This study is a paper on the method of setting the elastic angle tightening method of the bolt. We will try to solve the problem of the torque tightening method which was mainly used in assembling the chassis module. Since the chassis module fastening part is mainly fastened to the member by bolts and nuts, the representative part is fastened with the bolt and nut fastening parts fastened to the member. We will discuss the torque-angle setting method through the principle test, and evaluate how the torque-angle tightening method can improve the tightening force dispersion.

In this study, we want to deal with the chassis fastening part where loosening problem occurred due to improper fastening setting. The cause of problem was dissatisfaction due to poor inner dimensions of the brackets and excessive deviations. Through analysis, the amount of clamping force loss in the fastened object was derived. And through the bolt fastening test, fastening information such as torque, clamping force, angle was obtained. These data were analyzed to establish the angle tightening specification, and the actual product tightening test was used to confirm the effect of reducing the clamping force distribution.
