        한국인 치아치은 집합체구조의 삼차원적인 분석

        Purpose: Variation in the morphology of gingival papilla may be determined by the shape and position of anatomic crown as well as contact area and embrasure form of individual teeth. However, periodontal biotype classification is regarded to be subjective because of the lack of definite criteria. In this study, we defined the objective parameters which constitute the periodontal biotype and measured their relationship. Materials and Methods: 109 of dental casts were prepared using three dimensional scanner and specialized reconstruction software, then acquiredvirtual models were sent to the 20 professional dentists to define the specific periodontal biotypes. Several parameters around periodontal structures were measured from the virtual models; facial surface area of the anterior tooth (AT), anterior papillary area (AP), proportion of the dento-papillary complex, clinical papillary length (PL), and clinical papillary angle (PA). Statistical analysis was performed to confirm the relationship among parameters. Results: Coincidence rate of periodontal biotype within observers was $63.77{\pm}16.05%$. Coincidence rate between observers was $76.15{\pm}16.43%$. Among the parameters measured, PL showed the most positive correlations and PA presented the most negative correlations. The parameter of the AP and PL of six maxillary anterior teeth showed significant correlation coefficient. Conclusion: Anterior papillary area and clinical papillary length would be objective parameters for determining the consistent periodontal biotypes.

        광주-나주지역 화강암류에 대한 네오디움 표본연령 및 동위원소 특성연구

        Diagrams of $^{87}Sr/^{86}Sr$ versus Ba/Nb and MgO/FeO are scattered, and $^{87}Sr/^{86}Sr$ variation with the increase of $SiO_2$ are scattered in Gwangju granitoid. Diagrams of $(^{87}Sr/^{86}Sr)$i versus $(^{143}Nd/^{144}Nd)$i and ${\varepsilon}Nd$ versus 1/Nd variation are also scattered in Gwangju granitoid. It shows that the source magma of Gwangju granitoid are derived from partial melting materials of heterogeneous upper crust. Very low ${\varepsilon}Nd$ values (-15.19~-19.49) and very high ${\varepsilon}Sr$ values (92.72~308.85) mean that the source magma of Gwangju granitoid is derived from sedimentary substance melting. According to $(^{87}Sr/^{86}Sr)$ 180Ma, and the plot of ${\varepsilon}Sr$ versus ${\varepsilon}Nd$, the Gwangju granitoid shows that the source magma is derived from upper crust materials. Nd model ages of Gwangju granitoid (1.82~2.42G.A.) are older than meta-sediments of Okcheon formation (1.15~1.60G.A.) and similar or close to Pre-Cambrian gneiss complex of Ryoungnam massif (2.17~2.47G.A.or 2.11~2.38G.A.).Therefore, the source magma of the Gwangju granitoid could be derived from the partial melting of Pre-Cambrian gneiss complex of Ryoungnam massif.

        광양금광상(光陽金鑛床), 고흥동광상(高興銅鑛床)의 광상생성(鑛床生成)과 암석학적(岩石學的) 연구(硏究)

        The Gwangyang gold deposits geologically consist of granitic gneiss, metatectic gneiss and porphyroblastic gneiss which correspond to Jirisan gneiss complex. The formations of Gyeongsang system lies unconformably on these gneisses and are intruded by diorite, porphyritic andesite and Bulgugsa granites. Goheung districts are composed of quartz schist, andesitic rock, tuff and granite. The Gwangyang gold deposits are gold bearing fissure filling veins. The vein thickness varies from 15cm to 40cm and they consist of 7-10 layers in parallel. The Goheung copper deposits are sulphide bearing quartz veln which filled the fracture in andesitic rock and biotite granite. The contact zone of these rocks is partially altered. The mineral paragenesis of the Gwangyang and Goheung districts is pyrite, arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, galena, sericite, quartz and calcite. The variation trends of FMA and A'KF triangular diagrams and the differentiation index (norm, Q + Or + Ab) versus oxides diagrams is similar to the Gyeonsang basin igneous rocks. From the trace element analysis of 10 samples of country rocks, wall rocks and veins, the distribution of copper and lead contents display a correlative distribution pattern in relation to gold and silver. Homogenization temperature of fluid inclusions range from $200^{\circ}C$ to $270^{\circ}C$ in quartz from the Gwangyang gold vein and the size of fluid inclusion range from 0.01mm to 0.04mm. The fluid inclusions are mainly one or two phase and the filling degree of the inclusions varies from 85 to 95.

        해저(海底)파이프라인의 정적(靜的) 비선형(非線形) 해석(解析)

        본(本) 연구(硏究)에서는 기하학적(幾何學的) 비선형성(非線形性)을 고려(考慮)하여 해저(海底)파이프라인을 설치(設置)하는 동안의 정적(靜的) 해석방법(解析方法)을 제시(提示)하였다. 해석(解析)방법(方法)으로는 유한요소법(有限要所法)을 사용(使用)하였으며, 기본방정식(基本方程式)은 최소위치(最少位置)에너지의 원리(原理)를 사용(使用)하여 유도(誘導)하였다. 평형방정식(平衡方程式)의 해(解)는 modified Newton-Raphson방법(方法)을 사용(使用)하여 구(求)하였다. 파이프라인요소(要素)의 유한변위(有限變位) 및 회전(回轉)과 축방향력(軸方向力)의 영향(影響)이 고려(考慮)되었고 경계조건(境界條件)은 스프링요소(要素)를 사용(使用)하여 모델화(化)하였다. 해석(解析) 적용례(適用例)에서는 다이아몬드형(形) 프레임, 곡선(曲線)외팔보와 해저(海底)파이프라인을 설치(設置)하는 동안의 정적(靜的) 해석례(解析例)를 다루었으며 다른 방법(方法)에 의(依)한 해석결과(解析結果)와 비교(比較)하여 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 정당성(正當性)을 입증(立證)하였다. The static nonlinear analysis of offshore pipeline is carried out by the finite element method. The governing equilibrium equation are derived by the principle of minimum potential energy and the modified Newton-Raphson procedure is used to solve the system of nonlinear algebraic equation. Geometrically nonlinear beam elements and spring elements are utilized to model the pipeline, stinger, pipe supports and seabed simultaneously. The beam element developed can be used to model redundant structures. It provides for both the torsional deformation and elongation of pipeline, and permits the use of different physical properties in each principal direction. The validity of this method is investigated by comparing the results with these obtained by other methods.

        추계학적(推計學的) 해석법(解析法)에 의한 선형비례감쇠(線形比例減衰) 시스템의 층응답(層應答)스펙트럼

        본 연구(硏究)에서는 지진(地震)하중을 받는 선형비례감쇠(線形比例減衰) 시스템의 층응답(層應答) 스펙트럼을 random vibration 이론(理論)을 적용하여 계산(計算)하는 방법을 제시(提示)하였다. 해석(解析)방법으로는 모드가속도법(加速度法)을 사용하였으며 구조물(構造物)-기기(機器)의 상호작용(相互作用)은 고려하지 않았다. 입력지진운동(入力地震運動)과 기기(機器)의 응답(應答)을 평균(平均)값이 영(零)인 정상(定常) Gauss 과정(過程)으로 가정하였다. 입력지진(入力地震)의 천이특성을 Vanmarcke 방법(方法)에 따라 첨두계수(尖頭係數) 계산시 고려하였다. 층응답(層應答) 스펙트럼을 공진(共振)과 비공진(非共振)으로 구분(區分)하여 계산하였으며 응답(應答)계산시 구조물(構造物)과 진동체(振動體)의 첨두계수(尖頭係數)는 지반응답(地盤應答) 스펙트럼의 첨두계수(尖頭係數)와 동일(同一)하다고 가정하였다. 적용예(適用例)에서는 시간이력해석(時間履歷解析)의 결과와 비교(比較)함으로써 본 연구(硏究)의 타당성(妥當性)을 입증(立證)하였다. 본(本) 논문(論文)의 해석방법(解析方法)을 사용(使用)하면 비교적(比較的) 정확(正確)한 안전측(安全側)의 결과(結果)를 얻을 수 있으며 시간이력해석법(時間履歷解析法)에 비해 계산시간(計算時間)을 상당(相當)히 절약할 수 있다. A stochchastic analysis procedure of generating floor response spectra for proportionally damped linear systems subject to earthquake loading is presented. Theories of random vibration and mode acceleration method are used in the formulation of governing equations. The structure-oscillator interaction is not considered. It is assumed that the input motions and oscillator responses are stationary Gaussian processes with mean zero. The nonstationary characteristics of earthquake motion are incorporated in the peak factor which is based on Vanmarcke's theory. Floor response spectra for both resonance and non-resonance cases are calculated under the assumption that the peak factors for structure and oscillator are equal to that for ground response spectrum. The validity of this method is demonstrated by comparing the results obtained by proposed method with those by time history analyses. The results obtained by this method are conservative and accurate with tolerable precision. This method saves much computing time compared with time history analysis method.

        Guyed Tower의 계류시스템에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 guyed tower의 mooring system에 관한 수치해석결과를 제시하였다. 가상일의 원리와 유한요소법을 사용하여 기본식을 유도하였으며 케이블의 기하학적 비선형성을 고려하였다. 유체의 항력과 관성력은 Morrison식을 사용하여 고려하였으며 비선형 운동방정식의 해는 Newton-Raphson방법과 Newmark-${\beta}$ 방법을 사용하여 구하였다. Tower와 mooring line의 부착점에서의 초기경사각, 인장력, clump weight를 집중하중으로 이상화 시키는 종래의 해석방법의 문제점도 아울러 고찰하였다. 수치해석 예를 통하여 본 논문에서의 해석방법의 정당성을 입증하였다. This paper presents the results of the numerical analysis on the behaviour of mooring system of offshore guyed tower. Finite element method is used and geometric nonlinearities are considered in the analysis of mooring line. The governing equilibrium equations are derived by the principle of virtual work, and modified Newton-Raphson method and Newmark-${\beta}$ method are employed in response calculations. The drag and inertia effects of fluid are included using a Morrison type equation. The influences of changing typical parameters like initial inclination and tension of line at the guy attachment point, the length of clump weight, its unit weight and the anchor line length are examined. The effects of idealising the clump weight as a point load(lumped clump weight) on the behaviour of mooring lines are also discussed. Numerical examples demonstrate the validity and capability of the mathematical formulation.

        In order to study on the Sertoli cell, we attempt have been made to measure the average number of each germ cells per Sertoli cell on the 12 stages of cycle in matured korean Jindo dog. The fine structure of Sertoli cell junctional specialization was studied with electron microscope. The results were summarized as follows; 1. The average number of various germ cells associated with Sertoli cell was 9.77 to 13. 80 through stages of cycle and the total average number was 11.62. 2. Sertoli-Sertoli cell junctional specialization was present in seminiferous epilthelium, and Sertoli-spermatid cell junctional specialization rose from stage 8 spermatid, persisted to step 13 spermatid and then disappeared. The structure of Sedoli-spermatid cell juncticnal specialization was not similar to that of Sertoli cxlls. 3. Just after spermiation, free-surface of Sertoli-spermatid cell junctional specialization was replaced by Sertoli cell cytoplasm with tubulobulbar complex at the neiglaboring region observed. 4. The Sertoli cell process was located within the cytoplasm of late stage spermatids. Some membranes of residual body and spermatid cytoplasm partly disappeared, resulting in opening of the cytoplasm of spermatid into that Sertoli cell. This fact suggested that spermatid cytoplasm was partly eliminated.

        노면조도와 단차를 고려한 2경간연속 판형교의 충격계수에 관한 실험 및 해석적 연구

        차량이 교량을 통과할 때 교량에 발생하는 충격계수는 교량의 설계시 매우 중요한 인자이다. 본 연구에서는 2연속 강판형교의 지간 중앙점에 발생하는 충격계수에 관한 실험 및 해석적 연구를 수행하였다. 교량의 수치해석시 교량과 차량은 3차원으로 모델링하였으며. 교량의 노면조도는 Intelligent Total Station으로 직접 측정하여 사용하였다. 이때 교량의 주형은 보요소, 콘크리트 바닥판은 쉘요소를 사용하고 주형과 콘크리트 바닥판 사이는 Rigid Link를 사용하여 연결시켰다. 교량과 차량 사이의 상호작용을 고려하여 차량의 운동방정식을 유도하였으며, 차량의 여러 가지 주행속도에 따른 교량의 지간 중앙점에서의 충격계수를 구하여 우리나라 및 외국의 시방서 규정과 비교 검토하였다. The prediction of the dynamic response of a bridge resulting from passing vehicles across the span is a significant problem in bridge design. In this paper. the static and dynamic experiments are performed to understand the dynamic behavior of an actual two-span steel plate girder bridge. The road surface roughness of the roadway and bridge deck is directly measured by Intelligent Total Station. Numerical scheme to obtain the dynamic responses of the bridges in consideration of measuring road surface roughness and 3-D vehicle model is also presented. The bridge and vehicle are modeled as 3-D bridge and vehicle model, respectively. The main girder and concrete deck are modeled as beam and shell elements, respectively and rigid link is used for the structure between main girder and concrete deck. Bridge-vehicle interaction equations are derived and the impact factors of the responses for different vehicle speeds are calculated and compared with those predicted by several foreign specifications.
