수직이착륙 무인항공기용 엇회전식 덕티드팬의 팁간극 영향에 대한 연구

제자리 비행하는 수직이착륙 무인항공기용 엇회전식 덕티드팬의 전ㆍ후방동익 팁간극이 덕티드팬에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 전산해석을 수행하였다. κ-ω SST 난류 모델을 사용하여 엇회전식 덕티드팬의 전산해석을 수행하였으며, 기준형상에 대해 제자리 및 전진 비행 상태의 공력특성을 풍동시험을 통해 계측하여 전산해석 기법을 검증하였다. 엇회전식 덕티드팬에서 특정 동익의 팁간극이 증가하면 그 동익과 덕트의 추력계수는 감소하고, 다른 동익의 추력계수는 증가하는 경향을 확인하였다. 후방동익의 팁간극이 증가하면 덕티드팬 출구면의 평균 전압을 상승시켜 덕티드팬의 추력을 증가시켰다. The tip clearance effect on counter-rotating ducted fan of VTOL UAV in hovering condition, was investigate using computational analysis. The κ-ωSST turbulence model is employed in this study. The numerical results of baseline model are validated by wind tunnel test in hovering and forward conditions. It is observed that if tip clearance of one rotor in the counter-rotating ducted fan increase then the thrust coefficient of another rotor increases. In Addition to this, when the tip clearance of the rear rotor increases, the thrust of the ducted fan is improved due to increasing of average total pressure at exit plane.
EXCEL Code 와 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용한 고속 충돌 해석에 관한 연구

A fast moving system’s fragments are produced during an unexpected event and it can be incurred an impact with the case of fast moving system(CFMS). To prevent the fragment of fast moving system from penetrating the CFMS, the collided body is required to design not to be penetrated using analysis of simulation method and test. In this study, the simulation of collision is performed by the explicit FEM software LS-DYNA. The material type used in CFMS is a Johnson and Cook model. The input parameters of flow stress and strain of fracture in Johnson and Cook model are calculated using EXCEL. The results of this simulation by EXCEL Code were verified by the results of Simplified Johnson and Cook model simulation.

In this sutdy, thermal analysis of in-line motor system. Temperature rise is a important factor affecting the life time and efficiency of motor. For the miniaturization and performance improvement of the in-line motor, the proper thermal management is necessary. The thermal characteristics of experimental in-line motor, including water cooling structure, was compared with analysis using computational fluid dynamics(CFD). In conclusion, anlaysis and test results showed some similar trends.

Front MacPherson suspensions are widely used by the car makers. Many researches regard to the minimization of damper side load have been published; however, this is not the relationship between kingpin axis and strut axis. There are several methods to reduce the amount of damper side load. The objective of this paper is to investigate the relationship between kingpin axis and strut axis.
맥퍼슨 현가장치에서 LCA 형상이 차량 SRS 성능에 미치는 영향 연구

SRS(Smooth Road Shake) performance at highway speed on smooth roads is one important attribute affecting vehicle ride performance quality. To ensure desirable SRS performance, achieve the best design compromises and minimize the development cost, specific design targets need to be defined and the proposed design needs to be assessed very early in the vehicle development cycle. In this paper, influence of LCA(Lower Control Arm) geometry on the SRS performance is analyzed for vehicle in MacPherson front suspension type. General guidelines for LCA designing MacPherson suspension is discussed to ensure achieving SRS performance.
