인문,사회과학편 : 필리핀 이주노동자들의 「일요 농구리그」참가를 통한 한국 사회 적응

본 연구의 목적은 필리핀 이주노동자들이 참가하고 있는 「일요 농구리그」가 그들에게 부여하는 의미는 무엇이며, 또 그들이 한국사회에 적응하는데 어떠한 기능을 하는지 실증적으로 구명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 일요 농구리그에 참가한 12명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 사례연구를 하였다. 관련 자료는 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 수집하였으며, 텍스트 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 연구참여자들은 농구리그의 참가를 통해서 필리핀인으로서의 자아정체성을 형성하고, 이주노동자로서 삶의 고충을 해소하였다. 농구리그는 그들을 위한 별 다른 여가활동 서비스가 없는 현실에서 연구참여자는 물론 가족과 많은 관람자들에게까지도 여가선용의 기능을 하였다. 또 농구리그는 이주노동자 성원 간 소통과 정보공유의 장으로서 기능을 하였으며, 앞으로 그들이 한국사회에 적응하는데 있어서 중간 장치로서의 역할도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 농구리그는 선수들과 가족 및 다른 이주노동자들에게까지도 그들이 일터의 긴장되고 억압된 일상으로부터 벗어나 자유로움을 아무런 거리낌 없이 발산할 수 있는 주말 해방구로서의 기능을 하였다. The purpose of this study was to prove the meaning of ``Sunday Basketball League`` for Philippino migrant workers, and to understand ``Sunday Basketball League``s roles for their settlement in Korean society. 12 participants who were participating in Sunday Basketball League were selected for case study. Data was collected by participant observation and in-depth interview. Text analysis was conducted and six main themes were emerged. First, research participants developed self identity. Second, research participants relieved distresses of life as a migrant. Third, ``Sunday Basketball League was used for their leisure activity. Fourth, ``Sunday Basketball League`` was used as a network for communication and information exchanging. Fifth, ``Sunday Basketball League played a intermediate role to help them to be adjusted to Korean society. Finally, ``Sunday Basketball League played a role as a weekend enclave where players, their family members, and the other Philippino workers can take a break from their stressful routine.

본 연구의 목적은 기업가들의 비즈니스 관계에서 이루어지는 골프 라운딩 경험이 사업적인 목적을 달성하는데 어떠한 효과가 있는지를 실증적으로 구명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 D, K 지역에서 사업상의 접대골프를 한 경험이 있는 9명의 동호인 골퍼를 연구참여자로 선정하여 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 관련 자료는 심층면담을 통해 수집하였으며, 텍스트분석을 실시하였다. 골프접대를 통해 성사되는 거래관계의 사회적 함의를 분석하기 위해 Homans의 분배적 정의 명제, 합리성 명제, 박탈 포화명제, 공격 승인명제를 적용하였다. 또 교환 네트워크 내의 자원화 과정에서 형성되는 권력관계를 분석하기 위해 Emerson의 교환이론을 적용하였다. 그리고 골프 라운딩이 거래관계상 우월적 지위를 어떻게 반영하고 있는지를 Blau의 불균등 이론을 통해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 골프와 관련하여 이루어지는 접대문화는 사업목적 달성에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 라운딩에서 가지는 의사소통과 관례적으로 이어지는 샤워와 식사를 통해서 다른 방식으로는 접근할 수 없는 친숙한 분위기를 조성할 수 있다는데 기인하였다. 접대골프에서 교환이론의 적용은 다양한 사회적 상황에서 빚어지는 거래관계의 규칙성을 설명하기에 매우 적합한 것으로 나타났다. This research has its purpose in investigating the effects that golf games among businessmen have in achieving business goals. to do this, a qualitative research has been executed, after setting the research participants as nine amateur golfers who had the experience of playing business-purpose golf games before. relative data have been collected through in-depth interviews, and text analyses have been performed. to analyze the underlying social meanings of the business relations that are established through business-purpose golf games, propositions by homans such as distributive justice proposition, rationality proposition, deprivation-satiation proposition, and aggression-approval proposition have been applied. also, to analyze the power structures arising in the course of resource creation within an exchange network, emerson’s exchange theory has been used. additionally, through blau’s theory of inequality, we have investigated how the dominant position in business relations is reflected in the golf games played. the results showed that business-purpose golf games were fairly efficient in achieving business goals. this is possible by the fact that intimate atmosphere can be formed through the communications occurring throughout the game, and the customized shower and dinner together after the game. as a conclusion, appliance of the exchange theory on business-purpose golf games turned out to be very appropriate in explaining the regularity of business relations under various social circumstances.

다문화가정 아동의 『함께하는 토요스포츠교실』 참가를 통한 학교생활적응력 향상

이 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 아동의 “함께하는 토요스포츠교실” 참가를 통한 학교생활적응력 향상에 대해 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 A광역시 B초등학교에서 운영하는 “함께하는 토요스포츠교실” 참가자 중 9명을 유목적 표집에 의해 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 또한 스포츠강사, 학부모, 담임교사 등을 보조정보제공자로 활용하였다. 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 텍스트분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화가정 아동들이 겪는 학교생활의 어려움으로 편견과 오해, 부모님의 관심부족, 교사 및 친구들과의 소통부족으로 나타났다. 둘째, “함께하는 토요스포츠교실” 프로그램의 효과는 체육에 대한 관심 증가, 활동력과 체력향상, 새로운 친구관계형성, 교사들과의 관계 호전, 적극적인 태도 함양으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화가정 아동을 위한 스포츠 프로그램 도입에는 편견과 오해의 불식, 일반학생ㆍ학부모와 함께하는 프로그램, 개인의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 프로그램, 연계성 및 체계성 구축이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was that to investigate the school life by taking part in a 'Saturday Sports Gathering' for multicultural kids. For this, we selected 9 children who attended 'Saturday Sports Gathering' B elementary school in A metropolitan city. Also we used sports instructors, parents and class teachers as assistant. we selected the information with observation, in-depth interview and text analysis. The results were as follows : First, the difficulty for them at school is prejudice, misunderstanding, little regard and a lack of communication among their friends. Second, this class shows that increasing the intrest of physical education, increasing of activity and physical strength, new friendship, improving the relationship between teachers, and developing the attitude to the positive. Third, when introducing the sports for multicultural chirdren, we need to consider removing the prejudice and misunderstanding, the program with nomal student and parents, the customized program for their personality and build the cultivation with connectiving oranization.
