        운동생리학 : 복합 운동프로그램이 비만 여중생의 선체조성과 성장호르몬 및 IGF-1에 미치는 영향

        The primary purpose of this study is to investigate how 12-weeks complex exercise program with diet regulation affects and changes % body fat, growth hormone and IGF-I in obese girls of middle school. The subjects of this study are seventeen obese girls, they are divided into two groups. One is exercise group which included eight obese girls and the other is control group which included nine obese girls. The complex exercise program`s intensity is 70% of HRmax. The exercise is conducted three times a week through 12 weeks in the exercise group. It included aerobic exercise, jogging, fast walking, step walking, and resistance exercise which contained upper limb and abdominal strength exercise by YMCA. The diet regulation and education on nutrition are conducted in the exercise group once a week with complex exercise program. The followings are conclusions of this study; First, The Body weight and % Body fat between experimental group and control group showed significant difference(p<.01). Second, In the aspect of changes of Growth hormone and IGF-I secretion, the exercise group showed significant increase(p<.01), while the control group revealed little change. In conclusion, the complex exercise program with diet regulation conducted on obese girls in middle school is turned out to be effective for decreasing body fat and increasing growth hormone and IGF-I secretion Moreover, complex exercise program is considered as a good method to provoke diet motivation in obese girls they have higher mental exhaustion and experienced less frequent physical training.

        운동생리학 : 체중감량이 고등학교 태권도 선수의 등속성 최대근파워와 근지구력에 미치는 영향

        This study examines effects of rapid weight reduction on isokinetic maximal muscle power and muscle endurance in high school aged taekwondo players on 10 trained males. The methods of Weight reduction is selected exercise, diet, and sauna on 5% self weight. The test performed 60°/sec on isokinetic maximal muscle power and 180°/sec on muscle endurance using isokinetic machine. Variables are peak torque(PT), peak torque/body weight(FT/BW), total work(TW), Hamstring/Quadriceps ratio(H/Q ratio). The results of this study are as follows :After weight control during a week on isokinetic maximal muscle power, FT showed significant change on left knee extensor(p<.05), PT/BW showed significant change on right and left knee extensor(p<.05), and TW showed no significant change on knee extensor. Isokinetic maximal muscle power, FT showed significant change on right and left knee flexor(p<.05), PT/BW showed significant change on right knee flexor(p<.05), and TW showed significant change on right knee flexor(p<.05). Muscle endurance, FT showed significant change on right(p<.05) and left knee extensor(p<.01), PT/BW showed significant change on left knee extensor(p<.05), and TW showed no significant change on knee extensor. Muscle endurance, FT showed significant change on left knee flexor(p<.05), PT/BW showed significant change on right and left knee flexor(p<.05), and TW showed significant change on left knee flexor(p<.05). H/Q ratio, showed no significant change on isokinetic maximal muscle power(60°/sec) and muscle endurance(180˚/sec).In conclusion, reduced weight through methods of exercise, diet and sauna decreased significantly on ability of isokinetic maximal muscle power and muscle endurance in taekwondo players.

        운동생리학: 우수 남녀 태권도 선수의 경기 중 심박수, 혈중 젖산, 혈압, 심근산소소비량의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of heart rate, blood lactate, blood pressure and MV O<sub>2</sub> during Taekwondo competition in males and females Taekwondo athletes, Data collected at the rest, competition, post immediate, recovery. The subject were consist of 8 males and 8 females in Taekwondo Athletes, The result of this study by analysis of variance of raw data from repetition measurement both male and female at the pre and post competition were as follows.1. There was no significant difference of HR between male and female in competition, but between 1R and 2R and between 1R and 3 were significantly different. The highest HR of each round was 180∼189bpm, 90∼95% of HRmax.2. There was no significant difference of blood lactate between male and female, but lactate was significantly increased as times went by, and especially at the post immediately 3R was increased three times at rest.3. There was a significant difference of systolic pressure between male and female at each round. Systolic pressure of male athletes was 13∼22mmHg higher than female athletes after each round, and MV˙O_2 of male athletes was 1∼4.6mmHg·bpm<sup>-3</sup> higher than female, that was increased a few times at rest. As a result HR and blood lactate were no significantly different between male and female athletes in Taekwondo competition. But, blood pressure and MV˙O<sub>2</sub> in male athletes were higher than female. In conclusion, the results suggest that it is necessary to figure out the best way to develop athletic performance by applying individual exercise intensity or different program during the Taekwondo training.

        온-디바이스 엣지 컴퓨터 기반 설비예지보존 솔루션 구축에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 현재 일반적인 스마트 팩토리에서 데이터 전송에 사용하는 중앙 집중형 시스템에서 발생하는 데이터를 중앙의 센터까지 전송, 처리할 때 발셍하는 전송 지연 등의 문제 해결을 위하여 필요한 곳에 연산과 저장 장치를 도입하는 분산 컴퓨팅 패러다임 (Distributed Computing Paradigm)인 온-디바이스 (On-Device) 기반 에지 컴퓨팅 (Edge Computing) 기술과 빅데이터 분석 기술 및 활용 방법의 연구를 통하여 설비 고장 등을 예지하여 가동율을 높일 수 있는 산업현장의 설비관리에 활용되는 솔루션을 제안한다. 그러나 에지 컴퓨팅 기반의 기술이 실제 적용되더라도 네트워크 에지에서 장치의 증가는 많은 양의 데이터가 데이터 센터로 전달되어 네트워크 대역이 한계치에 이르게 되어 네트워크 기술의 향상에도 데이터 센터는 수많은 응용에서 중요한 요건이 되는 수용 가능한 전송 속도와 응답 시간을 보장하지 못하게 된다. 이와 같은 요구조건을 수용할 수 있는 일체형 하드웨어 기술과 공장관리 및 제어 기술을 적용한 설비보존 및 스마트 팩토리 산업 분야에 적용할 수 있는 연구를 통하여 생산성 증대를 지원할 수 있는 지능적 설비관리를 지원하도록 하여 추후 빅데이터에 적합한 딥러닝을 적용할 수 있는 인공지능 기반 설비 예지 보전 분석 도구로 발전할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다. In this paper we propose an uses on-device-based edge computing technology and big data analysis methods through the use of on-device-based edge computing technology and analysis of big data, which are distributed computing paradigms that introduce computations and storage devices where necessary to solve problems such as transmission delays that occur when data is transmitted to central centers and processed in current general smart factories. However, even if edge computing-based technology is applied in practice, the increase in devices on the network edge will result in large amounts of data being transferred to the data center, resulting in the network band reaching its limits, which, despite the improvement of network technology, does not guarantee acceptable transfer speeds and response times, which are critical requirements for many applications. It provides the basis for developing into an AI-based facility prediction conservation analysis tool that can apply deep learning suitable for big data in the future by supporting intelligent facility management that can support productivity growth through research that can be applied to the field of facility preservation and smart factory industry with integrated hardware technology that can accommodate these requirements and factory management and control technology.

        운동생리학 : 운동강도에 따른 12주간 유산소성 트레이닝이 림프구 아형에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 12weeks of aerobic training with different exercise intensity on blood lymphocyte number. Healthy college-aged males(22.53±1.91yr) were participated in the maximal exercise test before(N=32) and after(N=30) 12weeks of aerobic training. The subjects were divided into two groups; control groups(N=8), training group(N=24). Then training group was divided into three subgroups; 50%HRR(low, N=8), 70%HRR(middle, N=8), 85%HRR(high, N=8). Two persons were eliminated during the training. To investigate the effect of aerobic training on blood lymphocyte number were measured at rest, immediately after exercise and 60min recovery. Maximal exercise testing was used the Bruce protocol on the treadmill. VO_(2max) were measured by maximal exercise testing, exercise intensity was determined for aerobic training treatment a basis of this measured values. speed and grade at 50%, 70%, 85%VO_(2max) and 50%, 70%, 85% of %HRR gained pre test were produced and applied. The programs of exercise groups were aerobic treadmill exercise for 12weeks. Three groups performed almost 40min, 30min, 20min per day(3days/week) by 300㎉ respectively. Venous blood were drawn at the forearm antecubital vein at rest, immediately after exercise and 60min recovery. First, there was no significant differences of T-cell among four groups in number, but there was significant differences before and after training and sampling time in number(P<.01, .001). Second, there was no significant differences of B-cell among four groups in number, but there was significant differences before and after training and sampling time in and number(P<.01, .001). Also, there was no interaction effects. Third, there was no significant differences of NK-cell among four groups in number, but there was only significant differences before and after training in number(P<.01). there was significant differences of sampling time in number(P<.001). There was no interaction effects before and after training and sampling time in number. Forth, there was no significant differences of Th(CD4+)/Ts(CD8+) ratio among four groups, but there was significant differences before and after training and sampling time(P<.01, .001). Also, there was significant differences interaction effects among groups, before and after training, and sampling time(P<.05). Results indicate that the exercise-induced lymphocyte subset reduction is transient and suggest that it is not dependent upon training intensity in the case of college-aged male, but aerobic training of various intensity is associated with sustained alterations in immune function, both at rest and when exercising.
