교회 공간의 문화화가 영적, 양적 성장에 미치는 영향 연구

공간을 창출하고 의미를 부여하는 것은 인간이지만, 이 공간은 다시금 인간 삶의 형태를 통합적으로 재형성한다. 더 나아가 인간과 공간의 상호작용은 문화화로 나타난다. 공간을 어떻게 조성하느냐에 따라 상이한 장소성이 생산되며, 인간은 이로부터 서로 다른 장소감과 정체성을 부여받는다. 수많은 공간 중에서도 교회 공간은 다소 독특하다. 그 이유는 교회 공간이 수직적으로는 신과의 만남이, 수평적으로는 인간과의 사귐이 일어나는 성스러우면서도 일상적인 터전이기 때문이다. 본 연구는 교회 공간의 문화화가 영적ㆍ양적 성장에 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 이를 입증하기 위해 이론적 틀로 물리적 요인과 심리적 요인으로 나눠 설문을 진행하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 두 요인을 통해 개인적으로는 영적 성장을 경험하게 되고 공동체적으로는 양적 성장이 일어나고 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 교회 공간의 문화화 접근 모색으로 다양한 경험, 원활한 소통, 참된 쉼을 제공할 수 있는 진성한 장소성의 재발견과 교회 공간이 지향해야할 공간으로 하나님, 이웃, 젊은이 그리고 사회적 약자와 함께하는 교회 공간을 제시하였다. It is human being who creates space and defines its meaning but also this space makes human beingslife style integrately. Moreover the interaction between human being and space causes enculturation. The different sense of place can be made according to how to compose the space and human beings are given the identification and different sense of place by this. Among various spaces, the church space is somewhat special. Because the church space is holy and ordinary place where people meet with God vertically and make relationships with another horizontally. This study asserts that the church space enculturation affects spiritual and quantitative growth. To prove this, a questionnaire was made and analyzed divided into physical and psychological causes. As a result of this analysis, it was confirmed to experience spiritual growth as an individual and quantitative growth as a community. With the approach of enculturation of church space, this paper presents re-discovery of the placeness that can offer various experiences, active communication, genuine rest. And also it shows church space where God, neighbors, the youth and the social weak should stay together.

호주의 예술기관 거버넌스의 쟁점과 시사점 - 이해관계의 충돌과 다양성을 중심으로

This study examines the development of nonprofit arts organizations’ governance and leadership in Australia, focusing on the issues of conflicts of interests and diversity. The Australian government reform and professionalization of the arts during the mid-eighties brought about the shift in arts governance, from a stewardship function of community leaders to a mix of agency, resource-dependency and stakeholder functions. The conflicts of individual interests and organizational interests constitute a part of governance, implying that passion in arts governance should be harnessed on top of the focus on the performance and conformance. Starting from the need to reflect the communities to which art institutions relate, the realization of diversity in governance is a key condition for building an institution's reputation and attracting investment by garnering stakeholders’ trust, while running a risk of being a barrier to governance. The future study on processes and dynamics of arts boards – board strategy, performance and behavior - in addition to the analyses on the structure and composition, and regulations of the boards will contribute to strengthening the fundamentals of arts governance in Korea. 본 연구는 이해관계의 충돌 방지와 다양성의 이슈들을 중심으로 호주의 비영리 예술기관의 거버넌스와 리더십의 발전 과정을 살펴본다. 1980년대 중반부터 이루어진 호주의 공공부문 혁신과 예술기관의 전문화는 지역사회의 청지기로부터 에이전시, 자원 의존, 이해관계자의 혼합된 기능으로 예술 거버넌스의 역할에 변화를 가져왔다. 개인의 이익과 기관의 이익 간의 충돌은 기관을 위험에 빠트릴 수 있는 거버넌스의 일부로, 거버넌스에 있어 성과(performance)와 규율 부합성(conformance)에 대한 집중 외에도, 예술기관에 특수한 감성과 열정이 제어되어야 함을 시사한다. 예술기관이 관계를 맺는 지역사회를 반영하여야 하는 필요성에서 출발한 거버넌스의 다양성 구현은 이해관계자의 신뢰를 얻음으로써 기관의 평판을 구축하고 투자를 유치하는 데 핵심적인 조건이 되고 있으나, 거버넌스의 장애로 작용할 위험도 내포한다. 향후 예술 거버넌스의 구조와 구성, 규제 뿐 아니라 거버넌스의 실제 과정과 역동(dynamics)을 연구함으로써 국내 예술기관 거버넌스의 취약한 저변을 강화시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

문화예술 분야 크라우드 펀딩의 쟁점과 활성화 방향

본 연구는 개인기부 문화의 진작이라는 문화정책의 기조에 맞추어 최근 관심이 증폭되고 있는 온라인 소액 기부 프로그램인 크라우드 펀딩과 문화예술 분야에서의 적용에 대하여 살펴보았다. 크라우드 펀딩은 현재 다양한 의미로 혼재되어 사용되고 있지만, 이에 대한 이론적 고찰이 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 특히 문화예술 분야에 대한 대안적 재원조성 도구로서의 운영 메커니즘에 대해서는 선행 연구가 전무한 실정이다. 이 연구에서는, 먼저 문헌검토를 바탕으로 크라우드 펀딩의 광의와 협의의 정의를 내리고, 창업 투자로부터 프로젝트 후원, P2P 금융, 저금리 대출, 단순 기부에 이르는 크라우드 펀딩의 범주를 도출하였다. 다음으로, 운영 방식의 측면에서, 국내 공공 기관과 민간 기업의 소셜 펀딩 플랫폼, 그리고 투자 수익 분배를 목적으로 하는 소셜 금융투자 플랫폼의 문화예술 부문에 대한 후원/투자 사례를 중심으로 비교 분석을 시도하였다. 마지막으로, 문화예술 분야의 크라우드 펀딩 활성화를 위한 방향으로 크라우드 펀딩법의 도입, 후원/투자자를 위한 보호장치 마련, 문화예술 크라우드 펀딩의 건전한 생태계 구축, 사회적 캠페인 마련, 홍보 지원 방안으로서의 재능 기부와 컨설팅 제공, 후불결제 시스템 개발에 대한 규제 완화 등과 같은 입법·정책 과제를 제시하였다. This exploratory study is concerned with the crowd funding program and its applicability to the culture and arts sector. Currently, crowd funding is used for diverse meanings in practice. However, there is a lack of research on its operating mechanism as an alternative fundraising tool for the culture and arts sector. Through literature review, the study defines the crowd funding in a broad as well as a narrow sense. Then, the categories of the crowd funding were driven from creative support, project support, peer to peer financing, microcrediting, to donation. Secondly, the study attempts comparative analysis of the funding cases among social funding platforms by ARKO, private business firms, and the P2P social financing platform. Finally, the study suggests legislative and policy alternatives to boost the crowd funding for the culture and arts sector as follows: the legislation of the Crowd Funding Act, developing the protective system for investors/supporters, building the sound ecological system of the crowd funding in the culture and arts sector, social campaign, providing volunteering and consulting as supplements of promoting the funding projects, and the deregulation of the current payment options.

『만세전』과 근대성

본고는 염상섭의 「만세전」을 근대적 주체의 내면여행에 초점을 맞춘 논의이다. 루카치의 말대로, 이 소설은 성숙한 남성의 성찰이 돋보이는 작품이다. 그 성찰은 '공동묘지 로 상징되는식민지 근대 조선과 나를 둘러싼 세계가 로 붕괴해버리려는 것을 꿰뚫어 볼 수 있는 역사철학적 상황에서 비롯된다. 아내의 위독전보를 받은 '나'는 동경신호-하관-배안-부산-김천-경성 동경으로 이어지는 귀국여행을 한다. 우리는 이 여정에서 파노라마식으로 전개된 삽화들을 통어하는 고뇌하는 주인공의 의식에 주목해야한다. 덧붙여 말하면, 이 소설은 문제적 개인이 갖는 '자기인식(self-recognition)' 으로서의 내면여행이다. 또한 크로노토프(chronotope)의 형식이 갖는 삶의실체를 살아있는 의미로써 체험하는 인생행로라고 볼 수 있다. 후발 자본국인 일본에 의해 세계자본주의로 편입된 근대조선은 자기 갱신의 자발적인 변화로 나아가기보다는 '타율적인 근대' 전환에 따른 '차별화된 역사적 시간'을 체험하게 된다. 전근대적 질서와 근대적 질서가 복잡하게 얽혀 있는 식민지 근대화되어 가는 과정에 대응하는 작중화자 '이인화' 는 세계현실에 대한 비판과 자기 비판을 폭넓게 전개하면서 근대적 주체의 변화를 확연히 보여주고 있다. 특히 주된 논의의 관점은 근대성의 숨겨진 영역으로서의 '낭만적연애 문제와 식민지 근대화라는 객관적 현실로부터 진정한 가치를 찾아가는 주체의 역동적인변화를 중점적으로 살핀 논의였다. 이런 주체의 인식 변화는 '동경-경성'의 여행 플롯과 적절하게 맞물려서 형상화된 수많은타자들과의 총체적인 관계를 통해 드러난다. 이 모든 타자들은 자신의 주변에 둘러싼 현실과그 자신을 검증할 수 있는 투사된 대상이자 그 자신의 요구와 목소리를 지닌 주체로서의 타자들이다. 즉 나에 대응되는 주변 인물들(가족들, 정자, 을라, 선실에서의 사람들 순사들, 기차안사람들)과 집단적 정체성으로서의 조선에 대응하는 제국주의 일본을 훔쳐보기를 통한 시각 쾌락이나 감시의 눈초리를 의식한 홀끗 보는 시선을 통해 근대적 주체의 주체성은 확립된다. 그러므로 주체로서의 <나>는 모든 판단과 행동의 준거를 타자와의 관계들의 총체에서 그 자신의 의미를 재정립한다고 볼 수 있다. 이와 같이 염상섭의 「만세전」은 근대소설의 진정한 출발을 알리는 기념비적인 작품이다. 아내의 위독과 죽음이라는 지극히 개인적인 사건이 식민지 근대 현실과 어떻게 이어지는가라는문제를 탁월하게 드러내고 있다. 따라서 「만세전」은 근대적 주체인 이인화의 관찰 및 반성, 각성을 통해 참다운 개인성의 이념을 보여주는 동시에 식민지 근대의 착잡하고 복합적인 성격과그 이면에 제국주의 일본의 정치 경제의 파행적인 식민지 근대성의 실체를 '여행 갈 의 형식으로 빼어나게 형상화하고 있다. Lukacs says that the novel is the form of mature virility. Of course "Manseijon" is one of the best work which is notable a mature man of self-reflection. It start a history-philosophical situation that the colonial modern Choseon which is symbolical of a common burial ground and the world around me is like fall of all nothingness. Lee, In Hwa as the narrator who received a telegram from home announcing that his wife was seriously ill. Though he is lefting for Dongkyung and arrive at kyeongsung as fast as possible, he had experienced a lot of episodes in the midst of his journeying. All of things that he experienced are an escape from facing the premodern family relation and a colonial modern Choseon. Therefore, We fix our eye on which this road is an internal travel that a problematic hero has realized self-recognition through inner form of chronotope in Dongkyeong and Kyeongsung. Specially, we pay attention to the consciousness of being afflicted hero controlled these episodes panoramically And in the colonial modernization by Japan ‘I’ criticize about the world reality and even my self widely. As a result, it makes him a modern subject'alter. This change of the modern subject can be possible to see many the others be formed the voyage structure of Dongkyeong-Kyeongsung, All of them, family, Sizco, Eula, a cousin Byeongwha, many peoples in ship and train are the others against me. And the other is the imperialism Japan against Cheosun as a collective identity. Accordingly, Yeom, Sang-Seop's "Manseijon" is really a masterpiece of announcing the tirst modern novel. The private event that his wife ill and death described excellently how to get joined on a colonial modern reality "Manseijon", as it were, structured the distorted colony modernity of substance by Japan politic and economy through to the form of journey and road" as well as a real individuality of Lee, In-Hwa's observation, reflection, and awakening.
