초등학교에서의 수업컨설팅과 교사의 수업전문성 간의 관계

This study was conducted to find out the relationships between instructional consulting supervision and teaching professionalism of elementary school teachers. Among 237 public elementary schools in Incheon Metropolitan City, 15 elementary schools were selected. Questionnaire survey was conducted with 216 teachers who had received instructional consulting supervision in the 15 selected public elementary schools. Based on the research findings, important conclusion was drawn. Instructional consulting supervision is closely related to the improvement of teaching professionalism. The participation period/time of instructional consulting supervision and the consultant’s professionalism more positively contribute to enhancing teaching professionalism. Improving the quality of instructional consulting supervision is necessary. Especially, longer time of participation, more frequent participation in instructional consulting supervision, and consultant’s higher professionalism can further improve the teaching professionalism of elementary school teachers.
