미래의 고도화 된 정보통신 서비스를 가능하도록 하기 위해 테라비트(Tb/s)급 광전송시스템의 구축이 예상되고 있으며, 이를 달성하기 위한 핵심기술로서 초고속 전자소자의 설계 및 제작기술의 개발이 매우 중요한 현안이다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 테라비트 광전송시스템 구현에 필요한 20-40Gb/s의 전송속도를 갖는 초고속 전자소자의 국내외 연구동향을 분석하고 앞으로의 기술 추세를 예견하였으며, 관련된 핵심 반도체 소자기술을 설명하였다.

In this study CAE analysis of fire damper and design of the damper control system. Through the design of the damper system for ANSYS-CFX heat transfer. As a result of the analysis, continuance equation of the damper control. Climate system. Finaily. We have obtained a fire damper solution by using orthogonal array. The fire damper of the set of fixture and alveolus are made by using a CAE software. Also, the optimum design offshore structures. The new h-120 class fire damper was designed. In the near future, this device must be tested in the real offshore structures Finally, we have obtained a optimum design fire damper solution by using orthogonal array. In this study, environmentally conscious offshore plants can be obtained by the way of selecting the optimum fire damper conditon using the design of experiment.
선박용 펌프에서의 Mechanical Seal 손상사례

Seals are very important devices to prevent leakage of fluid. In rotary mechanisms, seals of different types are used as sealing devices. Mechanical seals are employed when they operate under critically severe conditions. In this paper, failure modes and types of pumps installed in commercial ships and problems of rnecharu, al seal adopted are investigated to improve pumping performances and sealing reliabilities. Life cycle of mechanical seals used for fuel oil supply pumps are very short because they used heavy fuel oil which contains very high foreign materials. Leakage in mechanical seal is caused mainly by failure of sealing face.
