사이버대학 콘텐츠품질관리센터에서 이루어지는 수업컨설팅에 관한 연구

본 연구는 사이버대학 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 수업컨설팅의 사례를 분석하여 올바른 방향으로 원격대학에서 활성화 하여 질 높은 콘텐츠 개발에 도움이 되기 위해 진행하였다. 본 연구는 충남지역 A사이버대학의 콘텐츠품질관리센터에서 수행하고 있는 수업컨설팅 자료를 분석하고 본 센터에 근무하고 있는 연구원들과 인터뷰 자료를 토대로 현상학적 접근방법으로 탐색하였다. 연구를 통해 알 수 있었던 것은 수업컨설팅에 참여하는 교수들은 많은 부담을 가지고 있었으나, 강의 질 개선을 위해 비교적 적극적으로 참여하고 있었으며, 원격대학에서 이루어지는 생소한 환경에서의 교육법을 알고 싶어 했고 피드백을 제공받고 싶어 하였다. 또한 연구원들은 강의평가의 객관적인 틀을 가지고 여러 번 강의 촬영한 영상을 탐색하는 과정을 거쳐 교수자에게 피드백을 제공하지만, 전달과정에 있어서 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 보다 원활한 의사전달을 하기 위하여 교수자와 연구자 사이의 라포 형성이 되어져야 하며 강의 촬영 전 충분한 사전협의가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 일반대학과 다르게 사이버대학은 학습자가 없는 강의실에서 카메라만 응시하며 수업컨설팅이 진행이 된다는 한계를 지니고 있다. 따라서 교수자들은 촬영 및 녹화에 대한 부담감은 가지고 있었다. 그러나, 사이버대학의 교수자들은 수업컨설팅에 보다 적극적으로 참여하여 질 높은 강의를 하고자 하는 의욕도 보였다. 본 연구에서 연구결과를 논의하고 사이버대학의 수업컨설팅의 확산과 효율적 방안을 제언하였다. This study analyzed cases of teaching consulting in the cyber university field and activated it in a remote university in the right direction to contribute to the development of high quality contents. This study analyzed the instructional consulting data of the Center for Content Quality Management at A Cyber University in Chungnam area and interviewed researchers working at the center using the phenomenological approach based on the data. This studyshowed that the professors participating in instructional consulting had manyproblems, but they were relatively active in improving the quality of the lectures. They wanted to know the teaching methods in the unfamiliar environment ofremote universities. In addition, the researchers had difficulty in delivering feedback to the instructor through the process of exploring images taken several times with the objective framework of lecture evaluation. To allowbetter communication, it was necessary to form rapport between the instructor and researcher. Unlike general universities, cyber universities have features and limitations in that they only take cameras in the classroom without learners and proceed with class consulting. Therefore, the teachers have a feeling of burden about shooting and recording, but they are less than general university teachers, and are more willing to engage in class consultationmore actively. In this study, the results of the research was discussed and the proposal of cyber universities" instruction consulting and the effective planis proposed.
