        전국 특성화 고등학교 디자인과 개설 현황 연구

        In 1994 the first design course was establishedin vocational high school of Korea. Over the last 20years, quantitative development has been achievedand design courses have been established in mosthigh schools across the nation. Compared with thenational scale of the establishment of design course,there are, however, no available research data orother organized data that provides information on thestatus of the establishment of design courses inhigh schools across the nation, the distribution ofdesign courses that have been established, thename of the established design courses, theaffiliation of the schools that have established designcourses and so on. The purpose of this research is to investigatedesign courses established in specialized highschools across the nation, name of design courses,number of newly registered students, the status ofthe establishment of design courses by region, thestatus of the establishment of design courses inspecialized high schools, general high schools andmeister high schools and the status of theestablishment of design courses in specialized highschools-technical, commercial and information, newmedia contents and agricultural science high schoolsasof 2012; 2012 school year high school studentswill become college students in 2015 so that thisresearch data can be used as the current situationdata for those who will apply for design courses. In conclusion, the design courses established inhigh schools across the nation are diversified andthereby can be grouped as visual design, graphics,computer graphics, multimedia, media, images, video,digital, IT. web, contents, game, animation, cartoon,industry, engineering, products, indoor, architecture,design, design business management, craft, fashion,textile course. Design courses have combined namesor have the name of integrated design courses and337 design courses are established in 321 schoolsacross the nation. 21,638 new students wereregistered with design related courses in 2012 schoolyear. The number of schools that have established design course are 73 in Seoul, 66 in Gyeonngi, 21in Busan, 20 in Inchoen, 17 in Chungbuk and 17 inGyeongbuk. Multimedia and digital content, webdesign courses are established the most and theprivate commercial information schools establisheddesign courses the most. National technical highschools have established industrial design, industrialdesign, interior design, architectural design and craftdesign course the most.

      • V. Satir의 의사소통 가족치료에 대한 기독교 상담학적 고찰

        본 연구는 의사소통 가족치료의 학자인 Virginia Satir의 이론을 고찰하고, 이 이론의 전제와 원리를 중심으로 기독교 상담학적인 관점에서 평가하여 기독교 가족상담에 적용 가능한지를 살펴보고, 이에 따른 기독교 가족상담의 원리를 모색하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 Satir 이론의 기본적인 전제는, 첫째, 가족체계를 통하여 상호작용하는 관점에서 인간문제를 이해한 것, 둘째, 의사소통은 언어적인 데만 국한하지 않고 비언어적인 의사소통도 포함된다는 것, 곧 가족 내에서 일어나는 모든 것은 의사소통으로써 의미 있는 것으로 본 것, 셋째, 가족체계의 의사소통 방법을 개선하는 것을 치료의 목표로 이해한 점이다. 특히 가족체계 안에서 가족구성원의 정서 또는 감정에 관심을 두고 가족 내에서 자아존중감을 획득하는 것을 주된 문제로 보고 의사소통을 통해 가족의 자아존중감을 향상 시키는데 치료의 목표를 둔다는 것이다. 본 연구자는 기독교적인 관점에서 인간에 대한 이해, 자아존중감형성의 원리, 가족의사소통의 원리, 변화와 성장의 원리 등을 기독교적인 관점에서 의미를 보완하여 기독교적인 가족상담의 원리를 모색하였다. The purpose of this research is based on the theory of Virginia Satir: who is a scholar, expert in the field of Family Communication, and the purpose of the research is to check the application possibility in Christian Family Counseling based on the theory of Virginia Stair of principle and premise for finding a resource in Christian Family Counseling. First, Satir understood human has unlimited potential power to correct their own fault in free-will, so he said human can deny their problems with corrupt and sins. Second, he insisted about general human variation, and general human vitality, which means that he against biblical theory based on true vitality in Jesus Christ. Third, his comprehension is only in the view of family system, because of that reason his theory can possibly ignore the importance of each person or can possibly make weak with personal responsibility under the view of Christianity. Fourth, his theory persist unconditional self-respect by foundation on humanism psychology, so it oppose the biblical self-respect mind formation by mercy and forgiveness of Jesus Christ. Fifth, even though she insist concord of family communication but it is impossible without recovering relationships in Christ that the view of Christianity. Therefore one of her opinion on concord communication in family under recovery of self-esteem is impossible. Sixth, she emphases change of mature hope and possibility as the aim of counseling, but this concept is different with sanctificational and mature growth in Christian concept. Through the above I tried to find out the point of Christian Family Counseling resource points based on human comprehension, self-esteem formation principle, family communication resource, variation and resource of growth in the view of Christianity.

        공업계 고등학교의 교육 시설 연구

        The characteristic of the modern society is change and nowdays our society is growing very rapidly. So, in the industrial society, characterized by advanced science and technology, education facilities must cope with the changing education environment and way of study. Following the course of technical high school, the purpose of study is as follows: 1. The researcher grasp the change of an education system, additionally the relation of the school construction. 2. The researcher consider the way to administer a school and the pattern of replacement plan. 3. The researcher analyze the realities of an technical high school under the present, through the characteristic of the course of study and facility. 4. Based on the above, the researcher present the fact to be added for constructing an technical high school rationally. In order to organize a technical high school, facilities we should study of the course program. And this education course can be changed by the need of a society, so the plan to construct an technical high school must be the planned in order to maximize the efficiency of an education and use facilities more efficiently.

        공업고등학교 교육과정의 변천에 따른 건축 계획에 관한 연구

        The curriculum of technical high school has been revised many times during the past several decades because of the changes of educational circumstance. The educational goals in technical high school get toward the integration of theory and practice in every one course of major subjects in near future. In the usable methods of the classroom, the use of general classroom is lowered byway of the increase of the practice rate in special classroom, there by, in the situation that is high with respect to specialized curriculum and practice the classroom. Composite of curriculum is more effective. For these reasons, the architectural planning, especially the arrangement of classrooms and practice space according to the new curriculum has been more important than before.

        스트렙토조토신으로 유발된 당뇨병 모델에서 과식증에 대한 시상하부 FoxO1의 역할

        연구배경: 스트렙토조토신으로 유발된 당뇨병 실험동물은 혈중 인슐린과 렙틴의 결핍으로 인하여 과식증이 특징적으로 발생된다. 전사조절인자인 FoxO1은 인슐린 신호전달체계를 통하여 대사 및 세포의 분화를 조절한다. 본 연구에서는 인슐린과 렙틴이 결핍된 당뇨병 동물모델에서 시상하부의 FoxO1이 당뇨병성 과식증과 연관되어 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 생쥐(C57BL/6)의 복강으로 스트렙토조토신(200 mg/kg)을 투여하여 당뇨병을 유발하였으며 대조군은 50 mM의 sodium citrate buffer (pH4.0)을 복강으로 투여였다. 생쥐의 뇌실로 인슐린 및 렙틴을 주입하기 위하여 정위 뇌수술 장치를 이용하여 스테인리스 관을 삽관하고 3주 후 생리식염수(2 μL), 인슐린(500 nmoL), 렙틴(1 μg/2 μL)을 각각 주입하였다. FoxO1과 시상하부 신경펩타이드의 mRNA 발현을 확인하기 위하여 각각의 실험군 및 대조군 생쥐의 시상하부를 적출하여 RNA을 분리하고 cDNA를 합성하여 real time PCR을 수행하였다. 결과: 스트렙토조토신으로 유발된 당뇨병 생쥐에서는 대조군과 비교하여 유의한 혈당 증가(25.5±2.8 mmol/L vs. 6.8±0.8 mmol/L) 및 식사섭취의 증가(7.4±0.9 g/day vs. 4.2±0.4 g/day)가 나타났다. 또한 당뇨병이 유발된 생쥐는 정상 생쥐보다 혈중 인슐린(1,303.7±687.6 pmol/L vs. 240.3±26.8 pmol/L)과 렙틴(2,116.5±465.0 pg/mL vs. 86.5±41.5 pg/mL)은 현저하게 감소하였다. 시상하부 FoxO1의 mRNA 합성은 당뇨병이 유발된 생쥐(P<0.001)에서 대조군과 비교하여 유의한 증가를 관찰하였다(2.6배 증가, P<0.001). 당뇨병이 유발된 시험군은 시상하부의 NPY mRNA의 발현이 유의하게 증가(1.85배 증가, P<0.05)하였으며 POMC mRNA는 유의하게 감소(2.1배 감소, P<0.01)하였다. 생쥐의 뇌실로 인슐린 또는 렙틴을 투여하였을 때 증가된 시상하부 FoxO1이 유의하게 감소하였다(각각 1.5배, 1.8배 감소, P<0.05). 또한, 인슐린 또는 렙틴을 뇌실 내로 투여한 결과 NPY mRNA는 감소되고(인슐린 1.5배 감소, P<0.05, 렙틴 1.6배 감소, P<0.01) POMC mRNA는 증가되었다(각각 1.6배, 1.9배 증가, P<0.05). 결론: 본 연구에서는 인슐린과 렙틴의 결핍으로 과식증이 유발된 당뇨병 모델에서 시상하부 FoxO1의 합성이 증가하였으며 뇌실로 인슐린 또는 렙틴을 주입하였을 때 FoxO1합성의 증가가 상쇄됨을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 당뇨병에서 나타나는 과식증이 시상하부의 전사조절인자인 FoxO1과 연관되어 있음을 나타낸다. Background: Streptozotocin-induced diabetic animals are characterized by hyperphagia due to deficiencies of insulin and leptin. Forkhead box-containing protein of the O subfamily-1 (FoxO1) regulates energy homeostasis by regulating energy expenditure and food intake as well as mediating insulin and leptin signals in the hypothalamus. To identify the mediator of diabetic hyperphagia, we examined the effects of insulin or leptin on hypothalamic FoxO1 expression in a diabetic animal model. Methods: Diabetes was induced in mice (C57BL/6) by intraperitoneal administration of streptozotocin (200 mg/kg). Stainless steel cannula was implanted into the lateral ventricle of the brain in each mouse. After three weeks, the mice were administered saline, insulin or leptin via intracerebroventricular (ICV) route. The medial hypothalamus was isolated to evaluate the mRNA expressions of FoxO1 and neuropeptides. Results: Streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice exhibited significant elevations of blood glucose and food intake and significantly low levels of serum insulin and leptin. The levels of hypothalamic FoxO1 mRNA were significantly increased in diabetic mice. The hypothalamic expression of neuropeptide Y (NPY) mRNA was increased, but the expression of preproopiomelanocortin (POMC) mRNA was decreased in diabetic mice. ICV administration of insulin or leptin attenuated the upregulation of hypothalamic FoxO1 mRNA, and resulted in downregulation of NPY mRNA and upregulation of POMC mRNA in diabetic mice. Conclusion: We observed that the expression of hypothalamic FoxO1 mRNA was increased in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice, and that it was significantly attenuated by central administration of insulin or leptin. These results suggest that hypothalamic FoxO1 is the direct mediator of diabetic hyperphagia. (Korean Diabetes J 33:375-381, 2009)

        장애물의 기하투영에 의한 일차매개곡선을 이용한 충돌회피 경로계획

        A new algorithm for planning a collision-free path is developed based on linear prametric curve. In this paper robot is assumed to a point, and two linear parametric curve is used to construct a path connecting start and goal point, in which single intermediate connection point between start and goal point is considered. The intermediate connection point is set in polar coordinate(${\theta}{\delta}$) , and the interference between path and obstacle is mapped into CPS(connection point space), which is defined a CWS GM(circular work space geometry mapping). GM of all obstacles in workspace creates overlapping images of obstacle in CPS(Connection Point Space). The GM for all obstacles produces overlapping images of obstacle in CPS. The empty area of CPS that is not occupied by obstacle images represents collision-free paths in Euclidian Space. A GM based on connection point in elliptic coordinate(${\theta}{\delta}$) is also developed in that the total length of path is depend only on the variable .delta.. Hence in EWS GM(elliptic work space geometry mapping), increasing .delta. and finding the value of .delta. for collision-free path, the shortest path can be searched without carring out whole GM. The GM of obstacles expersses all possible collision-free path as empty spaces in CPS. If there is no empty space available in CPS, it indicates that path planning is not possible with given number of connection points, i.e. path planning is failed, and it is necessary to increase the number of connection point. A general case collision-free path planning is possible by appling GM to configuration space obstacles. Simulation of GM of obstacles in Euclidian space is carried out to measure performance of algorithm and the resulting obstacle images are reported.
