In this study, the following conclusions are drawn. First, the Inorganic terazzo tile flooring and LCC (Life Cycle Cost) analysis showed that the sum of the total cost of 150,304 won Inorganic flooring, terrazzo tile flooring minerals won 186,202 to 35,898 won, compared to 8.22% analysis of the cost savings that have been appearing. Second, if the color chip has a unique and elegant sentence patterns, beautiful and high-strength bonding and that the crack resistance was investigated.

In this paper, we introduce the insulation of aluminum truss dry installation method for construction for the development of the Angle. Features of the development of anchor bolts have been identified as no risk of fire, and ease of construction, which has the advantage of being the adiabatic efficiency is increased. In future research, to study the angle of the field on the Application of the development for the construction.

This study is concerned with the VSTUD shear reinforcement that it can be installed easily in filed as product at the factory and seismic performance can be achieved. The method of study is as follows. first, we researched constructability and economy of existing method. Secondly, we made specimen and were examined structural performance tests in order to verify the performance of the shear reinforcement. As a result, developed SL shear reinforcement increased in shear strength and stiffness of reinforcement, structural safety is judged to be increased.

In recently constructed building, It has become fashionable again that the heavy external skin system such as a Stone Finished Envelope. There are Squared Steel Pipe Methods, C-Shaped Steel Pipe Methods, and Aluminum Beam Methods in the structure of a heavy external skin system. The Aluminum Beam Methods is often misunderstood as a Plane Truss Structure, but this method is not appropriate to be called to a truss structure but a beam methods. The Aluminum Beam Methods is the most Eco-friendly methods in terms of Quality assurance, Efficiency, Safety, Construction period, Durability, and Recyclability. And this Methods is also very appropriate in considering the point of Energy conservation, Waste reduction, Long-life architecture, Replacement parts, Environmental protection, Public efficiency, and Building demolition.
