디젤기관에서 바이오 디젤유를 사용한 엔진의 성능 및 배출가스 특성변화에 관한 실험적 연구

Recently, for the past ten years (1994-2004), the pollutant control of emitting exhaust gas for vehicles with internal engines has became more strict. The main harmful components of the pollutants in the exhaust gas of diesel engines are NOx, PM, HC and CO. Numerous researches have been made elsewhere in the world to reduce the Pollutant components of the exhaust gas.<br/> But the problems were not yet cleared industrial for the appliances. Thus, the intensive studies in this field are still being carried out. The aim of this study is for the reduction of exhaust emission by using Bio diesel fuel. The engine was operated on full load according to the speed for performance and on part load for emission characteristic. The full load condition was on pedal position 100% and engine speed was swept down from 4300rpm to 1200rpm. In the part load, engine speed was swept down from 4300rpm to 1200rpm according to BMEP with fifteen grades.

Recently, for the past a few years, the pollutant control of emitting exhaust gas for vehicles with internal engines has became more strict. The main harmful components of the pollutants in the exhaust gas of diesel engines are NOx, PM, HC and CO. Numerous researches have been made elsewhere in the world to reduce the Pollutant components of the exhaust gas. But the problems were not yet cleared industrial for the appliances. Thus, the intensive studies in this fields are still being carried out. The aim of this study is for the reduction of exhaust emission by using Multiple Injection Strategy in a DI Diesel Engine. The engine was operated according to the speed and each load(BMEP) for combustion and emission characteristics. Multiple Injection used can be distinguished by pilot1, pilot2 and main injection. Combustion analysis was put by Heat Release Rate, MBF(%), Peak Firing Pressure, SOC and so on. Also Emission was analyzed such as NOx, THC, CO and Smoke.

Thus, the intensive studies in this fields are still being carried out.<br/> The aim of this study is for the reduction of NOx and Soot using Catalyst Coating Filter (CCF) with the experimental study on the factors which have influence on the continuous regeneration of the filter. The experiments were performed in this work at conditions of load(%) at ; 50, 75, 100, and speed(rpm) at ; 1000, 1250, 1500, 1750.
