재난안전 교육컨텐츠 관리와 공유 활성화를 위한 표준코드 연구

본 연구는 재난관리의 교육을 담당하고 있는 국내,외 기관과 조직에서 교육 Contents인 교육과정, 교육과목 정보를 효율적으로 관리하고 공유의 활성화를 위하여 표준 Code 적용방안을 제시 하고자 한다. 소방방재청이 2004년 6월 개청되고, 2006년 3월 국립방재교육연구원으로 개원된 이 후에 재난관리 및 방재안전의 교육과 관련된 프로젝트 들이 진행 되어왔고, 교육 Contents가 개발 되어왔다. 기 개발된 재난관리 교육Contents외 체계적인 관리와 효율적인 운영이 요구되고 있다. 그리고 재난 및 안전관리기본법이 개정이 추진되어 2014년 2월 7일 시행을 앞두고 있는 상황에서 국내,외의 재난관리 교육 기관과 조 직 간의 Contents의 공유 활용이 필요하다. 또한 국내,외의 우수한 재난관리 교육Contents의 정보공유와 선진재난관리 교육체계와 Contents를 기 개발 활용하고 있는 국가에서 재난관리 교육Contents의 선진화를 추진하고 있는 국가, 사회에 자문, 지원 하는 것이 주요 사안이 되고 있다. 이에 국내, 외 교육기관과 조직간 교육과목, 교육과정의 분류와 교육 특성을 고려한 식별 용이성, 교육 서비스, 교육 환경의 변화를 수용할 수 있는 적용 유연성, 그리고 공공, 민간 부분 및 국내, 외의 확대 적용할 수 있는 적용 유연성을 기초로 표준Code 설계 결과를 소개한다. 그리고 국내의 경제적인 재난관리 및 방재안전의 교육정책, 기 획, 관리, 운영 등의 활동을 위해 교육Contents의 체계적인 관리와 개발 운영되는 교육Contents의 공유 활성화를 위한 재난관리 교육Contents의 표준Code 적용 사례를 통해 의 적용방안을 제시 한다. This study is to provide the implementation plan for standard code to efficiently manage curriculum information in disaster and safety education programs across domestic and foreign institutions, and to encourage active information sharing. Projects regarding disaster safety education have been progressed and developed since the opening of NDMI on March 2006. Efficient management and systematic operation for the existing disaster safety education contents are also required. It is essential for both domestic and foreign disaster management organizations to share and utilize their educational contents each other prior to the effect of the Framework Act on the Management of Disaster and Safety starting from February 7th, 2014. As disaster gets more complex and diverse in its types and sizes, the share of information on advanced disaster and safety education system between each countries is becoming more necessary than they ever did before. Therefore, the standard code of disaster safety education curriculum is resulted based on the flexibility that accommodates the change of education environment and extended applications in both domestic and foreign education institutions. The effective application of standard code will be a possible way to improve the disaster safety education system and help to set its correct definition.
Cooled EGR이 직접분사 DME엔진의 배기특성에 미치는 영향

There are high expectations for DME(Dimethyl Ether) as a new alternative fuel for diesel engine. Compared with the conventional diesel engine, nearly zero soot emission and high thermal efficiency have been reported from DME fuelled Cl engines. However, higher NOx emission is one of the disadvantages from DME Engines. In the present study, cooled EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) was applied to DME engine modified from conventional Dl diesel engine, and effects of EGR were examined under various EGR rate and EGR temperature. Finally, it was concluded that the cooled EGR is an effective solution to reduce NOx emission from DME engine.<br/>

There are high expectations for Dimethyl Ether as a new alternative fuel for diesel engine. Compared with the conventional diesel engine, DME fueled CI engine have been reported that it has merits which are almost zero soot emission and high thermal coefficiency. Therfore, the only significant disadvantage of the DME, one of oxygenated fuel, operated engine is that higher NOx exhausted. That is, the rate of the NOx emission is much higher than that of diesel engine. Generally EGR system is used to reduce NOx emission.<br/> In this study, we are going to reduce the higher NOx emission and have tried to study effects of EGR rate on Dl DME engine exhaust emission characteristics.<br/> As a results, we have obtained some facts that EGR rate are much more effective on NOx emission reduction than diesel engines.

Objectives:We aimed to evaluate the relationship between disability self-awareness and insight in patients with schizophrenia. Methods:We enrolled 58 clinically stable patients with schizophrenia. The World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule (WHODAS) self-report was used to identify self-awareness of functional ability. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), Clinical Global Impression-Schizophrenia Scale (CGI-SCH), and Personal and Social Performance Scale (PSP) were utilized to evaluate clinical symptoms and global function. Whereas Insight Scale for Psychosis (ISP) was applied for insight. Statistical analyses were performed using correlation and linear regression. Results:The WHODAS had a significant correlation with the general psychopathology subscale and total score of PANSS, CGI-SCH, and PSP. Moreover, ISP had a strong correlation with the overall WHODAS score and all domains. In the linear regression analysis, ISP had significant effects on the overall WHODAS score after adjusting for additional variables. Conclusion:Disability self-awareness was significantly correlated with the level of insight in patients with schizophrenia. Clinicians need to consider patients’ insight during the discussion of functional ability.
