This paper presents collaborative business Strategy for mould making industry based on Korea market viewpoint. Even the Korea capability of mould making industry is the third volume by revenue in globally, but the individual value productivities was 17th ranked, presented by ISTMA 2004. Furthermore, in recently, the mould making business is rapidly changing to focus for customer viewpoint from mold inside industry issues, cause by multi product platform and mass customization manufacturing environment in global market. To get the competition for mould making business, it is necessary to collaborative business strategy based on the partnership between product engineering and mould design, die-cutting. We built eight collaborative e-business model in the paper based on required quality and better speed, cost competitions. The first model is for mould life cycle management inside mould making company, and the second model is for engineering collaboration model between expert to mould designer, the third model is for technology collaboration between OEM maker engineer to mould making employee, the forth model is for mould cutting collaboration between mould project manager to factory process employee, the last model is for global mould making business. The collaborative e-business is carrying out to adapt on real mould making industry of Korea, named by e-Manufacturing for mould industry, is planned and driven by Korean Government and KITECH, has a goal to establish online engineering collaborative value chain in a consortium of small and medium mold related companies. In near future, we will be try to global collaborative business for mould making industry to consider real business co-work between Korea, Chia and Japan.

This paper presents collaboration model for information system of engineering collaboration Hub system for mold industry, the e-Manufacturing Hub System. It is shown how the collaboration ,between companies in the field of the mold industry, can progressed by collaboration templates of engineering collaboration Hub system. The e-Manufacturing Hub System, is planned and driven by Korean Government and KITECH, has a goal to establish online engineering collaborative value chain in a consortium of small and medium mold related companies. We have researched the collaboration model of this consortium for the use of the e-Manufacturing Hub System. In this paper, some templates for managing internal engineering data and job structure in the viewpoint of individual company and some templates for sharing engineering data and co-work between each other companies.
