코로나19 유행에 따른 119구급대원들의 심리변인이 업무능력과 직무만족 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 코로나19 유행에 따른 119구급대원들의 심리변인이 업무능력과 직무만족 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위해 2021년 3월 10일부터 7월 21일까지 K도 소방서에서 근무하고 있는 119구급대원 205명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 119구급대원들의 업무능력과 직무만족 및 삶의 질 간 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 119구급대원들의 심리 변인이 업무능력의 하위요인인 전문성과 고객 지향성에 본인과 가족의 건강 상태 및 정서적 디스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 119구급대원들의 심리 변인이 직무만족의 하위요인 중 근무 환경, 상관 및 동료, 직무 전문성, 보수 및 승진에 본인 및 가족 건강 상태에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서적 디스트레스는 근무환경 및 직무 전문성에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 119구급대원들의 심리 변인이 삶의 질에 본인과 가족 건강 상태 및 정서적 디스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 119구급대원들의 업무능력이 직무만족의 하위요인인 근무 환경, 직무 전문성, 보수 및 승진에 전문성 및 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 119구급대원들의 업무능력이 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱 번째, 119 구급대원들의 직무만족이 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study closely examines the influence of psychological variables on work ability, job satisfaction, and quality of life in 119 paramedics during the COVID-19 pandemic. A questionnaire survey was conducted from March 10 to July 21, 2021, targeting 205 paramedics working at a fire station in K Province. The collected data were examined by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 25.0 program, and 119 responses were included in the final analysis. Our results indicated that the work ability, job satisfaction, and quality of life of the 119 paramedics were correlated. Moreover, the psychological variables due to the COVID-19 pandemic appeared to influence professionalism and customer orientation as sub-factors of work ability, and the health status and distress in oneself and ones family. We further determined that the psychological variables due to the COVID-19 pandemic affected the work environment, the supervisors and colleagues, and the job expertise. These variables also had a significant influence on the quality of life and the health status and distress in oneself and the family. The work ability was observed to significantly affect the work environment, job expertise, and pay and promotion as sub-factors of job satisfaction, and also professionalism and customer orientation. The quality of life was also determined to be significantly impacted by the work ability and job satisfaction of the 119 paramedics.
