or administrative law in their proper place and in relation to each other. It aims to stress the main function of administrative law, which is the control of power, and the maintenance of a fair balance between the competing interests of the administration and the citizen. In this paper it is proposed to examine the part in our law played by special tribunals and procedures. They are an important part of our modern administrative and legal system. But they, as well as all other inferior institutions in the state, always remain subject to the overall power of judicial review in the ordinary superior courts. This is not to say, however, that the purpose of administrative law is to stifle administration. By the proper exercise of the court's supervisory power illegar power is excised, but this loaves the legal use of power untouched. Thus the practice of administrative law should lead to the assistance of good administration, and positively to encourage administrative powers only to be validly exercised.
