        가감청영탕(加減淸營湯)에 효과를 보인 열성 아토피 피부염 환자 6례 증례 보고

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Gagamchengyoung-tang($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) for atopic dermatitis patients diagnosed as the febrile tendency. Method : This case study was done on 6 atopic patients with febrile tendency who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic from 2013.08.01. to 2014.04.30.. Gagamchengyoung-tang($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) was prescribed to all 6 patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographs and questionnaire. Objective SCORAD Index(OSI) was used to evaluate the objective symptom and VAS was used to evaluate the subjective change. Results & Conclusion : The Objective SCORAD index and VAS were decreased in all patients. The average OSI reduction score was 26.3. Most symptoms of 6 patients were improved. Gagamchengyoung-tang ($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) can be effective in patients who were diagnosed as febrile tendency.

        케이슨방파제 부착 OWC-MB 복합형 파력발전시스템 성능해석

        기존 케이슨방파제 외해 측에 수로를 설치하고 수로 내에 부유체를 설치한 파력발전시스템에 대해서 연구하였다. 이 시스템은 중복파를 기진력으로 활용하고, 수로 내 수주와 부유체의 공진현상을 이용하여 에너지 추출효율 극대화할 목적으로 제안되었다(Park et al., 2014). 선형파 이론에 기초한 Galerkin 유한요소 모델(Park, 1991)을 이용하여 제안된 발전시스템의 성능을 평가한 결과, 기존의 타 시스템에 비하여 우수한 발전효율을 보임과 수로 내 수주의 공진현상이 성능에 지배적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 또한, 수로와 부이 주변에서 발생하는 유체 점성감쇠가 발전효율에 미치는 영향이 커 이를 최소화하는 노력이 필요한 것으로 평가되었다. Wave energy harvesting system using OWC(Oscillating Water Column) and MB (Movable Body) attached at the caisson breakwater was studied. This system was suggested to maximize wave energy extraction using resonant phenomena of oscillating water column and buoy in wave channel (Park et al., 2014). Not only incident waves but also reflected waves from the breakwater can be used as sources of exciting force for harvesting wave energy efficiently. Using Galerkin finite model based on the linear wave theory (Park, 1991), the performance of the system was evaluated for various damping ratios of power take off system. Numerical results show that the proposed system is excellent in efficiency compared with that of conventional system and the performance of the system is governed by the resonance of oscillating water column in the wave channel. In addition, the additional efforts to minimize viscous damping was found to be necessary because viscous damping occurring in the channel and around the moving buoy is significant in generation efficiency.

        BTX 공정에서 Gas Detector Mapping 적정성 검토에 관한 연구

        In order to prevent major and chemical accidents, some of the plants which would like to install and operate hazard chemicals handling facilities must submit Off-site Consequence Analysis due to recent arisen leak accidents since 2015. A lot of chemical industrials choose gas detectors as mitigation equipment to early detect gas vapor. The way of placement of gas detectors has two methods; Code-based Design(CBD) and Performance-based Design. The CBD has principles for gas detectors to be installed with consideration for the place that is expected to accumulate gas, and the leak locations according to legal standards and technical guidelines, and has a possibility to be unable to detect by these rules to locate gas detectors by vapor density information. The PBD has two methods; a Geographic Method and Scenario based Method. The Scenario-based Method has been suggested to make up for the Geographic Coverage Method. This Scenario-based Method draw the best optimum placement of gas detectors by considering leak locations, leak speed information, leak directions and etc. However, the domestic placement guidelines just refers to the CBD. Therefore, this study is to compare existing placement location of gas detectors by the domestic CBD with placement locations, coverages and the number of gas detectors in accordance with the Scenario-based Method. Also this study has measures for early detecting interest of Vapor Cloud and suitable placement of gas detectors to prevent chemical accidents. The Phast software was selected to simulate vapor cloud dispersion to predict the consequence. There are two cases; an accident hole size of leak(8 mm) from API which is the highst accident hole size less than 24.5 mm, and a normal leak hole size from KOSHA Guide (1.8 mm). Detect3D was also selected to locate gas detectors efficiently and compare CBD results and PBD results. Currently, domestic methods of gas detectors do not consider any risk, but just depend on domestic code methods which lead to placement of gas detectors not to make personnels recognize tolerable or intolerable risks. The results of the Scenario-based Method, however, analyze the leak estimated range by simulating leak dispersion, and then it is able to tell tolerable risks. Thus it is considered that individuals will be able to place gas detectors reasonably by making objectives and roles flexibly according to situations in a specific plant.

        8주간의 창작무용 참여가 아동의 감성 개발에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the applicability of creative dance to the cognitive development program for children by analyzing the effect of participating in an 8-weeks creative dance program on the emotional development of children. One hundred and fourteen children attending at a kindergarten participated in the experiment as subjects. They were assigned into one of three groups: teacher-directed, teacher-oriented, and control. Subjects in the teacher-directed group participated in an 8-week creative dance program under the direction of teacher, where as those in the teacher-oriented group participated in the same program with the guidance of teacher. Those in the control group did not experience creative dance, but participated in another physical activity programs. Prior to and after the 8-week program, cognitive EQ was measured from all subjects. Measured variables were analyzed by three-way ANOVAs(3 groups x 2 gender x 2 test sessions) with repeated measures on the last factor. Analysis of the EQ revealed that the teacher-directed and the teacher-oriented groups showed a significant improvement in the EQ score after participating in the 8-week creative dance program, while the control group did not show changes in the EQ between test sessions. Among the components of the EQ, emotional perception, and emotional acceptance and adaptability improved significantly in all groups after the 8-week program, but the amount of improvement was highest in the teacher-oriented group. After participating in the 8-week program, emotional control and emotional expression improved only in the teacher-oriented group, whereas positive tendency improved in both the teacher-oriented and the teacher-directed groups. Taken together, these results suggest that participating in the creative dance can contribute to the emotional development of children, and its effect is maximized when the program induces an active and voluntary physical expressions of children

        Study on Factors Affecting Satisfaction with the Life of Elderly with Disabilities

        The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that can affect the satisfaction with life of elderly with disabilities so as to provide measure for improving the quality of their lives. To that end, elderly with disabilities and 50 years or older were extracted from the raw data (2nd Wave, 1st Survey) of 2016 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (or PSED), conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. And they were classified into those aging with disabilities (onset of a disability before 50 years) and those having disabilities with aging (onset of a disability after 50 years). The results of the analysis show factors affecting satisfaction with life were different in the two groups. Although awareness about employment, awareness about disability, levels of happiness, subjective socioeconomic standing, and financial problems were the common factors, health conditions and ability to function in daily life affected more those aging with disability, and employment status was more relevant to those having disability with aging. Based on these results, this study points out the need to take into account awareness about employment and disability when developing services for elderly with disabilities, to solve their financial problems, and to provide a collective approach to employment and health issues in order to improve the quality of their lives. 본 연구는 고령장애인의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 고령장애인의 삶의 질을 향상하는 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 고용노동부와 한국장애인고용공단이 2016년 실시한 장애인고용패널조사(Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled: PSED)로부터 수집된 2차웨이브 1차년도 원자료(raw data) 자료를 이용하여 만50세 이상의 장애인을 대상으로 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하였다. 또한 고령장애인을 장애 발생 시기를 기준으로 고령화된 장애인과 노인성 장애인으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 삶의 만족도 영향 요인은 고령화된 장애인과 노인성 장애인에게 상이하게 나타났는데 공통요인으로는 취업인식, 장애인식, 행복정도, 주관적 사회경제적 지위, 경제적 어려움 등으로 나타났고, 건강상태와 일상생활 수행 정도는 고령화된 장애인에게만 영향을 주었으며 취업여부 변수는 노인성 장애인에게만 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 고령장애인의 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 방법으로 삶의 질 향상 서비스 개발에서 취업과 장애에 대한 인식 향상 고려, 고령장애인의 경제적 문제 해결, 고용 문제와 건강 관련 문제에 대한 집단별 접근 등의 필요성을 제언하였다.

        아동이 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 또래관계 : 거부민감성과 공격성의 매개효과

        본 연구의 목적은 거부민감성과 공격성이 부모의 양육태도와 또래관계에 미치는 매개 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2020년 1월 25일부터 2월 28일까지 서울특별시 소재 4개의 초등학교에 재학 중인 5, 6학년 학생 335명의 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모 양육태도와 또래관계, 거부민감성과 공격성 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모 양육태도와 또래관계에 대한 거부민감성의 부분매개효과가 확인되지 않았다. 셋째, 부모 양육태도와 또래관계에 대한 공격성의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 넷째, 부모 양육태도와 또래관계에 대한 거부민감성과 공격성의 순차매개효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 초등학교 고학년 대상의 또래관계문제를 예방하고 개선하는 프로그램을 개발할 때 부모 양육태도 외에 거부민감성과 공격성의 매개과정을 고려할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and aggression on relationship between parenting attitude perceived by children and peer relation. For this purpose, we collected 335 5th and 6th grade students from 4 elementary schools in Seoul and analyzed them using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between parenting attitude, peer relationship, rejection sensitivity, and aggression. Second, the partial mediating effect of rejection sensitivity was not confirmed on the relation between parenting attitude and peer relationships. Third, there was the partial mediating effect of aggression on the relationship between parenting attitude and peer relationships. Fourth, there was a sequential mediating effect of rejection sensitivity and aggression on the relationship of parenting attitude to peer relationships. This suggests that it is necessary to consider the process of mediating rejection sensitivity and aggression in addition to parenting attitude when developing a program to prevent and improve peer relationship problems of the upper elementary school graders.

        알칼리-공용매 팽윤 전처리가 BKP 섬유의 그라인딩 특성에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the effects of alkali-cosolvent swelling pretreatment on grinding characteristics of hardwood bleached kraft pulp (HwBKP) fibers was investigated. Dimetyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was applied as a cosolvent. It was found that alkali swelling pretreatment decreased the grinding efficiency of HwBKP compared with non-treated pulp. The addition of DMSO cosolvent (H₂O-DMSO solvents) further decreased the grinding efficiency. Comparing at a given specific energy consumption, the non-swelling fiber showed the highest slurry viscosity and WRV of MFC, followed by the NaOH swelling fibers in H₂O solvent and the NaOH swelling fibers in H₂O-DMSO solvents. It was speculated that damping of grinding efficiency by alkali swelling was caused by the reduction of acidic group in fibers due to the loss of hemicellulose and cellulose with low molecular weights including β- and γ-celluloses.

        알칼리 공용매 팽윤처리 시 알칼리 농도가 SwBKP 섬유 특성에 미치는 영향

        Various mechanical and chemical pretreatment methods including alkali treatment, pre-beating, enzyme treatment and oxidation treatment have been used to reduce the production energy of the microfibrillated cellulose (MFC). Among them, alkali swelling can be helpful to reduce the energy consumption because the internal bonding between fibrils could be weakened. In this study, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was used as a cosolvent to improve alkali pretreatment efficiency and the effects of NaOH concentration during NaOH-DMSO swelling on changes in fiber characteristics of softwood bleached kraft pulp (SwBKP) were elucidated. For alkali treatment in H2O-DMSO solvents, fiber length were decreased with increasing NaOH concentration while fiber width, curl and WRV were increased. WRV began to increase at 8% NaOH solution. In addition, above 8% concentration of NaOH, crystalline structure of pulp fibers converted from cellulose II to cellulose III by DMSO cosolvent. Comparing the previous results with this study, it was shown that DMSO cosolvent could promote swelling of pulp fibers and thus reduce NaOH concentration for the maximum swelling of fibers.

        조선 초ㆍ중기 홑철릭에 관한 연구-광주ㆍ전남지역 출토복식을 중심으로-

        The thesis which I present is the research about five pieces of "Hodchulrik" which came from the grave of Hacheon Goun . Jangheung 1m, and General Kim Deog Ryeong the five tombs excavated in the area of Kwangju and Cholla South province.<br/> Beginning on the August of 2000, visiting, surveying, and investigating Kwangju City Folk Museum and Chungjang Temple several times. I found out the fact that natural color collon cloth' natural color ramie cloth<br/> I . II and natural color cotton cloth in which Jangheung 1m is clothed, and white color ramie in which General Kim Deog Ryeong is clothed are presumed as appearing in the similar period of the 15th-16th century. but they have their own peculiar characters.<br/> Three pieces of Hodchulrik in which Hachein Goun is clothed are tailored with wide sleeves being consisted of a straight line. Whose upper garment is longer than lower garment, and there is fine gathering around the part of the waist of skirt, and also there is "Homgil"(the method of stitch) to fasten fine gathering beneath 2 -2.5cm formed from the waist. Jangheung 1m's natural color cotton cloth Hodchulrik has six knot buttons to enable one-sided sleeve to be detachable and to be attachable, and it must be manufactured for women' garment, judging from its small size and width. The pattern of needlework of the garment in which Jangheung 1m is clothed is used to the width of her body with being cut partially without a whole width of cotton being used. And the loose part of the garment is folded over the edge of cloth by fastening it down with needle and thread.<br/> White color ramie cloth Hodchulnk in which General Kim Deog Ryeoung is clothed is tailored so that both sleeves may be detachable and attachable but we can't know the exact adhesive power of the garment. Because there is no string or button attached to it. In the shape of "mareumjil" which means "cutting out a garment", there is a "Mu" type formed in the shape of stairway between sleeve line and side line. But became it is attached to the back side of the garment.<br/> We can't denominate this phenomenon as "mu" type and the exact definition about the field of "Mu" should be elucidated.<br/>
