This paper present, the result of the guidance and control law for a course correction munitions(CCM) with 2sets of canards positioned in the rotating nose section. The nonlinear simulation model of the CCM was developed based on 7DOF equation of motion. The ability of correcting position was verified by open-loop control input with nonlinear model. The guidance and control command was constructed by reference trajectory which can be obtained with no control. Finally, the performance of the guidance and control law was evaluated through Monte-carlo simulation. The CEP(Circular Error Probability) was obtained by considering the errors in muzzle velocity, aerodynamic coefficient, wind, elevation and azimuth angle and density.
피부 결핵으로 오인한 양측 상안검에 발생한 피부 유육종증

A 52-year-old woman presented with erythematous nodules and swelling on both upper eyelids. She had a surgical history of blepharoplasty about 10 years previously. Skin biopsy revealed non-caseating granulomas in the dermis. Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing of the tissue sample was positive. In addition, the serum interferon gamma release assay (IGRAs) result was positive. Based on the positive result of MTB PCR and IGRAs, a diagnosis of tuberculosis was made. Despite a 2-month treatment with anti-tuberculosis medication, the skin lesions worsened. An additional skin biopsy was taken and AFB stain, AFB culture, and MTB PCR of the tissue were all negative. Four months after systemic corticosteroid treatment, the skin lesion had almost cleared. Considering that there have been many reports of positive results of MTB PCR in sarcoidosis tissue and IGRAs, a diagnosis of tuberculosis based on the results of PCR and IGRAs needs to be interpreted with caution. Also, evaluation of other organ involvement including the lungs can be helpful in making a correct diagnosis. (Korean J Dermatol 2018;56(3):192∼196)

The Early Reemployment Bonus System is one of the characteristics of the Korean Employment Insurance System which focuses preventing abuse of unemployment benefits and encouraging active job search and participation in vocational training of the recipients of unemployment benefits. This paper analyzes the effects of the Early Reemployment Bonus System on activating the job search efforts of the recipients of unemployment benefits and thereby encouraging early reemployment in Korea. The data used in this analysis is the follow-up survey on recipients of unemployment benefits done by the Korea Labor Institute in 2004. Those who knew the Early Reemployment Bonus System out of recipients of unemployment benefits in the period from March to May in 2003 responded that the Early Reemployment Bonus System had to some extent positive effect in inducing their active job search activities. The results of statistical analysis also showed the Early Reemployment Bonus System significantly reduced the unemployment spell of the recipients of the Early Reemployment Bonus.

In this paper, a waypoint guidance law Line Tracking algorithm is designed for testing an Unmanned Airship. In order to verify, we develop an autonomous flight control and test system of unmanned airship. The flight test system is composed FCC (Flight Control Computer), GCS (Ground Control System), Autopilot & Guidance program, GUI (Graphic User Interface) based analysis program, and Test Log Sheet for the management of flight test data. It contains flight test results of single-path & multi-path following, one point continuation turn, LOS guidance, and safe mode for emergency.

The aim of designing the inner-loop flight control law is to satisfy the flying quality requirements which include the change of CG(Center of Gravity) position due to fuel consumption, payloads drop and/or failure occurrence in major subsystems such as fuel system, etc. while operating in overall flight envelope. Since the position of CG directly affects the aircraft stability, the change of its position must be managed strictly not only by arranging the fuel tanks layout optimally in configuration design stage, but also by controlling fuel burn sequence in FMS(Fuel Management System) during flight. Additionally, by utilizing the additional informations such as weight and CG position into the inner-loop control law, improved flying qualities and maneuvering performance can be achieved in CG travel situation. In this paper, the NDI(Nonlinear Dynamic Inversion) control method which uses the CG position and weight information feedback variables is proposed. Since NDI is a novel control methodology that directly uses the vehicle dynamics, the effects of CG travel can be efficiently applied. The performances of the proposed control method are evaluated by numerical simulations including CG travel using the advanced supersonic trainer model.
