코일형 나선 전열관의 내부 응축열전달 특성에 관한 실험 적 연구

An experimental study on condensation heat transfer characteristics of helically coiled spiral tubes was performed. The refrigerant is R-113. A refrigerant loop was established to measure the condensation heat transfer coefficients. Experiments were carried out uniform heat flux of 15 kw/m$^2$, refrigerant quality of 0.1∼0.9, curvature ratio of 0.016, 0.025 and 0.045. The curvature of a coil was defined as the ratio of the inside diameter of the tube to the diameter of the bending circle. To compare the condensation heat transfer coefficients of coiled spiral tubes, the previous results on coiled plain tubes and straight plain tubes were used. The results shows that the condensation heat transfer coefficients of coiled spiral tubes largely increase, as increasing Re and quality, compared to those of coiled plain tubes and straight plain tubes. As increasing degree of subcooling, however, the condensation heat transfer coefficients on coiled spiral tubes decrease. It is found that the heat transfer enhancement is more better than coiled plain tubes and straight plain tubes, as increasing curvature ratio.

In this research, as an educational tool in the Refrigeration instruction, a project learning method was applied which enables active hand on practice and encourages a more active participation of students with an increased level of interest in learning. The purpose of this study is to present project learning method as an educational tool that can arouse interest and motivation of students by an active hands-on learning process. This will aid in the enhancement of understanding of educators and students in the project learning method, and assist in development of project learning method that can increase intuitiveness and originality of students. For the purpose of the study, the following questions were asked. First, what is the level of existing knowledge pertaining to Refrigeration Training Program of students? Second, what effect does Refrigeration Training Program conducted via the project approach have on the level of motivation and interest of students? Third, what effect does Refrigeration Training Program conducted via the project approach have on the study habits of students?

This study investigates the actual status of Saturday program operation in Busan and explores the routes for acquiring information about the Saturday program and satisfaction with the program operation with the subjects of middle school students residing in Busan in order to develop efficient operation methods and also find ways to enhance the participation rate of the students. Therefore, with the subjects of 569 first, second, and third graders at 3 middle schools located in Busan, this research investigated the actual status of Saturday program operation in Busan to figure out the participation rate and satisfaction of the Saturday program, efficient operation methods for the Saturday program and ways to encourage participation in the Saturday program. It is needed to install cooperative Saturday program support centers to be operated collaboratively by local autonomous entities and the offices of education afterwards. And it is necessary to figure out which institution should take charge of the Saturday program according to the requests from teachers and students so that the proper institution can secure the budget and manpower and build a system to develop and operate the Saturday program.
