전망대의 공간 경험 특성에 관한 연구 - 한·중·일 스토리텔링 원형 자원을 중심으로 -

전망대 시설은 지역발전 측면에서 필요한 공공시설인 동시에 지역 특유의 생태환경과 시민을 위한 문화 경험 공간으로서, 공간 경험 사용자를 고려한 지역의 스토리텔링 방법론을 통해 지역의 스토리가 전달되어야 한다. 본 연구의 범위는 한·중·일 국가의 랜드마크 전망대로 한정하였다. 연구 방법은 문헌고찰과 사례조사로 진행되었으며, 전망대 공간의 스토리텔링 원형 자원 활용 및 전달 매체의 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 전망대 경험 공간 특성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 스토리텔링 원형 자원은 지역경관 자원의 비중이 높았으며, 생태자연 및 현대적 시설물과 관련된 소재 또한 높은 비중을 차지하고 있는 것으로 확인된다. 둘째, 스토리 전달 매체는 한국은 정보성이 강한 다감각정보매체의 비중이 높았으며, 중국은 유희적 체험성이 강한 다감각정보매체의 비중이 높았다. 일본의 내부형은 정보적 성격이 강한 다감각정보매체의 비중이 높았으며, 외부형은 감상적 환경 연출매체의 비중이 높은 것으로 확인된다. 셋째, 경험 공간 특성을 분석한 결과 한·중·일 내·외부형 전망대는 정보공간의 비중이 높게 나타났으며 국가에 따라 다양한 경험 가치적 특성을 지닌 것으로 확인된다. 지역의 스토리를 담은 경험 공간으로 지역의 전망대를 개선하고 지역의 스토리를 전달하는 경험 공간시설로서 전망대 공간의 스토리텔링은 경험적 가치를 제공하는 방향으로 발전하도록 강화하는 것이 필요하다. 지역 전망대의 공간 콘텐츠 조성 시 공간 사용자의 경험관점에서 지역 공간의 의미성을 전달하고 향상될 수 있는 기초적 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The observatory is a cultural experience space that should be delivered in a local storytelling manner that takes into account users. The scope of this study is limited to the landmark observatory of Korea, China and Japan. The research method is conducted through a literature review and a case study. Storytelling circular resources and media and experience space characteristics of the observatory were analyzed. According to the study, storytelling circular resources were high in ecological and natural resources, and materials related to local landscapes and modern facilities also account for a high proportion. Second, Korea had a high proportion of multi-sensory information media with strong information, while China had a high proportion of environmental production media with strong entertainment experience. Japan"s internal type had a high proportion of environmental production media with strong information characteristics, while the external type had a high proportion of sentimental environmental production media. Third, internal and external observatory at home and abroad showed a high proportion of information space and is believed to have various experience-value characteristics depending on the country. Storytelling of the observatory space is needed as a facility that delivers local stories. It can be used as data that can improve the meaning of local space when creating contents of local observatory.
